“Tiegan was absolutely fantastic. She arrives early, spends good quality time with our puppy Mars and keeps us updated throughout. I would absolutely recommend her services to everyone. Thanks Tiegan!”

About: Hey! We are Eve & Ryan, a friendly couple living in Camberley. We have always had dogs in our lives and are very experienced at looking after them, caring for every age from puppies to elderly dogs. Our family dogs were schnauzers, basset hounds and beagles so we are used to a range of personalities! 🐶 We have a very relaxed, loving home, and a safe and secure walled garden, with plenty of space for a pup to play and have a sniff around. Inside, there is plenty of space for them to relax or curl up on the sofa. We look after many of our friends and family's four-legged family members, and whilst we are waiting to get our own, we would love to offer a reliable, friendly, familiar home for your pets. We only care for one dog at a time (or dogs from the same household). This allows us to provide a truly personalised service, giving your dog our undivided attention, tailored care, and a calm home-from-home environment throughout their stay. We can adapt their routine to suit their individual needs, whether that's extra walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles, or simply a quiet place to relax. We're also fully insured and licensed for dog boarding. Whether it's drop-ins, walks, overnight care, or dog boarding, we're happy to help! Either myself or Ryan will be at home to walk and care for your dog. We both work for ourselves so work hybrid quite a bit, and I am always free on weekends. I work with schools so I also have a DBS certificate. It is so important to leave your dogs in the safe hands of a professional with plenty of hands-on experiences in looking after your precious family member. I am very open to midweek if your dog would like to pop along to my small dog-friendly office (ground floor with a secure garden) in egham with me, but just let me know what your requirements are. We live in a lovely and green area, so there are plenty of great walking spots around us for on and off lead dog walks. Please do let us know your dogs needs and we will be happy to accommodate. And of course while you have entrusted us with your beloved family member, we will keep you updated on how your dog is doing whilst in our care with photos and regular updates to keep your mind at ease. Happy to chat, just drop us a message! Either myself or Ryan will be at home to walk and care for your dog. We both work for ourselves so work hybrid quite a bit, and I am always free on weekends. I am a runner and walker. We're both very active so happy to take your dog out daily for as long or short as needed. We have a very relaxed, loving home, and a safe and secure walled garden, with plenty of space for a pup to play and have a sniff around. Inside, there is plenty of space for them to relax or curl up on the sofa. We are not precious about sofas and beds, so the dogs we look after do sometimes sleep at the end of our bed. Although, if your dog is used to a crate, we are more than happy to follow the routine you already have.
About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life and have always loved being around them. I previously volunteered with Rescue Remedies in Guildford, helping to walk and care for rescue dogs while they waited for their forever homes. Through the charity, I adopted my beloved dog Henry, a Staffy-Boxer cross, who was a much loved member of our family for many years. Sadly, Henry passed away a couple of years ago and with two young boys aged 7 and 3, we haven’t felt ready to commit to another dog of our own just yet. Dog walking gives me the opportunity to spend time with dogs again while helping owners who need a reliable, caring person to look after their pets. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog and will always treat them with kindness, patience and care. I am a stay at home mum with two young boys. My youngest is now at nursery most days, which gives me availability during the day after the school run and before pick up. This means I can offer reliable weekday dog walks and drop in visits, providing your pet with exercise, company and care while you’re at work or away from home. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I am reliable, caring and understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog. We live in a spacious five bedroom home with a large, securely fenced garden, providing a safe environment for dogs if required. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them for a walk, I’ll always follow your instructions carefully and treat them as if they were my own. I am also happy to provide regular photo updates for peace of mind.
“Ash was wonderful with Suki and Prisma. You can tell he has a lot of experience with animals and he took great care of our pets' needs while we were away. We’re very grateful for his help, patience, and the thoughtful gift he gave to Suki, she absolutely loved it! We would happily book his services again in the future and highly recommend him !”
“Michael was great! He came over for a meet and great and copper took to him straight away. On the day Michael sent us loads of pictures and played and fed cooper as we requested. Will definitely ask Michael to look after him again”

“Jodie was very responsive from the moment of first contact and was kind enough to come and do a quick meet'n'greet with my pooch a few days before the required appointment. It was clear to see she had done this many times before as my skitty rescue felt comfortable enough to approach within a few minutes! During her alotted visit, Jodie - true to her word - sent updates and a nice handful of pics and vids to evidence the care and attention my doggie often needs. Thank you Jodie! We know who to call in next time! 🤗”

“Rebecca was fantastic! She looked after our dogs, Benson and Eddie, at very short notice and made everything feel easy. They were clearly happy and well cared for when we got home. We really appreciated her reliability and kindness. We would highly recommend her!”

“Hayley looked after our 4-month puppy and did a great job. She met with us before to help with familiarity, and was prompt and clear with all communication and followed all instructions perfectly. We appreciated the updates and pictures to give additional assurance!”

“Lauren has been fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for more 😌 Her communication was great, sending constant updates and photos. Would 100% use Lauren again if required and would recommend to others.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from the age 15 I’ve lived on a farm most of my life surrounded by animals of all types and mostly dogs I’ve also done dog walking quite a bit and I had a dog myself. I’m currently working, and have some spare time durning the weekend to spend some time with dogs and other animals. I also have a baby that loves dogs to. I have a fenced back garden and have a dog crate if needed I have a fur dog named Rocco a German Shepard to keep your fur babies company.
About: I have been looking after peoples dogs and dog walking for friends for many years now. I have two dogs of my own and we have a lot of space and lots of walking time to share with other dogs. I’m branching out to provide a space for other dogs to come and enjoy the many beautiful walks we have around swinley and surrounding areas. I walk twice a day usually for about 1/2 hours each. I have one male and one female dog. Preferably all natured dogs but we can discuss if not. I have a sports massage clinic which I’m running from a home studio so I am around mostly all day long. I teach Pilates in the evening but by then my partner is also home so any dog won’t spend much time alone as we are always around. All dogs will be with me and my two dogs all day long and never left alone. We have a spacious garden for them to be in and plenty of walking time to tire them out.
About: I absolutely adore taking care of pets probably more than the pets themselves! I have experience in puppy training and can offer all the attention they need. I have many big outdoor spaces available to me for their long walks and will welcome them into the cosiest home of ours. I’ve missed having a dog around the house since I moved out my family home to come to Surrey for uni. So I’d adore having a dog to keep me company again! I work part time and therefore have a lot of spare time to dedicate to pet care. I am passionate about training puppies and love having them around not only the company but the energy they bring. I love long walks and would love to bring them with me to share the experience. I have a comfortable living space that I allow pets to climb and sit on. There are many outdoor parks and fields near me that they can enjoy.

About: I’ve taken care of my cousins dog before and now I have a Cockapoo girl called Peanut! She is our first dog and we love her so much. I would like to help other people to take care of their dogs when they are away as I understand that is hard to leave your dog and I want to provide the best care, cuddles and play time! Peanut loves to run around with other dogs and it will be great for her to have a friend over. We have a garden in the house but we also live near Swinley forest, Lightwater Country park and Virginia water where we take Peanut on walks. After the muddy walks I always wash Peanut’s paws ( we installed a hot water tap in our garden) and wipe and brush her. I will make sure your dog is also clean and tidy to relax after the walks. I work from home every day and my partner is also working from home so your dog will never be alone! I will follow your instructions about feeding times and dog routine and as I said, your dog will never be alone in our house. I have a fenced garden and lots of space for your dog to play or chill. We can discuss about the level of activity your dog needs and the quiet time to nap.

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Surrey Heath
First time leaving our dog alone for an extended period of time. He is boisterous and doesn't listen to many commands, so we were very nervous, but Tigan has handled everything perfectly. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. Always easy to contact her and accommodating to our needs. We returned back to a happy and clean pup. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Surrey Heath choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a key safe or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a key safe. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalised codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in a flat, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or lift etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
