“Rebecca was fantastic! She looked after our dogs, Benson and Eddie, at very short notice and made everything feel easy. They were clearly happy and well cared for when we got home. We really appreciated her reliability and kindness. We would highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve worked with ‘Walkies’ for 2 years part time, helped set up ‘Gone to the Dogs’. I’ve set up and run my own business for a year, Alice’s Adventures. I used to be a full-time dog walker, but due to health issues, I had to close my business. I am now ready to open up again and connect with our furry friends on new adventures. I use a 10-metre training lead with all new dogs while we get to know each other and build trust. If there’s ever any uncertainty, I keep them on the lead to ensure everyone’s safety. Recall is something I consistently work on with every dog I walk. My vehicle is fully set up for safe transport, with secure clips and a dog guard fitted. I understand that joining a new group can feel overwhelming for some dogs, so introductions are handled carefully. I allow them to greet the others while the resident dogs are clipped in, closely monitor body language, and then gradually help them become comfortable with one another during the walk. I always arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand. I’ve never had to turn a dog away and hope I never do. I’m patient, calm, and committed to making each dog feel safe and confident in my care.

Whetever your pup loves long, energetic walks or calm, reassuring company, I tailor every visit to what they need most. Your pet's wellbeing is always my first priority. I'm DBS checked and trained in pet first aid, so you can feel confident that your dog is in trustworthy hands. I look forward to meeting you and your four legged friend. I provide reliable, trustworthy care with clear communication, attention to detail, and a loving, secure environment. Looking forward to meeting your pet's
“Justyna was really great with my nervous 6 month old shepherd and managed to win his trust within a few minutes. She was also incredibly patient with his little quirks and offered really useful advice. Will definitely use again.”

About: I have been looking after peoples dogs and dog walking for friends for many years now. I have two dogs of my own and we have a lot of space and lots of walking time to share with other dogs. I’m branching out to provide a space for other dogs to come and enjoy the many beautiful walks we have around swinley and surrounding areas. I walk twice a day usually for about 1/2 hours each. I have one male and one female dog. Preferably all natured dogs but we can discuss if not. I have a sports massage clinic which I’m running from a home studio so I am around mostly all day long. I teach Pilates in the evening but by then my partner is also home so any dog won’t spend much time alone as we are always around. All dogs will be with me and my two dogs all day long and never left alone. We have a spacious garden for them to be in and plenty of walking time to tire them out.
“Hayley looked after our 4-month puppy and did a great job. She met with us before to help with familiarity, and was prompt and clear with all communication and followed all instructions perfectly. We appreciated the updates and pictures to give additional assurance!”

“Bethany was very professional and positive. She did a meet and greet before looking after our golden retriver Teddy and did two home visits on Christmas Eve 2024. She was totally reliable and has a lovely manner, also posting pictures of the visits. She has a natural way with dogs and we can highly recommend.”

“Maddy very kindly agreed to drop in on Cookie when I was away for a couple of days. She provided a 5* service being reliable, super friendly and accommodating to Cookie's needs. She immediately made me aware of the issue with the lock, so I could fix it before the next day. We'll definitely use her services again in the future!”

“Michael was great! He came over for a meet and great and copper took to him straight away. On the day Michael sent us loads of pictures and played and fed cooper as we requested. Will definitely ask Michael to look after him again”

About: I’ve taken care of my cousins dog before and now I have a Cockapoo girl called Peanut! She is our first dog and we love her so much. I would like to help other people to take care of their dogs when they are away as I understand that is hard to leave your dog and I want to provide the best care, cuddles and play time! Peanut loves to run around with other dogs and it will be great for her to have a friend over. We have a garden in the house but we also live near Swinley forest, Lightwater Country park and Virginia water where we take Peanut on walks. After the muddy walks I always wash Peanut’s paws ( we installed a hot water tap in our garden) and wipe and brush her. I will make sure your dog is also clean and tidy to relax after the walks. I work from home every day and my partner is also working from home so your dog will never be alone! I will follow your instructions about feeding times and dog routine and as I said, your dog will never be alone in our house. I have a fenced garden and lots of space for your dog to play or chill. We can discuss about the level of activity your dog needs and the quiet time to nap.
About: I’ve had and have been taking care of dogs since I was 18 years old. I absolutely love all dogs big and small of all ages. I work in a school during the day so dog care is easy to fit around my work life. And my family are close by if needed. I have an inclosed garden which they can’t get out of. I also have a very friendly 3 year old black lab. He is very calm around other dogs
About: From a young age I have always surrounded myself with animals. Due to my parents work commitments we never felt it fair to have a cat or dog but we did have a wonderful rabbit growing up called Misty. She was fully my responsibility and it taught me from a young age what it took to look after and care for a pet. To say she was a spoilt rabbit would be an understatement! Growing up I have been so lucky to have neighbours and family that would let me help take care of their dogs and cats. When I lived at my parents I would help train and walk their dogs and even took one of the neighbours puppies to puppy school when she couldn't. Now I have become the go-to for my friends with pets whenever they go away. I am more than happy to look after their pets whilst they are away - from popping over for an hour or so for toilet breaks to nice long dog walks to occasionally staying over to ensure the dog/cat is well looked after and comfortable. Pets are part of the family and deserve the best care in the world and this is something that I will always provide. I am freelance and currently work around 3 days a week. I can be quite flexible and can always try and work my schedule around you. I have a relatively big open plan house which your pup is more than welcome to enjoy. I have a fenced off back garden with decking and live close to lovely local parks.
About: I have had dogs my whole life and they are my best friends!! I miss them a lot while I’m at uni ! Since a young age I have been responsible for looking after them, particularly with dog walking. I have also cared for dogs of my friends and family, housesitting while they have been away. I am a university student in Durham so have plenty of free time to care for your pets. I can also do all my lectures online so am super flexible in when I can help. I have a fenced garden and lots of fields/ walks near my home. I live in a house of 6 other sensible lovely girls who also love dogs.
“Sam was quick to respond to my short notice request for a drop-in. She was punctual and with very little input from me, managed Bertie’s needs brilliantly, feeding him, taking him out for toileting and keeping him company until it was time for bed. Sam was a great help at short notice and I would definitely recommend her.”

This is the 2nd time we have used Sarah to look after Cairo however this is the first time doing drop ins at our own home. Sarah came twice and took Cairo out for walks and fed her. Cairo was very happy and well looked after. Sarah's communication was great and she took lots of photos and videos so I could see Cairo was having fun! We will definitely book Sarah again.

Scout had an amazing time with Becca who is extremely friendly and nice. She worked with Scout very well and also added a bit of training, which is such a bonus. She is very knowledgeable and caring, and Scout enjoyed his time with her a lot. Looking forward to the next visit.

Hayley did an absolutely amazing job looking after our two house cats. She was brilliant at seeing to their individual needs and also keeping us updated with messages and photos after every visit ( twice a day). Hayley also made sure the house was spotless upon our return - the cats can be messy with their food and litter! Would 100% recommend Hayley! - she is very reliable and caring :)

Excellent service. Our cat was very well taken care. of. Karley came over twice a day to feed and check him. She even sent us some photos. It was reassuring to know he was in good hands and that we could get on and enjoy our time away. I would thoroughly recommend her without hesitation.
