“Sarah was very prompt at communicating and reassuring us about having our pup for the first time. We were updated straight away after dropping Archie off and we could relax at our work. Archie had a great day playing with Rocky and was very tired afterwards 🥰🥰. Thank you so much guys. Happy to book any time.”

About: Hi, I’m Rebecca and I live with my husband Lewis in a secure apartment with a fenced garden, providing a safe and comfortable environment for visiting dogs. I have a hybrid role and Lewis is self employed, so there is always someone at home throughout the day to give your dog plenty of attention, care and supervision. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits and boarding. Whether it’s regular walks, one off visits or overnight care. I have two very friendly French Bulldogs, Ralph and Rupert, who are used to being around other dogs and enjoy company. I am also fully insured, pet first aid qualified & DBS clear 😊 Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I work a hybrid role mainly based from home during the week. I also have two French Bulldogs, so looking after dogs is already part of my everyday life. I plan my availability around my work schedule, allowing me to offer dependable dog walking, drop-in visits, and boarding with plenty of attention and care. In my home, visiting dogs are cared for in a calm, safe and structured environment. I live in a secure apartment with a fenced garden, and dogs are always supervised and never left unattended for long periods. As I work hybrid role and am often at home during the week, dogs receive plenty of attention, companionship and care throughout the day. I follow each dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, toilet breaks, playtime, and rest. I aim to keep things consistent and stress-free so pets feel comfortable and settled. For pet owner homes (drop-in visits), I follow instructions carefully, including feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, walks if required and any additional care such as medication or cleaning up. I always ensure the home is secure before leaving and provide updates for peace of mind. I provide regular dog walking, either as part of standalone walks or during drop-in visits at the owner’s home, depending on each dog’s routine and needs. Walks are tailored to each dog’s age, energy level and temperament.
“We are SO grateful to have found Hannah and Jack, Cooper always has the best time on his days with them. He’s had a wonderful, fun filled day today with his best friend Copper, we love seeing him have a great time with another dog and Hannah and Jack are brilliant at updating throughout the day with messages and photos! Cooper can’t wait for his next visit🥰”

“the whole process was very easy and Ellie settled very quickly with Ciaran who looked after her for the day. we are glad we found Ciaran and look forward to making another booking.”

“Jenn has been looking after our Cockapoo Henry for around 6 months now and despite not being a particularly out-going dog, he fitted in with Jenn and her dog Everest straight away. Jenn treats Henry as one of her own and he's always delighted to see her when I drop him off. I'm really happy that he's in a safe place and well looked after with lots of cuddles on the sofa!.”

“Both Julie and her daughter Catherine took such wonderful care of our dog Barry. Me and my partner were extremely nervous before hand as after 5 years we have never left him with anyone other than my partners mum and he is a very anxious dog who gets worked up when around new people or a new environment. When we picked him up after a day in their care, he was so calm and relaxed, and had eaten all of his food, which never happens on instances where we go away to a cottage holiday. He often takes longer to settle. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“Giselle absolutely loves James and Hiro. She was very excited to see them both yesterday. I had videos of her walks and photographs during the day. James is very accommodating with Giselles newfy needs. Would highly recommend.”

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a meet and greet! I run my own business from home so can give your fur baby as much attention as they need. My daughter Darcie is 17 years old and studying Animal Care at College 4 days a week. I also have two other sons age 15 and 11. My husband and mum are also around so your dog will get plenty of attention. We have lots of woodland around our house so like to walk there or we go to Goldsworth Park and Horsell Common. We live on a 1 acre plot so even when not on walks your dog will have full safe access to our land all day. We provide lots of indoor and outside space and are a caring supportive family who will look after your dog as our own.
About: I have been looking after peoples dogs and dog walking for friends for many years now. I have two dogs of my own and we have a lot of space and lots of walking time to share with other dogs. I’m branching out to provide a space for other dogs to come and enjoy the many beautiful walks we have around swinley and surrounding areas. I walk twice a day usually for about 1/2 hours each. I have one male and one female dog. Preferably all natured dogs but we can discuss if not. I have a sports massage clinic which I’m running from a home studio so I am around mostly all day long. I teach Pilates in the evening but by then my partner is also home so any dog won’t spend much time alone as we are always around. All dogs will be with me and my two dogs all day long and never left alone. We have a spacious garden for them to be in and plenty of walking time to tire them out.
“Ursula was great with our dog Lily, she was very accommodating and sent pictures and video updates. Lily had a great time playing with Ursula’s dog Rocco and slept soundly on the way home. Thank you ?”

“Sally is lovely..after a great meet and great at the local park Luna seemed to enjoy the day with Sally and came home happy. Thank you Sally, look forward to seeing you again”

“Justyna was an absolute dream, my puppy had an amazing day and was spoilt with walks, play and treats. She sent constant updates so I could see how happy he was. She looked after him so well he is only 20 weeks so can be a handful but she knew just what to do. It was so reassuring to leave him in great care and know he’s well looked after x”

“Lizzie is wonderful . I was very anxious about leaving my little Lola with a stranger as only had her with family since she was born 3 years ago . As soon as I met Lizzie I knew she would be in safe hands . We did our first day yesterday and was great . Lizzie sent loads of photos and videos and they bonded really well. Lola has separation anxiety and can be nervous so was lovely that by the time I got back to collect her she was on the sofa having cuddles. Is lovely to know I can send her somewhere where she will get full care and attention and will be using Lizzie regularly moving forward . Communication and responses also great”

About: I specialise in looking after working breeds and high energy dogs, although I’ll happily look after your sofa pup too! Offering a wrap around service including pickup/ drop off, daycare and sitting in my home with my dog. Cuddles and lots of enriching walks with scent work and training, and regular pupdates so you can keep up to date with your dogs adventures with me. I work freelance, and offer my services between my contracts so your pup has my full attention and day. Our day will be filled with a long walk exploring the woods, followed by chill out time back at home, and a couple of short toilet and play breaks in the garden. I can walk your dog with mine or separately if you prefer, although most dogs are happy to come on adventures with Charlie. I don’t look after dogs when I’m working, so I tend to not accept sitting far in advance. I’m great for that last minute trip or booking. I have a fenced in garden, and look after dogs along with my dog friendly cocker spaniel Charlie. I offer a truely dog friendly home where your dog is welcome to curl up on the sofa or on the bed after their walk. Happy to crate if preferred. I offer off lead( if approved by you) walks in the woods and the heaths. I am used to working line and high energy dogs and their needs.
“Bruce had a lovely few days with JC. She was great at communicating, very flexible when I was running slightly late to pick him up and she sent lots of pictures throughout the day so I could see he was having a good time. I would definitely recommend JC to anyone and I will be booking with her again.”

Cooper has had the best days at Hannah and Jack’s (and with their lovely Copper) recently!! We absolutely love the daycare that Hannah and Jack provide every time - they are such lovely people, always send us with updates and photos of Cooper and take such great care of him. Cooper has the best time playing with his friend Copper too🐶 See you all soon!

Julie was absolutely amazing and looked after Laddu so kindly. Laddu from the moment he entered the house on the meet & greet day he just went sniffing around and had exploring. We could just see how comfortable he was. And he had enjoyed an afternoon siesta with the fan on to keep him cool !

Justyna took great care of Duggee during his daycare stay. He had such a lovely time! She kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos, which was really reassuring. They went on a long walk, and she also has a big garden for the dogs to enjoy. After he got dirty on his walk, she even washed him, which was so thoughtful. He came home happy, clean, and nicely tired after a fun day. He can’t wait to go back again! I would definitely recommend Justyna.

We have left our spaniel Spuddie with Jolene on several occasions now, both daycare and boarding and have always felt confident that he’s been well looked after. Jolene is lovely, very welcoming, as is her playful and friendly Labrador Gracie. I would highly recommend.

Lisa was great with Buddy and asked to meet him before the day of booking so he wasn’t too unsettled at being left with her for the first time. It is clear she is very fond of dogs and she even shared a photo of him looking very happy having cuddles during the day. I will be booking her again.

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:
- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
- Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes

Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Sitters in South East England may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
