About: Hello! My name is Louise and I am animal obsessed and have been for my entire life. I have pet sat since early teens and have 3 separate animal based qualifications. I am currently running a small educational animal sanctuary and a dog grooming parlour. I also compete at flyball with our own dogs. We have 3 children who also adore animals and are turing into great little helpers and trainers in their own right. About: I’ve taken care of dog for the past 4 years. We have a garden that is closed off suitable for a dog. We are close by parks too. Please note that I am able to board small dogs up to 7 kg. As I offer house sitting, and drop-in visits, I am flexible to up to 18 kg dogs. I work from home Mondays to Fridays so will be able to care for a dog easily. I usually walk my dog at least twice a day in safe neighbourhood with close by parks. I have a fenced garden. The doors are always closed. The living room and dining room are separated by doors too. We have been trusted to look after her when the family are away for long periods of time on holiday on a regular basis. We are Sophie and Joshua - We require a meet and greet in our home prior to accepting any boarders Or day care, this allows you to see where your fur baby will be cared for and introduce your dogs to mine (I have 2 with details listed below) I have grown up around all breeds from small to large; specifically German shepherds, spaniels, Shih tzu’s and labs. My parents also run a dog rescue out in Spain which I often go and support and carry out UK Home check for. All dogs of shape and size welcome. I absolutely adore pets and know when you go away, if anything like me you just hope they are having fun and don’t think you’ve left them! It is my job to ensure they are happy and healthy, keep you updated and make sure they feel loved and cared until your return. I work full time from home so there is always someone for cuddles and attention, Any questions please feel free to ask we would be happy to help. I have an enclosed large fenced garden with lots of woodland and paths to go on lovely walks. They will be walked daily or twice daily dependant on your routine and have access to the garden when they need. All our pets are allowed upstairs, on the sofa and on the bed. Again if you prefer dogs not to go On furniture we will honour what they are used to! Under the stairs we have doggy pillows, blankets and beds so they can take themselves off for some peace and quiet should they wish. Before you leave your furry friend with us as I have dogs on my own I would like to introduce my dogs to yours and get them used to the environment and me. My shepherd can be a bit ‘barky’ at first meeting new dogs as she had a bad experience when younger but after 5 minutes she is fine and running round playing she loves other dogs to play with as my elder dog would rather sleep!

Holly is incredible!!! Warm, kind, caring, reliable, I simply could not ask for better care for Filemon. I am beyond grateful that Holly agreed to care for Filemon during my family visit abroad. We are simply to lucky to find her! Filemon was safe, relaxed, happy, cuddled, Holly sent us visit cards and photos absolutely fantastic.
Sophy was absolutely fantastic with my cat while we were away for 10 days! We have a shy girl but Sophy made sure to be gentle and patient with her the whole time whilst ensuring all her needs were met and I got in-depth updates with photos/videos after each and every visit. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
