About: Hello! My name is Louise and I am animal obsessed and have been for my entire life. I have pet sat since early teens and have 3 separate animal based qualifications. I am currently running a small educational animal sanctuary and a dog grooming parlour. I also compete at flyball with our own dogs. I have years of experience working with animals doing things such as pet sitting, walking and training among many other things. We have 3 children who also adore animals and are turing into great little helpers and trainers in their own right. Animals in our care are looked after as our own and really become part of the family. We love taking any dogs in our care with us on day trips and some even enjoy coming camping with us in the caravan when we go to dog events. A little holiday of their own! Most of the income we make from pet sitting goes straight back into our animal sanctuary to help us care for our rescues, so its all for a good cause! Your dog will become part of the family, joining us for animal sanctuary duties, dog walks, going to the grooming room and more. They can join us at flyball in the caravan where they will be utterly spoilt. We are happy to care for a wide range of animals and have knowledge from dogs to guineapigs, to parrots and snakes we do it all. We work with the animals and their personalities having cared for very nervous and reactive dogs to the cuddliest rabbits you have ever met. We work with them all and my knowledge and qualifications in animal behaviour are invaluable!

About: I offer one-to-one dog walking and sitting and have always had dogs of my own. Our home is currently dog-free, so I’m looking forward to giving some local dogs plenty of love and attention. I have years of experience with dogs, horses, cats and small animals and genuinely love being outdoors. I work flexible hours from home, giving me plenty of time to be around for dogs during the day and fit their walks and care around their routine. We have a large garden and beautiful woodland within walking distance, with plenty of lovely routes to explore. Dogs staying with me are welcomed into the whole house and treated as part of the family, with lots of company, fuss and attention.
About: Since i was a baby I've grown up around many different kinds of animals, as well as being raised in a 4 cat, 1 dog household until i was 15. I dealt with high energy pets. I was also often left in charge of my cousins cocker spaniel, for long periods of time, where my requirements were to walk, feed a special diet, and play with for multiple hours in a day, sometimes more than a few days back to back. Over time i learned to adjust my care to suit my pets ages, my Yorkshire terrier has had asthma and a collapsed trachea for most of her life, i understand how to care for a dog with health issues along with cats, my senior 18 year old Bengal has many of her own health issues and needs special accommodation for her separation anxiety and dietary requirements. I am well versed on giving medications in various forms, and I'm not afraid to provide these to bigger dogs. Along with this, i have previously helped my own sister with her professional dog sitting for the past year when she's needed extra support for bigger dogs or fuller households, though i am able to manage this task on my own too. I currently don't work, so my schedule is completely open, and I'm more than happy to dedicate as much time as you need to accommodate your pets! Anything that may take a lot of time in a week is the perfect fit for me, i love spending time getting to know and understand your animals. I have a very private garden that backs onto other gardens, separated by a fence, and fitted for all dogs. I have fake grass which highly reduces the chance of ticks especially at this time of year, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with no noisy traffic or noise during the day or especially at night. I have a larger open house, big enough for larger dogs to roam around and explore! My neighborhood is quiet and rather large, with many various places to walk dogs.
About: I’ve taken care of dog for the past 4 years. We have a garden that is closed off suitable for a dog. We are close by parks too. Please note that I am able to board small dogs up to 7 kg. As I offer house sitting, and drop-in visits, I am flexible to up to 18 kg dogs. I work from home Mondays to Fridays so will be able to care for a dog easily. I usually walk my dog at least twice a day in safe neighbourhood with close by parks. I have a fenced garden. The doors are always closed. The living room and dining room are separated by doors too. Cosmo, who doesn’t warm up quickly, was in her arms cuddling and giving kisses like she’d known her forever! Gypsy, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, also loved her. Catherine went above and beyond during her visit—she sent us plenty of updates, photos, and videos (which we loved!), and it was clear she genuinely enjoyed being with the pets. She took the time to play with them, get down to their level, and offer them proper affection and attention—not just care, but real companionship. About: I’m a Labrador mum and have looked after family and friends dogs for many years. My daughter works from my house so dogs are very rarely left alone. Absolutely amazing cat sitter! 🐾 Sarah was so lovely and caring with our two cats, even though one spent most of the time hiding and managed to scare her when she couldn’t find her! 😆 The other one, meanwhile, was giving her headbumps, demanding scratchies and even munching on her hair! 😂 We came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats and couldn’t be happier. Salem really enjoyed his time with Emily and would be more than happy to use her again. She visited regularly gave him lots of attention, established a routine and sent daily pics and updates to his guardians. This is the first time we have left our two indoor cats whilst we went away so I was a little anxious, but absolutely no reason to be, Becca has brilliant communication & sent lots of pictures & videos after every visits. We’re extremely happy with the care Sushi received! Mirrand is clearly very experienced with cats and genuinely loves and understands them. She spent lots of quality time with Sushi—playing music, interacting with her, giving her plenty of cuddles and attention, and brushing her fur. She also kept everything very clean and tidy. When we came home, Sushi was happy, healthy, relaxed, clean, and clearly very well cared for. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. I'm always nervous going away and leaving our 2 kitties. Needn't have been as Charlie is fantastic. Her updates, photos, and thoughtful care gave us real peace of mind. She went above and beyond to ensure they were looked after and getting their meds. Tackled a few auto feeder problems encountered too. Skylar loved playing with the toys she brought along. I highly recommend Emma. Emma was absolutely brilliant with our cat, who is normally quite picky at who he allows to stroke him, and within the first couple of visits she was able to give him head tickles. She gave us lovely updates each day with photos and was very responsive to messages. I am so glad to have found Emma, and will continue to use her in the future.
We booked 2 home visits with Michael for an afternoon and evening visit. We are beyond grateful to have found Michael - we were looking very last-minute and yet Michael made it possible - and even made sure to meet Nelson (and us) beforehand which really put our minds at ease. It was the first time that Nelson was home alone for an extended period of time, and Michael helped it be a huge success. Nelson seemed calm and content whenever we checked in in between Michael's visits, and the feedback and photos Michael sent us after the visits confirmed this also. We are genuinely beyond grateful and felt that Nelson was in capable hands during the visits. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
