About: I am 37 years old and have personally had cats and dogs for over 20 years and taken care of many dogs for friends and family when they have been away or busy with work. Every single one, from the Labradors to the Newfoundland, it has been a pleasure. I find all animals are a joy to be with and I thoroughly enjoy training them and playing with them. I enjoy finding ways to keep their minds active, as it benefits them greatly with their obedience and helps them rest. I recently lost my beautiful labrador friends, and currently have two smaller dogs, who are very friendly and get on well with other dogs and are very obedient. I take it upon myself to learn new ways to care for and train dogs, it is a huge interest of mine. On a personal level, I have previously worked with the Police and volunteered for the Ambulance service. I have a completely clear enhanced DBS check. I have undertaken a pet first aid course to ensure I am able to deal with any emergency that may arise. I am happy working with all breeds of dog, and have experience with high-energy working dogs too, such as Malinois, but would need to know of any issues to be sure I can cater for it. Happy to train dogs whilst walking/sitting as well, but would need to know the issues prior. I have experience working with dogs that are nervous or scared of specific things, as well as experience of dogs that pull when walking, and/or can be aggressive towards others. I will only ever work with one client at a time and never take multiple jobs at once. About: I have had pets of all kinds my whole life and my partner and I have just welcomed our own pup into our home- a little cockapoo called Paisley. Ever since I was a small child I have had the responsibility of cleaning and looking after fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs and rabbits. I have been a dog walker for neighbours and house sat for cats and dogs for friends and family for years as well. I know that the school holidays and the weekends are a time where lots of families struggle to get away or have days out because of pet care so I want to offer a solution, as a teacher who loves animals. I am currently working part time and mostly from home in a job where I get to choose my hours so would love to help however I can :) We have one pet- Paisley- who is very friendly and good with dogs of lots of breeds, I would recommend our pups meeting before the booked service though to ensure they get along- and we have no children. We have a garden with high fences and when we have dog sat in our home the dogs have been happy and content here. I am used to walking dogs both on and off the lead, whatever your preference, and my house is a short walk away from a lovely park. If your dog is happy to be in the car, there are lots of woodland walks and fields to explore very nearby. As a fellow dog owner, I understand the importance of having confidence in who would be looking after your fur baby and so I am happy to follow any rules or routines that you have in pace with your dog at home to ensure you, and your dog, are happy and comfortable.
About: Welcome to Sparkes Doggie Duties! We are Sophie and Joshua - We require a meet and greet in our home prior to accepting any boarders Or day care, this allows you to see where your fur baby will be cared for and introduce your dogs to mine (I have 2 with details listed below) I have grown up around all breeds from small to large; specifically German shepherds, spaniels, Shih tzu’s and labs. My parents also run a dog rescue out in Spain which I often go and support and carry out UK Home check for. All dogs of shape and size welcome. I absolutely adore pets and know when you go away, if anything like me you just hope they are having fun and don’t think you’ve left them! It is my job to ensure they are happy and healthy, keep you updated and make sure they feel loved and cared until your return. I work full time from home so there is always someone for cuddles and attention, Any questions please feel free to ask we would be happy to help. I have an enclosed large fenced garden with lots of woodland and paths to go on lovely walks. They will be walked daily or twice daily dependant on your routine and have access to the garden when they need. All our pets are allowed upstairs, on the sofa and on the bed. Again if you prefer dogs not to go On furniture we will honour what they are used to! Under the stairs we have doggy pillows, blankets and beds so they can take themselves off for some peace and quiet should they wish. Before you leave your furry friend with us as I have dogs on my own I would like to introduce my dogs to yours and get them used to the environment and me. My shepherd can be a bit ‘barky’ at first meeting new dogs as she had a bad experience when younger but after 5 minutes she is fine and running round playing she loves other dogs to play with as my elder dog would rather sleep!

About: I was brought up in a home with many pets including 2 dogs, cats and rabbits and mice, as such have always had a natural affinity and affection for all creatures great and small. I have a pet cat called Malibu who I have had for 4 years. I also have a pet snake and a pet lizard that I have had for 5 years. All are very well loved and cared for. About: We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and Robert the hamster) I had two spaniels, a beautiful old boy who was 11 years (no longer with us) and a 1yr old boy. I have experience training and raising my senior dog from 16 weeks old. He became a Pets as Therapy dog and was adored at a local primary school. He was a wonderfully calm loving dog that was quite creaky by the end; so I understand the patience and gentle care that older dogs need (if you are worried about an older slower doggo being in someone else's care). I also have a furry ball of fun! I have had my youngest pup since he was 8 weeks and this has meant I have had to start all over again and recap all our past training! He will also train to become a therapy dog when he is older (wish me luck!). I have room for 1-2 dogs during the week. I work from home so I am in most of the day, every day. I walk the dogs straight after the morning school run around 9am and again pop out either before the 3pm pick up or just after (with children in tow). The dogs get attention whenever they potter up to me whilst I'm working , I enjoy the company! I am happy to accept any dog of any age that has a good temperament. I have two school aged children (6 + 8) who have grown up with dogs and understand how to respect and play with them. However, their safety (along with my dog and yours) is paramount. So if you have a reactive dog I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. The dogs have free reign of the downstairs of my house and the backdoor to the (fenced) garden is open in almost all weather (unless it is freezing or torrential!). My dog is crate trained so is also in and out throughout the day but is mostly asleep at my feet in the kitchen! I can also separate the dogs between the living room and kitchen if they need downtime from playing.

This can include making sure that we’re walking in quiet areas to avoid overstimulation. •Ensuring all harnesses and collars are properly fitted and there is no risk of your dog slipping out whilst we’re out! • Special care for your senior or special needs pups, like using gentle voice cues for blind dogs or touch cues for deaf ones, and giving them time to explore at their own pace. I have lots of experience in guiding blind and deaf dogs. •Making sure that on return, your pups are in a safe location, so they can’t get up to any mischief before you come home! •Being available! I am more than happy to keep you updated with how your pup has been in my visit or during our walk, to answering any questions you might have to give you that peace of mind. About: I have had dogs for 6 years from young puppies, which means I’ve had the joy of training and raising them. Additionally, I also have experience with walking other dogs and having several dogs stay overnight at our home. I have experience with dogs that need training and have resource guarding issues. About: I have had pets of all kinds my whole life and my partner and I have just welcomed our own pup into our home- a little cockapoo called Paisley. Ever since I was a small child I have had the responsibility of cleaning and looking after fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs and rabbits. I have been a dog walker for neighbours and house sat for cats and dogs for friends and family for years as well. I know that the school holidays and the weekends are a time where lots of families struggle to get away or have days out because of pet care so I want to offer a solution, as a teacher who loves animals. I am currently working part time and mostly from home in a job where I get to choose my hours so would love to help however I can :) We have one pet- Paisley- who is very friendly and good with dogs of lots of breeds, I would recommend our pups meeting before the booked service though to ensure they get along- and we have no children. We have a garden with high fences and when we have dog sat in our home the dogs have been happy and content here. I am used to walking dogs both on and off the lead, whatever your preference, and my house is a short walk away from a lovely park. If your dog is happy to be in the car, there are lots of woodland walks and fields to explore very nearby. As a fellow dog owner, I understand the importance of having confidence in who would be looking after your fur baby and so I am happy to follow any rules or routines that you have in pace with your dog at home to ensure you, and your dog, are happy and comfortable.

About: I'm an experienced dog owner that loves to walk, train or just look after, other people's precious pets. We also offer a doggy day care and boarding service here in Aldershot in beautiful Hampshire. I no longer have a dog myself because I will need to give your dog(s) the individual care that you would want and they deserve, and it ensures you that there can be no conflict between our pets and yours whilst in our care. We don't just walk your dog. Each dog is dried, combed, brushed and de-ticked after each fun filled outing. About: I’ve taken care of friends dogs for many years, I also previously volunteered at a local dog rescue offering care and dog walking for the dogs there. I am currently not working so I am available Monday to Friday as well as weekends for dog sitting and dog walking, overnight stays can also be arranged. I live in a large flat so there is plenty of space around. The flat is ground floor and surrounded by space, local to large playing fields for walks.

About: I am 37 years old and have personally had cats and dogs for over 20 years and taken care of many dogs for friends and family when they have been away or busy with work. Every single one, from the Labradors to the Newfoundland, it has been a pleasure. I find all animals are a joy to be with and I thoroughly enjoy training them and playing with them. I enjoy finding ways to keep their minds active, as it benefits them greatly with their obedience and helps them rest. I recently lost my beautiful labrador friends, and currently have two smaller dogs, who are very friendly and get on well with other dogs and are very obedient. I take it upon myself to learn new ways to care for and train dogs, it is a huge interest of mine. On a personal level, I have previously worked with the Police and volunteered for the Ambulance service. I have a completely clear enhanced DBS check. I have undertaken a pet first aid course to ensure I am able to deal with any emergency that may arise. I am happy working with all breeds of dog, and have experience with high-energy working dogs too, such as Malinois, but would need to know of any issues to be sure I can cater for it. Happy to train dogs whilst walking/sitting as well, but would need to know the issues prior. I have experience working with dogs that are nervous or scared of specific things, as well as experience of dogs that pull when walking, and/or can be aggressive towards others. I will only ever work with one client at a time and never take multiple jobs at once. This ensures peace of mind that your dog would have my full attention and there should be no conflict with other unknown dogs. Please ensure that you are happy paying me through Rover before booking. I’m currently working for myself in IT which gives me the flexibility to work different hours and enables me to be able to walk and play with dogs when needed to help others.
