About: Hi there! I’m Emily and I live with my boyfriend Luke, and our bearded dragon, Leelo. I have lived my whole life with a dog (or four) in the home. Last year Luke and I lost our beloved senior Chocolate Lab, Toffee. Since then, I’ve missed having dogs in the home terribly but cannot face getting another one just yet. I look after my mum’s Staffy/ Boxer from time to time, as well as my grandparent’s Schnauzer twins and Luke’s mum’s Jack Russell. As cliche as it is, I love all dogs, all sizes, all ages and all temperaments. I also have worked previously for a boarding agency in the offices, helping to match the right carers to the right pets so have some experience in that area! I work full time however I work shifts across 4 days a week. I would aim to only look after pets on my days/ afternoons off as I would want to give them my full attention to make sure that they’re coping well. I have a small back garden which is good for shorter visits. I live in an area where there are also lots of green spaces and local dog walkers. We do have a bearded dragon but she lives in her tank when animals are round and is very quiet.

About: Friends & neighbours have relied on me to check in on pets, feeding and walks. I’ve always lived with dogs in the household. I have experience with giant dog breeds and dogs with special needs who require specific, precisely timed care such as administering medication. When it comes to behaviour, I am especially intuitive when there’s fear and apprehension in my furry friends and am quick to soothe. I’m very well versed and understand every step in epileptic care for dogs. I am self employed and work from my home in Walton on Thames. My schedule isn’t as busy these days and would love to pepper in pet visits and dog walks. My best friend is my cane corso, Raisin who I’m working with to ease her agoraphobia. She is an apprehensive rescue pup who loves her safe home space. I would like to fit in pet care between care for my own friend and scheduled client appointments. If we can get a routine set, that would work best for me! I will only offer home visits, and walks. Any requirements for enrichment, feeding, exercise, company or potty breaks, I’m more than happy to help! I don’t own a car and travel primarily by motorbike.

About: I have always had dogs and cats as pets growing up and as an adult have always had cats and dogs. My family all have dogs so I walk and look after their dogs when needed. We had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 14 years and we now have a rescue Springer Spaniel from Battersea called Tilly who is very friendly and loves other dogs. Dogs are family and your dog will be treated as I treat my own, with lots of kindness, love and care. I have plenty of quiet spaces with comfy places for your dog to rest and have some peace when they want it as well as a large garden for them to explore and play in. I will carefully follow your care plan and instructions for your pet so that they feel happy, relaxed and well cared for. I am Canine 1st aid trained, canine behaviour trained and DBS checked. I am home every day so I am able to be flexible where possible so message me with any requests and I will do my best to help if I am able to. We have a large garden with 5 foot fencing all round so fully secure. Lots of lawned area and a wooded part at the back of the garden. There is a summer house and in nice weather the doors are open for any dogs that want to have a sleep in the shade on one of the sofas in there. In the house there are 3 rooms with sofas and a couple of dog beds so that your dog will have a choice of where they feel comfortable sleeping. When walking your dog they will be lead walked on a long line lead so that they can enjoy freedom to explore but it enables me to ensure that your dog remains safe. Please let me know about any behaviour traits and what your dogs routine is so that I can ensure they are comfortable and happy.
