About: I’m an experienced pet/house sitter, having looked after everything from blind toy poodles to escape artist hamsters in their homes - including managing baths, medication and vet visits. I grew up with beautiful energetic dogs and affectionate cats, and adore spending time with animals. I have a slew of friends’ dogs for who I’m the go-to person for overnight stays and walks, and like to get close to the pets I look after. I’ll always follow your instructions for your pet to the letter (but will have a sweet spot for dogs that are allowed cuddles with me on the sofa 🙂) I am currently not working and so can be very attentive to your pet. I am very flexible about timings (pick ups, drop offs, arrivals), walking times and duration of care. I have a car (although it has a closed boot so can only carry dogs on the back seat) I like pet sitting in the animal’s own home as it puts them at ease and smooths the discomfort that can come from being looked after by a new person If you prefer them at my place, my basement flat has a very safe walled garden, but I also have access to a beautiful park-like communal garden, and the park and seafront are 5 mins from my flat.
“Very happy with Violettas care of our pets, they are always well loved and nurtured and we are always pleased to receive photos and updates of how she is getting on with them, we totally recommend her”
“Amy came to the home a couple of times before the stay to meet with Edie and get to know her and go out for a couple of walks with her, this has been really good to help Edie who can be a bit nervous of change. Amy kept me informed whilst we were away, sending pictures of pickle and Edie to let me know how they were. Really happy with the way the way they were looked after. Will definitely use Amy again”

“Tsarina is simply brilliant — really taking the time to understand our dogs and making sure they were happy while we were out. We instantly felt confident of her care and her abilities with animals and we are looking forward to booking her again.”

About: Hi I’m Hollie, I am an artist and I love cooking and reading. I have a huge love for all animals and feed anything that comes in my garden. I am mummy to an 8yr old Maine mix called Gary, he is a very sweet and affectionate boy who also has a mischievous side and a 4yr old Sphynx cat called Pierogi, who is a clingy, wrinkly, needy delight. I don’t have any children, and I work for myself, therefore I have a lot of flexibility and fewer commitments. I recently lost my sweet tabby girl to dementia, I was so fortunate to have been her Mumma for 17 wonderful years. I am not ready to “replace” her, so I thought I could get my feline fix by helping to care for other people’s cats. I do not charge peak fees as not having children means those times are not an issue for me, I also know that going away at peak times is already a more expensive holiday for you before you even consider pet sitting.

“We came home to two very happy and relaxed cats after Kasia looked after them for three days. We opted for house sitting as opposed to pop in visits and what a difference it made to our furry babies! They had obviously been really glad to have their regular daily routine undisturbed as well as the company, strokes, cuddles and games they got from Kasia who followed our instructions really well and left our house in perfect condition. Our cats warmed to her really quickly which was a great sign as they are both quite sensitive and we got updates and photos on a daily basis making us feel relaxed and confident that they were in good hands. We would highly recommend Kasia as she was reliable and trustworthy with an obvious flare for bonding quickly with other peoples pets. Thank you Kasia 😻”

About: Hi, I’m Leah, and pictured with me is my beloved Miniature Pinscher, Lilly, who sadly passed away in November. Dogs have been at the center of my life since the day I was born, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Growing up in Ireland, our home was always filled with animals, and that lifelong passion eventually grew into professional dog boarding and pet care. After losing Lilly, opening our home in Bexhill to dogs has become a deeply meaningful way for me to continue doing what I love most — providing a safe, calm, loving, and enriching environment for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I have hands-on experience raising dogs from birth and professionally managed a daily dog boarding business in Ireland from the age of 18. Over the past year, I have also worked alongside a highly rated professional pet sitter, helping manage a wide range of sits involving everything from young puppies to senior dogs with complex medical and behavioural needs. I am confident caring for: * Puppies requiring structure, routine, and positive reinforcement * Senior dogs needing patience, gentle handling, and medication administration * Dogs with separation anxiety or reactivity * Large and powerful breeds, as well as small and delicate companions Throughout my life, I’ve personally owned and cared for a wide variety of breeds, including Jack Russells, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Toy Poodles, a German Shepherd, an Alaskan Malamute, and Lilly, my Miniature Pinscher. I also helped raise three generations of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, giving me extensive experience with dogs through every stage of life. One thing owners quickly notice about me is how much pride I take in creating a clean, calm, and welcoming environment. I’m an incredibly homely person and genuinely enjoy maintaining an organised and immaculate space, whether dogs are staying in our home or I’m caring for them in yours. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust completely, and I treat every home and animal with the utmost respect and care. My goal is always to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable. I provide reliable communication, daily updates, and plenty of photos and videos so you can fully relax knowing your dog is safe, happy, and being treated like family. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your dog and discuss how I can help provide the best possible care while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine, and I’m able to provide dogs with plenty of time, attention, companionship, and structure throughout the day. I’m highly flexible with my availability and can accommodate boarding, daycare, walks, drop-ins, and house sitting depending on your needs. Because I genuinely love having dogs around, your pet will never simply be “fit in” around my schedule — their comfort, routine, exercise, and wellbeing will always be a priority. Whether your dog enjoys long walks and playtime or prefers a quieter, calm environment, I’m very happy to adapt to what suits them best. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is the most important part of pet care for me. I understand that every dog is different, so I always take time to learn their routines, boundaries, personality, and individual needs to help them feel secure and comfortable. My home in Bexhill is clean, peaceful, and highly organised, with plenty of attention, affection, play, rest, and supervision throughout the day. I am extremely attentive when it comes to safety during walks, feeding, medication administration, introductions, and maintaining routines exactly as owners request. I have a fenced Italian stone garden with access to the seafront and cooler woodland walks and open field space. My car has a dog seat for smaller breeds, and safety buckle leads to ensure their security while travelling in my car. I also have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, reactive dogs, anxious dogs, and pets with medical needs, so I’m confident adapting to more complex care requirements when needed. If caring for your pet in your own home, I will always treat your space with complete respect and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, communication, and reliability. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel completely comfortable and cared for while you’re apart.
“Lauren did a fantastic job of looking after our two cats while we were away. She was conscientious, reliable and excellent at keeping us updated and responding to messages. The cats had the companionship they needed and Lauren made every effort to maintain their daily routine. Our cats were very comfortable with her and were more than happy to get their cuddles, brushes and strokes from her right from the start. We came home to happy, healthy cats, a clean and tidy house and were able to enjoy a worry free trip. Lauren comes highly recommended!”

“Rachel is a superb dog-sitter and lovely person. My Great Dane- Moira- loved her. Rachel did a 2 day sit at my home with an overnight. She is very capable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I highly highly recommend Leslie and Max!! They went out of their way to help us out at short notice and it was so reassuring to know Hector was happy and cared for during the day, he was taken out for a walk and given lots of treats and he was very disappointed when Max went home at the end of the day. Wouldn't hesitate to leave a dog in their care. Thank you so much!”

“Hollie and James were perfect sitters. They happily visited before the start of the sit to meet Clovis and look round the house. Clovis immediately bonded with them and it was obvious how much they liked dogs. On the day I was leaving they arrived in good time before my taxi arrived and I had no worries about leaving them in charge. When I returned the house was immaculate, the bed had been stripped and linen and towels were by the washing machine just waiting for me to switch it on. Clovis was pleased to see me but was also very tired and I gathered he had been for a long walk every day. He had been very well looked after. Many thanks to Hollie and James.”

He was respectful to us as owners and very patient with our dog who can sometimes be a handful. He did an overnight sit in our house and left the place as he found it.
