About: Hi, I’m Abbie! 🐶 I’ve been around dogs for years and previously had my own dog walking/daycare business, so I have experience with a wide range of breeds including Jack Russells, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, French bulldogs and German Shepherds. 🐶 I currently have one dog of my own, but I completely understand that not all dogs are comfortable around others, so I’m happy to keep them separate and focus entirely on your dog’s needs. 🐶 I’m based in Lenham, Maidstone Kent, which is perfect for a variety of walks, from peaceful countryside routes to more stimulating environments depending on what your dog enjoys most. 🐶 I have my own car, allowing me to offer safe pick ups & drop offs if needed. 🐶 I hold diplomas in Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, Pet Psychology, and Pet Nutrition, so your dog will be in knowledgeable and capable hands. 🐶 I always use positive reinforcement and tailor my approach to suit each individual dog’s personality, routine, and any specific requirements they may have. 🐶 I have experience with: • Puppies (including early socialisation in safe ways) • Nervous or reactive dogs • High-energy breeds • Senior dogs who may need a gentler pace 🐶 Whether your dog needs a fun, enriching walk or calm companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and communicative I’ll always keep you updated so you have peace of mind while you’re away. 🐶 I can’t wait to meet you and your dog ❤️
“Liv did a great job looking after our black Labrador Raffa. She came round before we went on holiday and we went through everything thoroughly, she turned up exactly on time on the day we left. Whilst on holiday she kept us informed with messages and photos. We came back to a happy dog and an immaculate house. We would definitely use Liv again. Nigel and Paulette”

“Thank you Arran for looking after Ruby so well, and our home, while we were away. We had lots of photo updates and were able to enjoy our holiday knowing Ruby was in safe hands. Would definitely recommend as a trusted sitter. Thank you Arran.”

About: 🐾💛 Welcome to Biscuit Break Pet Care 💛🐾 Hello! My name is Lauren (Ren), and I created Biscuit Break Pet Care, a professional, compassionate and continually developing pet care service based in Smarden, serving the surrounding local villages and Ashford area. 🏡🐾 With over four years of personal animal care experience, alongside professional experience within kennels, catteries, dog walking and pet-sitting businesses, I have cared for a wide variety of animals and understand that every pet has their own individual personality, routine and needs. My approach to pet care is centred around comfort, welfare, low-stress handling and individualised care. I believe pets should be given the time, patience and understanding they need to feel safe and comfortable, whether that means energetic playtime, gentle companionship, enrichment, maintaining a familiar routine, or simply allowing a more nervous pet to have space and settle at their own pace. 💛 I currently provide care for a wide range of companions, including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, aquatics and amphibians. 🐶🐱🐹🦜🦎🐠🐸 Biscuit Break Pet Care is fully insured and DBS checked, and I am continually expanding my knowledge through further education and training, including comprehensive Pet First Aid & CPR training across multiple species. My long-term goal is to continue developing Biscuit Break into a knowledgeable, welfare-focused pet care service, with further education in areas such as animal behaviour, enrichment, species-specific care, low-stress handling and more specialist animal welfare. 🎓🐾 Whether you are going away on holiday, working long hours, taking on extra shifts, or simply need some additional support with your pets, I aim to provide reliable and compassionate care that gives you peace of mind while your pets remain in the environment they know best. All new clients receive a complimentary initial meet and greet before their first booking, along with a welcome packet providing all the details and information on what we do. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your pets’ individual needs and make sure everything is arranged clearly before their care begins. 🐾☺️ 🐾 What to Expect | Scheduling & Cancellations Biscuit Break Pet Care operates on a first-come, first-served booking basis. You are welcome to enquire about as many dates as you need, whether you require a single visit, multiple home visits, daytime care, overnight care or 24-hour pet sitting. Bookings are confirmed based on availability and are secured once all required booking arrangements have been completed. 🗓️🐾 I will always do my best to provide your pets with the care they need, but availability can become limited especially during busy holiday periods, so I recommend enquiring as early as possible to avoid disappointment. ☀️🏡 I understand that plans can change and that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let me know as soon as possible so I can update my schedule and, where possible, offer the dates to another client. For bookings that have been confirmed with payment, cancellations or significant date changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to an 80% cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement accepted at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep the booking process fair and reliable for all clients. 💛🐾 🛡️ Safety, Trust & Environment Before your first booking, all new clients receive a complimentary Initial Meet & Greet. Biscuit Break Pet Care is: ✅ Pet Business Insured ✅ DBS Checked ✅ Continually developing professional knowledge through further education and training ✅ Working towards expanding knowledge in areas including species-specific care, animal welfare, behaviour, enrichment and specialist pet needs Every pet is different, and I believe their care should reflect that. “Robert was wonderful with our Peanut and his experience shone through immediately. He was helpful, quick in response and it was a relief to be able to leave Peanut in the hands of someone so capable and calm. It was lovely to receive updates with photos and videos throughout and our Peanut so relaxed. Would definitely recommend Robert and happy to rebook with him.”

About: Zoology and Animal Behaviour Degree, First Aid and DBS checked. Finding someone to care for your pet when you can't is always a worry, as a dog and cat owner myself I can thoroughly relate and I offer services tailored to you and your pets' routine. I have been caring for clients, friends and family's pets for over seven years now, this includes: dogs, cats, small furies and reptiles. Having historically worked in a animal rescue, I'm pretty certain I've seen it all, from caring and raising new-born pups to providing palliative care for special seniors, administering medications and dealing with reactivity. At the moment, I work part time for a charity and fill the rest of my time doing what I love, which includes a lot of dog related activities. I travel the UK to raise awareness of the vulnerable native dogs breeds in the UK and compete at Crufts annually both to show and take part in Discover Dogs, in addition to other kennel club schemes. I have often had dogs come to stay and they always thoroughly enjoy a trip to our family farm where they can run through acres of grass and woodland or take a paddle in the lake. I am completely flexible and happy to work around you and your pet's needs by adjusting my schedule to fit your pet's routine. My house is a calm environment, I like to tire dogs out on walks and with stimulation in the home to that they are happy and satisfied to minimise stress. I have fenced garden and offer supervised outdoor playtime or sunbathing (weather/heat permitting). We have set meal times and my dogs are fantastic at calming any nervous individuals with their happy-go-lucky attitudes and love having other dogs come to stay and walk with. In any emergency our vets is just down the road.
“Millie was an absolute lifesaver, taking my request for a long day’s dog sitting literally the evening before as I was called to work in London the next day. She looked after BOTH my Great Dane AND my daughter’s Chihuahua who is staying with me for a couple of weeks. Needless to say the Chihuahua is more of a handful. Lots of lovely updates through the day and 2 super happy dogs when I got home. Millie is amazing and I’d love to book her again. Next time will just be Moira! Thank you so much, Millie.👍😁”
