2. Elena C.
“We've never had a pet sitter before as our dog has always gone into kennels when we've gone away. But as he's an old boy now he needs more care. Elena cared for him and looked after him better than we do! Elena kept in contact with us and sent photos whilst we were away which put us at ease. She's a lovely lady and we won't hesitate to have her again. We highly recommend Elena.”

About: I grew up with two golden retrievers in a busy house hold from a young age and this is where my love for animals began. For the past 8 years I have spent time looking after my sisters two dogs (a crazy spaniel and Labrador) and regularly taken them for walks or house watched them to help my sister out. I’ve also volunteered at an owl centre & i’m often pet sitting my friends four naked cats. Sometimes of a week night or weekend I have my sisters dogs over to look after. This includes feeding them and taking them out for long regular walks. I work during the week 9-5 so I have to fit per care in around this. I prevent front door escapes by opening the door slowly and keeping my eye on the pet as I enter and leave. I always bring a spare lead. During the summer dogs need to be walked in the early morning and evening, I know to cool them down fast by wetting their paws and chest will cool water. I always make sure any hazards like cleaning products are out of their reach.
8. Luke A.
“There aren't enough stars for Luke! He is truly the most phenomenally caring and trustworthy sitter we've ever had for Ziggy (our very bouncy, 2.5yr Golden Retriever). Luke took Ziggy under his wings for a week at his beautiful home which is clean, tidy & cosy; he went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure our boy was safe, well stimulated, cleaned, loved & entertained with his own Golden Retriever, Cody. (who is SUCH a lovely natured & playful GR). My mother in law popped by to say hello mid week and she absolutely loved Luke & his GF too - they were so accommodating & clearly genuinely lovely, kind people. Daily photos & videos were in full swing which I found very reassuring that our GR was really happy & in such good hands - it's honestly a shame we had to bring him home as he was clearly having THE BEST time with Luke, his GF & Cody. I joked about our dog having a GR retreat for a week and he certainly did. He occupied him with snuffle mats, licky mats, plenty of playful & even bough him a very cute golden retriever teddy which melted our hearts when we saw our boy with it when he returned. Luke not only took him on what looked to be the most wonderful woodland walks but he also managed to get Ziggy in his bathtub - which we have never been able to achieve! Mega chuffed with that! He cleaned him everyday after the muddiest of walks and Ziggy looked so comfortable and happy in his care as I could see huge smiles on Ziggys face in every single photo. The photos he sent were also brilliant, Luke captured the most intimate & playful moments of our dogs together, I can imagine Luke raking in the cash as a candid dog photographer. He really did everything and more that I could have wished for to ensure Ziggy was happy & healthy and for that, I am so grateful. To commend Luke further - he gave us a digital and hard copy of an illustration of Ziggy which is flipping fantastic, another string to add to his bow. Really, if you're looking at booking, do it immediately because I don't think there is anyone better suited. We 100% trust Luke & his GF & will absolutely use them again in the future and know Ziggy will lose his mind when he sees them all again :D Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! XXX!”

“Elise was wonderful and looked after Roxy beautifully, leaving the house wonderfully tidy when I got home as well! Would highly recommend her services.”
10. Kathryn P.
“Kathryn looked after my very anxious vocal little dog with severe separation anxiety for an evening. Kathryn was on time, took a real interest in Cody and his likes and dislikes and asked about any special requirements we had. She was very friendly and approachable. She also sent me a msg with photo shortly after we had left the house to reassure me that Cody was okay which I really appreciated and a follow up one later. It would be a pleasure to have Kathryn look after him again.”

About: Have been around dogs ever since I was a baby and couldn’t be without them! They’re another family member and deserve all the love in the world! I work between the hours of 8:30 and 4:30 but am home every evening and weekends. I can be flexible with notice on dog sitting. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and there’s nothing more than a good cuddle after a days work. Walks on weekends to finish the week off goes down well too. My mum is a hydrotherapist for dogs so she is a back up in case of any emergencies or queries.

About: I’ve taken care of different animals since I could remember. I’ve had the pleasure of taking care of my own dog for 10 years before she had sadly passed away. I have also looked after family pets and along with family friends. Whilst also being trusted to check in on pets for neighbours. I’m currently a student, who has a lot of free time on her hands. I’m available for house sittings and check ins everyday of the week apart from Friday morning due to a compulsory class. I can easily crate your dog and take any other safety precautions needed that usually put in place. Im very used to completing the instructions needed when looking after pets.
15. Lee C.
“Lee looked after my very anxious vocal little dog with severe separation anxiety for a few hours. Lee was on time, took a real interest in Cody and his like and dislikes and asked about any special requirements we had. He was very friendly and approachable. He also sent me a text shortly after we had left the house to reassure me that Cody was okay which I really appreciated. I have no doubt that Cody was a bit of a handful but would have no hesitation in asking Lee to look after him again.”
