About: I have experience with anxious and aggressive dogs, rescues, puppies and elderly dogs. Passionate and friendly individual, flexible care tailored to you and your dogs needs. I am a student at uni of Kent in my final year, looking to create my own dog walking business so trying to find clients. Lots of time day and night to take care of your pets as if they were my own. Eager to offer reliable and friendly care to your pets with regular updates throughout the day. I’ll leave your home cleaner than how I find it and treat it with the upmost respect.

About: Hi,I currently live with two biewer terriers at home and love them lots, I’ve also had a range of dogs since I was born including jack russels, and blood hounds (small and large). I’ve always been around dogs even through university where I walked dogs with the app ‘borrowmydoggy’ and boarded dogs with rover, I do dog sitting on occasion still but am currently looking to expand my range and am excited to spend some time looking after your pup/s! I am very flexible with time so please let me know if there is a time or day you might want or need that’s not on the calendar and I can see if I’m free. I’m currently working flexibly and looking for a full time job so I have lots of spare time to look after dogs during the week days. I will of keep an eye on the dog/s ensuring they are not up to mischief. If needed we can go and let out some steam or we can sit in a space to nap. I will take the dogs personality into account when looking after each and every one ensuring each are looked after the best they can be. I will also ensure to keep the dogs day to routine if a specific routine is kept at home for comfort and normalcy.
“Grace looked after both our home and our black Labrador, Gryff, while we were away, and we couldn't have been happier with the care she provided. From the outset, Grace was reliable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. It was clear that Gryff was well cared for, happy and relaxed when we returned home. We particularly appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Our home was also looked after exceptionally well and was clean, tidy and exactly as we had left it. It was reassuring to know that both our dog and our home were in such capable hands. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grace to anyone looking for a caring and dependable house and pet sitter, and we would be delighted to use her services again in the future. Thank you, Grace!”

About: Hello, my name is Jilly. I live in Herne Bay and I am a professional pet carer. I have many decades of experience providing care for dogs and cats. For many years, I provided care for my own pets at home, as well as neighbours' pets, and occasionally strays, a full menagerie who I miss to this day! I'm also happy administering medication, should this ever be necessary. I live inbetween Reculver and Beltinge, with daily access to the calm, green spots that pets love. I am retired and so I can spend all day with your pets, treating them to treats, walks and cuddles! Please let me know your pet's schedules and I can adjust and tailor to their needs. I have a large, bright and calm home with a fenced garden and access to many ideal local amenities, including the walk to Reculver Towers.
“Richard is great with my two rescue dogs, Peggy and Winston. They’re still settling in and Winston can be nervous in new situations, but have very quickly settled with Richard. He’s friendly and reliable, and accommodating at short notice. Highly recommended.”

“I would recommend Suzie again and again! My elderly 1.5kg yorkie is not a fan of strangers which makes leaving her in the care of pet sitters hard. Suzie was so good with her! Suzie kindly sent regular updates, which helped with my anxiety. She also left the house is great condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet/house sitter.”

About: I have an elderly Yorkshire Terrier whom I have cared for since she was a puppy, so I am very experienced in providing consistent, long-term care for a much-loved pet. She is a gentle and affectionate dog who enjoys plenty of attention and companionship, and looking after her has reinforced the importance of patience, routine, and creating a calm, reassuring environment. As she is now blind, I also have hands-on experience supporting a pet with additional and more complex needs. This includes being mindful of her surroundings, maintaining a safe and predictable home environment, and adapting my approach to ensure she remains comfortable and confident. Caring for her has strengthened my ability to be attentive, responsive, and sensitive to subtle changes in behaviour or wellbeing. Overall, this experience means I am very comfortable adapting to the individual needs of different animals, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, reliable care tailored to each pet’s specific requirements. I currently work from home full time, which allows me a high level of flexibility in arranging visits to the property. I am available from 6pm each evening and can stay overnight until 6am. I also have greater availability and flexibility over weekends. I will be available for daily check in's to play with your pet. Each pet sitting expereince will be different and I will tailor my care based around your requirements. I will ensure both you and your pets needs are listened to and followed. I will provide updates via whatsapp with photos of your pet whilst you are away.

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats and adore them all. I live in Herne Bay with my partner, so we'll both be available to care for your pet! I'm currently studying accounting, and my partner works part-time as a taxi driver and studies personal training, so there'll always be one, if not both, of us available for you and your pet! We live in a flat - while it's without a garden, we're a 2-minute walk from a large park. As for caring for pets in an owner's home, we are both very tidy and respectful.
About: I love animals, especially dogs and cats. I enjoy being outside everyday and take my friend's dog Molly for walks everyday. I have looked after Molly for one year now, including sitting, walking, feeding, bathing...I also have two cats, Mia and Milo which I have had since they were kittens. I love how independent and relaxed they are and enjoy them being around while I am working. I am friendly, reliable and punctual. I have a full-time job remotely so have a lot of free time. I am usually free either early mornings or late afternoons everyday. I can take up more responsibilities on my days of which are sometimes weekends and other times days during the week. As long as we agree and plan before hand, I will find a way to accommodate your needs. Sadly, I do not offer care for pets in my home as I already have a dog and two cats. However, in emergencies, I can accommodate.
“Natalia came to look after my two little fluff balls. Natalia kept us updated through out and sent pictures of Molly and Finbar to let me know how they were doing. They loved having her look after them. Would definitely use Natalia again. Thank you Natalia!”

About: I have always been around dogs, I grew up with many. My family would always dog-sit for friends and family. I wanted to study zoology at university but due to personal issues I no longer will be able to, so I am trying to surround myself with animals! I am not in the right situation to have my own dog, so I would love to be around them and also help out owners! My priority is ensuring the dog is happy. I have just finished my A levels and only work Friday and Saturday evenings. I am hoping to get into a part time job. This means that I would still have plenty of time to go and see my furry friends! I am easy and can change my schedule to fit the dogs needs. I have a fully gated garden, we have a door that separates upstairs and downstairs ( for dogs that need to stay downstairs ). I am happy to stay in peoples homes and will cater to my own needs. If allowed, I will get lots of treats for the dogs and a new toy for new customers. I absolutely love walking and can cater my walks to your dogs needs. Living by the beach has its perks!

“Rebecca was an excellent house/dog sitter, who looked after our lively and attention seeking Cocker Spaniel extremely well. We received regular updates while we were away, including photos. I would recommend without hesitation Rebecca to anyone who needed a sitter for their pet while they were away.”

“I really appreciated how reliable and caring Klara is. She put me ease leaving my 2 dogs with her. They loved her. She is very respectful and accommodating and communication was great. I have had no hesitation recommending Klara and will be booking her again when needed.”

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Herne Bay
A repeat booking with Alex, this time for an overnight stay, and once again everything was excellent. Coley's routine was followed and we received regular updates, from which it was clear to see how comfortable and at ease Coley felt. It meant we were able to properly relax and enjoy our trip. Our house was left tidy, secure, and clearly well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was our first time leaving our girl Jan a lab retriever with Thomas. Meeting Thomas before the visit was excellent, it gave me great faith in him and Janna getting along together and having a fun time while we were away also having a fun time. Everything went to plan and I can honestly say that I relaxed and hardly gave Janna I thought. I have already booked Thomas for two more house sits in the next couple of months.
