About: Hi, I’m James. My wife Heather and I love animals and having both grown up living with an array of pets, dogs, cats, birds (ducks&chickens, budgies) Lizards and tortoises. All companions are loved and admired. Resultantly, from our vast experiences, with different kinds of companions and personalities, we can recognise behavioural traits and understand what it is your boy(s) or girl(s) want / need. We had our own girl (Ellie, as seen in the pictures) unfortunately illness took her so we no other animals at home. So your furry friends will have our undivided attention. Heather, is home all day and we have access to a garden. We live less than 20ft from the sea so your furry friends will have the beauty of the sea to enjoy on walks as part of their daily routine when staying. We look forward to be able to look after your beloved family members. Heather is free and at home all week and able to provide the daily care your friend deserves. Daily walk, ATTENTION, food and drink. However, I return from work approximately 6pm (Tuesday-Saturday) when we would then go for an evening walk before dinner and bed. We believe it is important to build trust with your furry friend by joining in with them with the activities they love. The atmosphere within our home is very relaxed. We believe that our furry friends need a strong routine and a loving environment to thrive. We have an array of both physical and mental stimulating toys so they’ll never be bored.

About: Hello, my name is Jilly. I live in Herne Bay and I am a professional pet carer. I have many decades of experience providing care for dogs and cats. For many years, I provided care for my own pets at home, as well as neighbours' pets, and occasionally strays, a full menagerie who I miss to this day! I'm also happy administering medication, should this ever be necessary. I live inbetween Reculver and Beltinge, with daily access to the calm, green spots that pets love. I am retired and so I can spend all day with your pets, treating them to treats, walks and cuddles! Please let me know your pet's schedules and I can adjust and tailor to their needs. I have a large, bright and calm home with a fenced garden and access to many ideal local amenities, including the walk to Reculver Towers.

About: I've taken care of pets throughout childhood (we owned two cats) and have been around dogs for a similar amount of time. My extended family always had dogs, from Jack Russell's and Cockapoos to Labradors. I loved them all and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. I'm home most of the time, occasionally I have to be away in London. I would be able to travel local to Whitstable / Herne Bay and care for your dog as needed (walks or daycare). Or alternatively I can offer daycare at my home. There is a large garden at the back that dogs love to explore! I'm often in the back patio working so I can keep and eye on them. There are no other pets here so they will have all the space (and attention...) I know a few good walking spots in the local area. If there is a preferred route or grounds you'd like me to take your dog, please let me know.

About: Since a young age I have loved animals, but I developed a particular love for dogs when Maisie the Border Terrier was brought into the family. Taking her out on a walk was always the highlight of my day, but since moving away to Whitstable I have been looking for more opportunities to care for dogs and give them the love and attention they truly deserve. I volunteer to help assist the trainers at my local dog training classes and have been volunteering with Kent Search and Rescue Dogs, so I have experience caring for dogs in all different shapes and sizes! About: I have an elderly Yorkshire Terrier whom I have cared for since she was a puppy, so I am very experienced in providing consistent, long-term care for a much-loved pet. She is a gentle and affectionate dog who enjoys plenty of attention and companionship, and looking after her has reinforced the importance of patience, routine, and creating a calm, reassuring environment. As she is now blind, I also have hands-on experience supporting a pet with additional and more complex needs. This includes being mindful of her surroundings, maintaining a safe and predictable home environment, and adapting my approach to ensure she remains comfortable and confident. Caring for her has strengthened my ability to be attentive, responsive, and sensitive to subtle changes in behaviour or wellbeing. Overall, this experience means I am very comfortable adapting to the individual needs of different animals, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, reliable care tailored to each pet’s specific requirements. I currently work from home full time, which allows me a high level of flexibility in arranging visits to the property. I am available from 6pm each evening and can stay overnight until 6am. I also have greater availability and flexibility over weekends. I will be available for daily check in's to play with your pet. Each pet sitting expereince will be different and I will tailor my care based around your requirements. I will ensure both you and your pets needs are listened to and followed. I will provide updates via whatsapp with photos of your pet whilst you are away.

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats and adore them all. I live in Herne Bay with my partner, so we'll both be available to care for your pet! I'm currently studying accounting, and my partner works part-time as a taxi driver and studies personal training, so there'll always be one, if not both, of us available for you and your pet! We live in a flat - while it's without a garden, we're a 2-minute walk from a large park. As for caring for pets in an owner's home, we are both very tidy and respectful.

About: I currently don’t have a dog due to work commitments, however, I often look after my friends dogs whilst they are away. I love going on long walks and so being able to bring along a furry companion would be ideal. Please feel free to message me and let me know what you are looking for. I currently work shifts in the emergency service industry and have availability for a few days most weeks and occasionally at weekends. I would absolutely love to walk and look after your dog on my days off, ensuring that they get the love, attention and stimulation that they need! *Please note: due to work commitments, I am unable to accept boarding requests for more than a 2-3 days at a time* I am currently living in a terraced house with a small private enclosed back garden. There is also a large communal green area just beyond my garden for your dog to play. There is a bridal path less than a minute walk from my house leading to woodland walks and large fields which is where I usually like to go for long walks. I’m offering a home from home experience, no place is out of bounds and I would highly encourage cuddles on the sofa!

About: I am very in tune with animals naturally understanding their needs . I am very strong so can handle large breeds as well as smaller breeds . My feminine, maternal side means that the animals feel loved and important, which I feel is needed when they are away from the owners . I’m open , honest and understand the need for communication whilst your pet is in my care . I have a large car , I am flexible and enjoy all aspects of caring for animals. I am looking to give my love to dogs this summer after loosing my soul dog . I am self employed and was going to reduce my summer hours to spend time in nature with animals and feeling free . My youngest is about to drive and my eldest has left home so I am experiencing a whole new chapter of life . We have a fenced garden. We are a 7 minute walk to the beach . A 5 minute walk to a big memorial park . I will like to dog sit in new places too . In the country , woods , by the sea . It needs to be nature if possible. I am extremely clean and always consider others .

About: I have a real love for cats and have taken care of our family cats for over 10 years. I noticed a lot of dog lovers on this app and think there should be someone as a true friend for cats too! I’d love to look after your furr babies when you’re away from home whether that’s drop ins or overnight stays. I’m here to give them all the love and attention they deserve! I work for myself from home so I can easily fit pet care into my schedule at any given moment. It’s great for flexibility and I can work on a short notice period too :) I am always reliable, clean and organised when looking after pets in the owner’s home. For overnight stays I take my laptop to do some work and have lots of pet cuddles. I will always leave the homes the way I found them and take care of everything as if it was my own. Pets in my care have a safe and trusting environment.
