About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up in South Africa, we always had both dogs and cats, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I currently have a friendly and energetic 5-year-old Jack Russell called Frank, who loves walks, playtime and making new doggy friends. Looking after Frank has given me plenty of experience with active dogs and, most importantly, an understanding that every dog has their own personality, routine and individual needs. I have plenty of time to give your dog attention, exercise, cuddles and companionship throughout their stay. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel comfortable and settled when they're away from home, so I'll do my best to keep their normal routine and follow any instructions you provide. I'm available at weekends and would love to care for your dog while you're away. I have a beautiful woodland area right behind my home, which is perfect for exciting walks and adventures, as well as a fully secure, enclosed garden where dogs can safely play, explore or simply relax. I'm also happy to administer medication if needed and will always follow your dog's usual routine and any special instructions to make sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for. I know how difficult it can be to leave your dog with someone else, and I want you to have complete peace of mind while you're away. My dog, Frank, is a much-loved member of my family and lives indoors with me, so any dog staying with me will be treated just like one of my own. I understand how important routine is, so I'll do my best to follow your dog's usual schedule, including feeding times, walks, medication, and any special care instructions. I can walk at any time of the day. I can also sit in your own home for half days or pop in when needed. I treat dogs and cats like family which mine are. About: I’ve always had dogs since I was young and would just love to welcome yours into our home! I am a huge animal lover and would treat your dog with so much love and care. My dream is to own my own animal sanctuary one day! We have a medium sized garden which is fenced and we generally spend most our time out there, so that means lots of roaming for your pooch🫶🏼 I also have a campervan and if I’m not at home, I can also be found exploring the UK. You’re dog is always welcome to join me 🤭 I work for an outdoor organisation and live with my partner George who is also a dog lover (and seen in some of my photos), we are very flexible and have many great walks near us! I can either take the dog/s to work or they can be left at home with George as he is currently studying - whatever is easiest on the day really! I have a fenced garden and lots of space in the house for your dog to roam, we’re an active couple & enjoy going on lots of adventures so if your dog is up for this, we’d love to explore with them. We do not currently have any dogs ourselves so would love to look after yours before we commit to having our own in the future. Beverly was absolutely amazing! She learned v quickly the routine of our pets, gave them lots of love, care and attention. We have3 dogs, 2 cats, fish and tortoise and we were away for 3 weeks. We also have a very old dog with special care needs so I was quite anxious at the beginning with such a complex household if Beverly will cope, but she was amazing! The old dog was v much cared for and Beverly went above and beyond to ease our stress and give us the reassurance we needed to enjoy our so much needed holiday. It was also the first time we’ve used a dog sitter so you can imagine my anxiety. Beverly communicated very well with us and knew exactly everything that needs to be done for our pets to feel happy and well looked after. Rita stepped in at the last minute to house-sit and watch our cat, Loki, following a hospital visit he had. Since we weren’t in town, Rita had to administer medicine (pills) and watch to ensure Loki did not have a repeat incident. We were nervous to leave our cat and home in the hands of someone we had never met before, but Rita did a fantastic job! She provided us regular updates on Loki, responded to our questions quickly, and left our house in better shape than when we’d handed over the keys originally!
