He was so well looked after and clearly became part of the family very quickly. I was kept updated on progress and was sent lovely photos. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Francesca and Jamie!”

“Joanna and her bf were wonderful hosts and super lovely. They have an adorable dachshund that’s close to Cosmo’s age too. We met for a play date 2 days earlier to introduce them to one another and it went well. Joanna was also knowledgeable in general Spitz behaviour which made me more comfortable. Cosmo has separation anxiety but she kept him company whilst ensuring she gave him his space when he wanted it. She kept me up to date, sent me photos, and was responsive. Glad Cosmo made new friends and will definitely visit again! 😊”

I’d absolutely recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a calm, home-from-home experience for their pup 🐾💛”

“Thanks Jessie for looking after our Chubsie, he had a great time and looks forward to seeing you again. Thanks for keeping us updated in how he was and for sending us pictures as well.”

“Marty was absolutely loved his time with Katie and Dexter and came home wiped out after a fun day of playing all day. We received plenty of updates throughout the day and while he was out on walks. Katie could not have made us feel more at ease leaving him in her care :)”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was very young, growing up with both dogs and cats and developing a genuine love for animals of all kinds, including rabbits and hamsters. Caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently have a small Bichon Frise, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Because I have my own dog at home, I focus on caring for small and medium-sized breeds, where I can ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. While I don’t take on larger breeds, I’m more than happy to provide attentive, reliable care for smaller dogs—whether that’s walks, day sitting, or home visits. Your pet will be treated with the same care, patience, and affection I give my own. My schedule is provided a week in advance, so it can vary slightly from week to week. However, this also allows me to plan ahead and offer good availability for pet care. I’m generally available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I’m flexible when it comes to arranging walks or home visits in advance. I always do my best to help As a pet owner, I make my dog Freddy’s happiness and wellbeing a top priority. He gets plenty of walks every day—even if that means spending my work breaks outside with him. We usually enjoy shorter walks around the block or by the river, along with one or two longer walks in the park for extra exercise and stimulation. At home, I’ve created a very dog-friendly environment filled with toys, cozy blankets, and (of course) treats. While the whole house is welcoming to dogs, the sofa is definitely a favourite spot for relaxing and feeling comfortable.

“Shannon dropped in to feed and let out my dog and did an excellent job! ….. even washed up the dog bowl! It was lovely to be able to go out for the evening knowing my dog would be looked after and not left for too long on her own. I will definitely get Shannon to help out again .”

“Samara was amazing with our babies Toby and Nala! She communicated every day about everything even bought us more cat litter as we had ran out, washed up the cats bowls and the litter was clean for when we got home which was such a relive. She made sure they had fresh cat nip everyday and re set the auto feeders for the morning. She also put out our bins too so we didn't need to worry about it. Overall was fantastic service, and we would definitely recommend! We wouldnt hesitate to book with her again in the future 😊”

“Faith is a fantastic cat sitter! It was our third booking with her and we will book her again for our next holiday! Our two Maine Coon cats love her and they’re usually very cautious with strangers. Faith follows all our instructions regarding cat care, while we can relax on holiday.”

“Cheryl did a wondeful job with our two girls, she played with them, fed and watered them ensuring that they were well cared for. She was easy to communicate with and replied to messages quickly. We received regular updates about our girls, including pictures. Would definitely recommend for catsitting. Thank you Cheryl :-) ”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover! My family has always had dogs, and for the past 5 years, I’ve had my own furry companion: Piper, a White GSD, who’s been with me since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve also cared for friends’ and family dogs of all shapes and sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I’m happy to cater walks of different lengths, for groups or individuals, on- or off-lead, and can offer pick-up and drop-off. Our favorite walking spots include Penshurst, Haysden Country Park, and Ashdown Forest. I also enjoy caring for and walking puppies under 1 year old. My shift-based work schedule is flexible. Saturdays to Mondays are best for sitting, while weekdays work best for walks before or after office hours or in short 1-hour windows. With a little notice, I’m happy to accommodate other times too. I truly love dogs of all personalities—needy, naughty, or nice! Piper usually comes along on walks, but she’s happy to wait if your pet prefers one-on-one attention. Drop-in visits and walks always include plenty of playtime, snuggles, and potty breaks, and no pet is ever left alone for more than 2–4 hours at a time. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine thanks to my flexible schedule. I work remotely and as an on-call firefighter, allowing me to provide walks, playtime, meals, enrichment, and companionship throughout the day. Pets staying with me are fully supervised and can enjoy multiple walks, garden time, and cuddles as needed. I can easily accommodate different feeding routines, exercise needs, or any medication requirements, ensuring each pet receives attentive care and plenty of stimulation while in my home. Pets are welcome to stay in my home, where they’ll be cared for in a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. I have a fully fenced garden and access to a variety of local green spaces for regular walks. I also have a car, allowing safe transport to different walking locations if agreed. If a pet needs to be the only animal in the home, this can be accommodated. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, exercise, rest, playtime, and any medication requirements. Pets receive plenty of supervision and companionship, and their wellbeing is closely monitored. Regular updates and photos are provided so owners feel reassured throughout their pet’s stay.
About: Home from home care for your dog. I have a friendly labradoodle called Rosie who is 6. I've had her since a puppy and trained her to be a well behaved disciplined doodle. I also regularly care for family & friends dogs, big and small. I am confident and experienced with handling dogs, whether this be as part of a group of dogs or those needing solo time. Rosie is happy to accompany me on walks but also happy to remain at home catching up on her R&R! We can provide home from home care for your dog. My wife and I are huge dog lovers and will care for your dog like one of our own. I have a flexible role so please see my availability for times I can care for your pet. My wife does shift work so between us we can ensure to be home to provide care for your dog. We have a secure house and garden to offer. If boarding your dog will need to be sociable as we have Rosie our labradoodle too. Rosie is vaccinated and spayed. We have plentiful space if your dog needs a crate in our home. We live near lots of open space to enjoy walks and play time too. Willing to do meet & greet of yourself and your dog if you would like.
About: Having worked in a vets for many years, and having grown up around dogs, Matt and I are a safe pair of hands. Most recently, we lived with my flatmates husky, and therefore spent alot of time walking, socialising and looking after him. Matt and I both work full time, but generally 3-4 days from home. We love walking, and would love to add your dog into our routine. We would be looking for a dog in the Tonbridge area. We have a fenced garden with side access, and also plenty of space inside for the dog to make the house their home. We can also easily seal off rooms if required.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and caring for them comes naturally to me. I grew up with cats, raising them from kittens with lots of love, patience, and attention to their individual needs. I understand their behaviours, routines, and how important a calm, safe environment is for them. Alongside my experience with cats, I’m confident looking after pets of all kinds, always making sure they feel comfortable, well cared for, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, or simply giving them affection and reassurance, I treat every pet as if they were my own.
About: I've always shared my life with animals - from dogs and cats to tortoises, chickens, and rabbits. Growing up in the countryside, a pet-filled home was the norm, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My first dog, Sheena, a sweet Coton de Tulear, was by my side for 19 years. We went through everything together, including her final years when she needed extra care and patience due to age-related issues. That experience taught me a lot about love, responsibility, and the needs of senior pets. Now living in England, my cats still enjoy a peaceful life with my parents back in Spain, while I’ve welcomed a new companion into my life - Fuet, our dapple dachshund. He’s full of personality and has brought so much joy and routine to my days. He’s now 2 years old, and looking after him has been a rewarding part of settling into a new home. We live just a short walk from a large park where he plays and trains, and I work mostly from home, which means he gets plenty of attention (and cuddles!). With my own family far away, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets when you're not around. That’s what inspired me to join Rover - I want to offer fellow pet owners peace of mind, knowing their dogs are being cared for with the same love and attention I give Fuet. Whether it’s play, rest, or just some company, your dog will be treated like one of the family. I work from home throughout the week, which means I’m able to spend lots of quality time with Fuet. Our days follow a relaxed but consistent rhythm with walks, playtime, meals, training, and plenty of downtime together. Whenever possible, I bring Fuet along with me. Whether it’s a weekend outing, a walk in nature, or a visit to the beach, I genuinely enjoy including him in my plans - everything feels a little better with him by my side. In our home, we have a lovely little terrace where we’ve set up a potty patch for Fuet, which we’ve trained him to use since he arrived at just 8 weeks old. This makes it easy for him to have a designated spot for his needs. Everyone is welcome on the sofa, and Fuet loves to snuggle up next to me at night in his crate. We even have space to set up another crate or bed right next to his, so any furry friends can feel comfortable, secure and part of the family. When pets stay with us, they’re welcomed as part of the family. I provide a calm, comfortable, and loving environment where they can feel secure and relaxed from the moment they arrive. Fuet is used to having other dogs around and enjoys the company - as long as everyone gets along, your dog will have a lovely companion during their stay. The nearest park is just a minute away, so we make the most of it with regular walks, playtime, and sniffing adventures. I’m committed to offering the kind of care I’d want for Fuet if he were staying with someone else - lots of attention, affection, and a safe space to rest and play.
“Kerry is absolutely 5 star, no question about that! My puppy absolutely loves her, she was very well looked after by Kerry during her drop in. Kerry also helped with training advice when asked during our meeting, and helped implement them during the visit. We will absolutely get Kerry to look after our dog again!”

“Verity took excellent care of our 3 month old golden retriever - which isn't always the easiest of tasks! She sent lots of lovely updates, and struck up a great bond with him in a short time! Will definitely be re-booking her services moving forwards.”

About: My partner and I grew up with dogs, cats and other pets and I have had animals around all my life. We are trusted by friends, family and Rover contacts to care for their pets covering a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. Our experience includes all aspects of care such as feeding, grooming, administering medications, exercising, and providing calm support through illness or recovery and I am passionate about the wellbeing of the animal. We recently had to say goodbye to our own gorgeous dog who had a chronic heart condition. This meant regular medications and close monitoring as well as ensuring she remained physically and mentally stimulated without causing strain. I’m patient, observant, and reliable, and take time to understand each pet’s individual routine so they feel safe, settled, and well cared for. Whilst we are not ready to commit to another dog of our own we enjoy welcoming and reassuringly caring for your furry companion. I work from home most days, so I’m around throughout the day to provide company, care, and walks tailored to each pet’s energy level and needs. To ensure pets aren’t left alone for extended periods, I don’t accept bookings on days when I’m required to be in the office unless we can agree a drop-in whilst I am out. On available weekends, I offer boarding in a calm, home-from-home environment. My calendar shows when I’m generally available, but please feel free to get in touch if a date appears unavailable — there may be some flexibility. We have a private garden for regular toilet breaks. Although this is not fenced off we would make sure your fur-baby is safe. We also have several walks nearby. If allowed in your home, we are comfortable to have pets on the furniture.

“Rosanna was so wonderful with our puppy! She is very accommodating and has a lovely set up and routine. She has 2 beautiful dogs of her own. Tiggy loved playing with them and had some wonderful walks. We got lots of lively updates and photos. Would highly recommend and definitely be using again! X”

“Joanna was wonderful! It was a last minute booking, she was so kind and helpful and kept me updated throughout the day with lots of photos. Dottie had a fabulous day and throughly enjoyed playing with joanna's gorgeous sausage dog! Thank you so much!”

“Ana was fantastic when she looked after our 4 month old cocker spaniel Luca. She arranged to meet us before she looked after him at a nearby park and then on the day, kept us updated with lots of photos and videos which was really reassuring. She was also super flexible with timings which was appreciated. You can see how much Ana loves dogs and she took great care of ours. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks again Ana!”

About: I have owned dogs my entire life from German Shepards and Greyhounds as a child to labradors, long-haired Shepherds, Spaniels and rescue mixes as an adult. I love them in all shapes and sizes and am extremely experienced in their care. I also enjoy training dogs whether it's the very basics, brushing up on old tricks, or tackling something like dog agility! My father both bred Greyhounds and owned a Greyhound rescue, and he taught me a huge amount about dog behaviour and dog training as a young girl. I have trained my own dogs and those of others as a lifelong hobby and occasionally as a career. I have plenty of time to play and care for your dogs! I don't work at the moment so have a lot of flexibility in when I can be available. I am most flexible Monday - Wednesdays, but can find time on most days and when it comes to pet care I will always make it my priority! I have a fenced garden, access to a large fenced community garden, and am very close to lovely woodland walking routes which I have explored many times in the past with my own dogs and those belonging to others. I sadly lost my lab last year at the ripe old age of 15, so I don't currently have a pooch at home giving your pup the run of the house!
“Jessie, my cocker spaniel, had a fantastic day with Katie and Dexter. Katie kept me well-informed with photos and videos and was really flexible about drop-off arrangements. Jessie clearly had a great time and now sprints towards Katie and Dexter whenever we see them in the park. Highly recommend”

About: Welcome! I am an experienced dog walker, sitter and boarder. I have looked after dogs with a range of needs including medical and nutritional. I have a back garden and access to two large parks in the area. I am caring, patient and professional. Speak soon! I am available most days and only work a couple of evenings a week. My husband works from home - so in the event I am at work, he is able to look after the animals also. He is experienced in pet sitting too and you will be able to meet him in a meet and greet. I treat them like a family member and I am intuitive to their needs. I will make sure they have lots of stimulation, affection (if wanted!), time to relax and exercise.
“Jamie and Liv were great, we did a meet up the day before and they sent updates throughout the day. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to other dog owners! 😊”

“Teddy had a great time, Jakub and Luka took great care of him and gave us regular feedback on the time Teddy spend with them and Ivy. We will definitely ask them to look after Teddy again. Thank you so much.”

“Otis had the best day with Laura and it looked like him and Dorothy loved playing together! Pictures sent throughout the day and felt very comfortable leaving Otis in good hands.”

“The one place Bellsie is truly happy with away from home. When she realised where she was going today, she literally dragged me running there. The best care you could ask for,”

“Felt so reassured leaving Ziggy with Kirsten for the day. It’s the first time we had used a sitter and felt comfortable straight away - we’ve now booked her for a weeks stay when we go on holiday. Ziggy didn’t want to leave!”

About: What started as simple passion has grown into several years of dedicated dog care, during which I’ve worked with many different pups—each with their own personality and needs. I’m also a proud rescuer of a dog who wasn’t given much of a chance, and that journey taught me even more about patience, trust, and how the right approach can completely change a dog’s life. I truly believe there are no bad dogs. As a home educator, caring for dogs fits perfectly into our lifestyle. My 14-year-old daughter is very much on board, and together we give each dog plenty of attention, love, and gentle structure throughout the day. Your dog will never be left feeling bored, anxious, or ignored—they become part of our little family. When you’re away, we provide cuddles, calm reassurance, playtime, fun walks, and all the one-on-one care your pup needs to feel safe, happy, and content. With us, your dog is in devoted, loving hands and will be wagging with joy until you return! 🐶💛 Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm. As a passionate dog lover, I make sure each dog in my care gets everything they need—three walks a day, plenty of cuddles, playtime, and lots of attention. I treat every dog like my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved throughout their stay. Safety and trust are at the heart of everything I do. If your dog is closely bonded with you and might try to escape, I kindly ask that they wear a tracker—just as a precaution. Dogs are incredibly clever, and while I always provide a secure and calm environment, it’s important to be one step ahead. We spend our days surrounded by nature—fields, woods, and meadows—far from traffic and noise. I'm not a town girl; I believe the countryside offers the perfect setting for dogs to roam, sniff, and feel at peace. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priority.

About: I’ve dog and cat sat for as long as I can remember, a drop in to feed a neighbours cat or looking after a friend’s new puppy overnight. I love all animals and couldn’t be happier to take care of them! I work from home three days a week so can pop in or take dogs for a walk throughout the day on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I’m free before 8:30 and after 6pm. If available I could also do weekends! I have no animals myself so no problem bringing a pet to mine, also very contactable to pop by yours for a drop in or walk
“I am so happy with Chelsea’s dog walking service. She is great with our energetic golden doodle who has a great time on his walks. She always arrives promptly and will show up come rain or shine!”

“Luke left us feeling very calm and listened to what we wanted from him. Keeping us updated throughout and left to enjoy out holiday with no added stress. Will definitely use him again”

“Ziggy and George had a great week together! Thank you Jamie for looking after him so well. We were updated with pictures and messages throughout the week and they also helped out with medicine for Ziggy. Would not hesitate to use them again, always such a relief to find someone who cares for your pet just like their own. Thank you!”

“Would highly recommend Bryony and Matt. They had Milo for a long weekend and I felt so at ease and comfortable, they treat Milo like he’s their own and kept me updated. Milo gets very excited to them. Thank you x”

“This was the first time that our dog had stayed overnight with Sarah and we are so appreciative of the care taken. Sarah made sure Ziggy was comfortable with walks and cuddles. She also kept in touch with us to keep us up to date with photos, videos and news. It is such a relief to have found Sarah and we are booking again. Thanks, Sarah! Jane and Andrew J”

“Karolina was everything we could wish for in a dog sitter! She was very attentive to all we had to say to care for our dog, and asked all the right questions too. Plenty of daily updates were provided and the communication was great, will definitely be using Karolina when we need help again!”

“Sarah is the absolute best! Wilbur loves her and has an amazing time, with plenty of fun things to do. We get lots of photos and updates of what they are up to and even a little video montage!”

“Bailey was looked after so well whilst we were away. It was so nice getting regular photo updates, and we could see he really settled in very quickly and felt at home. He even got a bath and brush and came home smelling wonderful 🥰 Will definitely look to rebook Miriam when we are next away.”

About: Hi! I’m Sarah, a French pet sitter with over 15 years of experience caring for animals. I’ve grown up with pets all my life, including dogs, cats, and rabbits. I’m reliable, caring, and attentive to each pet’s needs. I am also a volunteer at the Tunbridge Wells Wildlife Hospital, helping care for injured and rescued wild animals. I’ll be happy to look after your beloved companions, give them plenty of love and attention, and even teach them some French! ❤️ I have a flexible schedule and can easily adapt to your pet’s needs and routine. I’m currently writing a book, which allows me to spend long periods of time at home or in your home while working. This means your pet can enjoy plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. Whether your pet needs playtime, cuddles, medication, or simply a reassuring presence, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel most comfortable. I always respect each pet’s routine and personality. I take the time to build trust, especially with shy or anxious animals, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind

“Ruby and Steve were great. Dogs came back knackered (and still as well behaved as when they left!). Easy to communicate with, and accommodating, we’ll definitely want to send the girls back again.”

“Absolutely wonderful! Anya is a true dog lover, and made Olga feel right at home. I got regular updates and photographs of Olga out and about, snuggling in Anya’s bed, and huddled together on the couch with the family. Would recommend 100%, and will definitely be sending Olga there again”

“Thaisa and her family are very friendly. They took good care of Pocky and Pocky was having fun times with the kids. Thaisa always responsive and share lots of happy moments of Pocky to us. She was very helpful and accommodating to my changing schedule.”

“Amber was brilliant with Oscar! She took care to make sure I was happy with their garden security and how Oscar would be cared for. She provided updates during the day and he had a great time! I’m sure he will love to visit again!”

“Verity was able to help us out very close to the week we needed her, which was just fantastic. The dogs were excited to see her again after our meet and greet and spent a lovely week with her. Communication was great too. I’m sure our dogs would like to stay with her again!”
About: I have loved cats and dogs since I was a child but only when settled in my own home after university did I feel settled enough to start to care for my own cats and dogs. Now I have the time to care for other pets and make them part of our family while they are here. I have a 4 year old Lab Retriever and two cats who both know how to live with dogs. Now that I have retired I have all the time in the world to devote to looking after my pets and yours. Your dog can become part of our family and share in all the care and attention I have a medium sized fully fenced in garden and plenty of room for the pets to find a quiet space if they need it or they are welcome to jump on the sofa for a cuddle.
About: Proud owner of 4 dogs in South Africa. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have much experience looking after them. I have dogs of all shapes and sizes including a bull mastiff, pug and a toy yorkie so I’m familiar with different breeds and how to handle them. I work at home on a Wednesday and have relatively free weekends so am able to look after the dog from Tuesday evening to Wednesday night. Friday - Saturday I am normally available too. I live in a cottage on a quiet street in Tooting with my boyfriend who is a big dog lover. Our living area is open plan and leads onto a fully fenced back garden. There is ample space for your dog to lay outside and enjoy the sunshine (when it comes).
“Ian and his family are brilliant with our greyhound and he always loves to stay with them. They have a very friendly but gentle dog who is a great companion for our dog. Ian has always been very accommodating with pickup and dropoff times and has always taken a great interest in the particular needs of our dog. He is very accommodating when it comes to sleeping arrangements and they have a lovely comfortable home with great quiet walks on their doorstep. We feel very happy leaving our dog with Ian regularly and would never hesitate to recommend him.”
