About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was five years old, and caring for them has always been a big part of my life. From an early age, I regularly looked after family and friends’ pets, which naturally developed into a real passion for providing quality, dependable pet care. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, ensuring each one feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I work from home full-time, which means I’m able to provide attentive, round-the-clock care for your pets throughout the day. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or simply keeping your dog company, I’m always nearby to ensure they feel safe and settled. On the rare occasions when I need to step out, my partner Tee — who also works from home — is available to step in, so your pet is never left unattended. Together, we make sure every dog in our care receives constant supervision, comfort, and companionship. caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a calm, comfortable, and familiar environment that mirrors their usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they have plenty of space to relax, regular walks, playtime, and lots of attention throughout the day. I keep feeding times, exercise schedules, and any special requirements consistent with what they’re used to, so they feel right at home. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain the same level of care and attention — following the owner’s instructions carefully, keeping to established routines, and ensuring their surroundings stay tidy and secure. Whether at my place or yours, my goal is to make sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

About: Zoology and Animal Behaviour Degree, First Aid and DBS checked. Finding someone to care for your pet when you can't is always a worry, as a dog and cat owner myself I can thoroughly relate and I offer services tailored to you and your pets' routine. I have been caring for clients, friends and family's pets for over seven years now, this includes: dogs, cats, small furies and reptiles. Having historically worked in a animal rescue, I'm pretty certain I've seen it all, from caring and raising new-born pups to providing palliative care for special seniors, administering medications and dealing with reactivity. At the moment, I work part time for a charity and fill the rest of my time doing what I love, which includes a lot of dog related activities. I travel the UK to raise awareness of the vulnerable native dogs breeds in the UK and compete at Crufts annually both to show and take part in Discover Dogs, in addition to other kennel club schemes. I have often had dogs come to stay and they always thoroughly enjoy a trip to our family farm where they can run through acres of grass and woodland or take a paddle in the lake. I am completely flexible and happy to work around you and your pet's needs by adjusting my schedule to fit your pet's routine. My house is a calm environment, I like to tire dogs out on walks and with stimulation in the home to that they are happy and satisfied to minimise stress. I have fenced garden and offer supervised outdoor playtime or sunbathing (weather/heat permitting). We have set meal times and my dogs are fantastic at calming any nervous individuals with their happy-go-lucky attitudes and love having other dogs come to stay and walk with. In any emergency our vets is just down the road.

About: 🐾💛 Welcome to Biscuit Break Pet Care 💛🐾 Hello! My name is Lauren (Ren), and I created Biscuit Break Pet Care, a professional, compassionate and continually developing pet care service based in Smarden, serving the surrounding local villages and Ashford area. 🏡🐾 With over four years of personal animal care experience, alongside professional experience within kennels, catteries, dog walking and pet-sitting businesses, I have cared for a wide variety of animals and understand that every pet has their own individual personality, routine and needs. My approach to pet care is centred around comfort, welfare, low-stress handling and individualised care. I believe pets should be given the time, patience and understanding they need to feel safe and comfortable, whether that means energetic playtime, gentle companionship, enrichment, maintaining a familiar routine, or simply allowing a more nervous pet to have space and settle at their own pace. 💛 I currently provide care for a wide range of companions, including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, aquatics and amphibians. 🐶🐱🐹🦜🦎🐠🐸 Biscuit Break Pet Care is fully insured and DBS checked, and I am continually expanding my knowledge through further education and training, including comprehensive Pet First Aid & CPR training across multiple species. My long-term goal is to continue developing Biscuit Break into a knowledgeable, welfare-focused pet care service, with further education in areas such as animal behaviour, enrichment, species-specific care, low-stress handling and more specialist animal welfare. 🎓🐾 Whether you are going away on holiday, working long hours, taking on extra shifts, or simply need some additional support with your pets, I aim to provide reliable and compassionate care that gives you peace of mind while your pets remain in the environment they know best. All new clients receive a complimentary initial meet and greet before their first booking, along with a welcome packet providing all the details and information on what we do. This gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your pets’ individual needs and make sure everything is arranged clearly before their care begins. 🐾☺️ 🐾 What to Expect | Scheduling & Cancellations Biscuit Break Pet Care operates on a first-come, first-served booking basis. You are welcome to enquire about as many dates as you need, whether you require a single visit, multiple home visits, daytime care, overnight care or 24-hour pet sitting. Bookings are confirmed based on availability and are secured once all required booking arrangements have been completed. 🗓️🐾 I will always do my best to provide your pets with the care they need, but availability can become limited especially during busy holiday periods, so I recommend enquiring as early as possible to avoid disappointment. ☀️🏡 I understand that plans can change and that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let me know as soon as possible so I can update my schedule and, where possible, offer the dates to another client. For bookings that have been confirmed with payment, cancellations or significant date changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to an 80% cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement accepted at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and helping me keep the booking process fair and reliable for all clients. 💛🐾 🛡️ Safety, Trust & Environment Before your first booking, all new clients receive a complimentary Initial Meet & Greet. This gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pets, discuss their individual needs and ensure everything is clearly arranged before care begins. 🐾 As part of this process, Biscuit Break Pet Care provides a Welcome Pack covering important information such as: 🐾 Your pet’s individual care needs and health information 📞 Owner and emergency contact details 🏥 Veterinary contact information 🏡 Your pet’s routines and required care procedures 📝 Booking and service information 💛 Important details to help ensure consistent, personalised care This allows me to prepare properly for your booking and ensures that important information is clearly recorded and easily accessible when needed. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets and your home. My aim is to provide reliable, compassionate and professional care while respecting your pet’s routines, your home and the instructions you provide. Biscuit Break Pet Care is: ✅ Pet Business Insured ✅ DBS Checked ✅ Continually developing professional knowledge through further education and training ✅ Working towards expanding knowledge in areas including species-specific care, animal welfare, behaviour, enrichment and specialist pet needs Every pet is different, and I believe their care should reflect that. About: Hi, I’m Zimi! 🐶 I’ve been caring for pets for around 20 years, including running my own dog walking and pet sitting business and studying animal care in college. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of working with all kinds of pets, from playful puppies to older dogs, and even travelling across Europe helping large groups of rescue dogs. This gave me lots of experience reading dog body language, understanding different temperaments, and making sure every dog feels safe and happy. I have experience with training and mental stimulation with fun games! I also have my own rescue dog who is reactive, which has taught me a lot about patience, calm handling, and understanding anxious or shy dogs. Because of this, I’m especially good with dogs who need a little extra reassurance and care. Right now, I don’t host dogs at my home, but I love walking, visiting, and spending time with pets in their own environment, giving them plenty of love, attention, and fun while you’re away. I’m patient, attentive, and great at following routines. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or shy and slow-paced, I adjust my approach to suit their personality and needs. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who need a calm presence, extra reassurance, or gentle handling. I’m currently working part time with an incredibly flexible schedule, so please feel free to ask about any timings that you might need and we can go from there. I take the safety and wellbeing of every pet very seriously. Every walk, visit, and in-home stay is carefully planned to ensure your dog or cat feels secure, happy, and comfortable! I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and cues, so pets always feel supported and stress free. I provide a calm, structured environment, whether we’re walking outside, exploring new spaces, or staying at home. For pets with special needs, anxiety, or shyness, I’m especially attentive and patient, making sure routines are followed and pets feel safe. I communicate openly with owners, sending regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is happy and well cared for. Safety and trust are my top priorities, and I strive to create an environment where pets and their humans feel confident and relaxed. I am very empathetic and understand how hard it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care, so I strive to deliver a service I myself would be happy with.

Sarah did a 30 min drop in for us when we had to leave our 12 week old lab puppy for a few hours and the whole experience was great. Sarah popped over the day before to meet him which was very much appreciated and then sent us an update and photos once the visit was over. When we got home Baloo was happy and content. It was our first time using Rover and we will definitely be using Sarah again!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs from the age of 10 years old, personal pets , friends and other families in my local area. Previously I have been relied on when pet owners need sitters / walkers - I work from home so am able to stay in where necessary and take lunch hours for walks. I work Monday to Friday from home with 2 days in my London office however the rest of the week I am available and looking forward to helping other pet owners out where I can. We have a reasonable garden (fenced off no way of getting out) and there are many walks around my area. I aim to make sure the pet is comfortable with me and make sure they are happy. I work full time in the week however I work from home at least 3-4 days a week so I will be able to take your pet on walks / keep them entertained whilst I am at home. I don’t currently have any pets of my own however I live in a 3 bedroom home which has a fenced off garden. In the area that I live we have access to lots of trails / fields for the pups to play / roam in. I don’t let any of my pets off the lead unless we are in an enclosed area and I feel confident that the dog / pawrents are ok with this
