Cat carer Shoreham and Southwick
I have always loved cats and being an older person have many years of experience caring for them. I have owned my own cats and also fostered , checked homes and transported cats from Egyptian rescues. Now semi-retired I am working as a cat carer and have been doing drop in visits for the last two years. Merlin, my cat who is in the photo, loves to come up on me for a cuddle. If cats want to be up on my knee that's fine. Otherwise I go with what the cat wants whether it's playing with toys, sitting near me or just keeping their distance. Visits are an hour long. If you want a longer visit please ask. I do food, clean cat plates, put fresh water, attend to the litter tray. If you need plants watered or post brought in, blinds drawn or lights on and off I will follow your instructions. Happy to give vet prescribed medications. I always keep in touch messaging you when I arrive and when I leave plus sending photos of the cat unless you do not want me to so you will have peace of mind when you are away from your cat.

I come round and look after cats, birds, tortoise or small animals once or twice a day. I send plenty of updates and photos if you require. I am committed to meeting the requirements from kittens to senior cats.

Mary was brilliant! My kittens were very comfortable around her from the start, we received lots of photo updates and feedback on how they were doing every day. Mary would take the time and effort to properly play with them both and give them lots of affection. Thanks Mary!
Mary was absolutely wonderful with my two elderly cats and also excellent at keeping me informed. She timed her two visits a day very sensibly and was very gentle and patient, eventually even winning round the shyer boy, who loved being groomed by her! I would 100% recommend Mary and very much hope she will be free to look after my cats again.
I cannot recommend Mary enough. I was so anxious to leave my cat for the first time. Mary communicated on every visit and is clearly a natural with cats. My cat was so relaxed when I returned it was like we had not been away and I believe that is down to how amazing Mary is with animals! Thank you again and I would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone! ❤️
Mary is brilliant at looking after our cat - she keeps us updated with photos and videos and it is clear that our cat really likes her.
Mary was great - she was very communicative, and we came home to a happy and relaxed cat 😻

Schedule
I'm semi-retired so am free to come and look after your cat when you require. I drive so can get to you easily. In good weather though I may prefer to come round on my bike.
- CatsMary can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- I love cats and live catsitting. I have worked with special needs cats and happy to do again. I always come round to see you so we can discuss needs.
