About: I’ve had dogs all my life and grew up in a family that absolutely loved them. Over the years I’ve owned multiple dogs and currently have one much-loved dog of my own. I also regularly walk and look after friends’ dogs, which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and is what inspired me to join Rover so I can offer the same loving, reliable care to other dog owners. As a teacher, I’m responsible, patient and organised, and I understand how important it is for owners to know their dog is in safe hands. Your dog will be welcomed into our family home, where I live with my two older teenage daughters, who have also grown up around dogs and love having them around. To ensure every dog receives the attention they deserve, I only care for one guest dog at a time (or dogs from the same household). I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible and keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they’re being cared for as if they were one of our own. My aim is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where your dog feels safe, loved and part of the family. As I work full-time as a teacher, I offer pet care during the school holidays only. This means that when your dog stays with me, I’ll be at home for much of the day and can give them the time, attention and companionship they deserve. Our daily routine is relaxed and centred around your dog’s needs, with regular walks, playtime, cuddles and plenty of opportunities to rest. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, exercise and any special requirements, so they feel comfortable and settled. By only accepting bookings during the holidays and caring for one guest dog at a time, I can provide a calm, home-from-home environment where your dog receives plenty of individual care and attention. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my priority. Before every booking, I’d like to arrange a meet-and-greet so we can discuss your dog’s routine, personality and any specific needs, helping them settle in as quickly as possible. I have a fully fenced and secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors. Inside, they’ll be welcomed into our family home and treated as one of the family. I also have a friendly Working Cocker Spaniel who enjoys the company of other dogs, and because I only accept one guest dog at a time (or dogs from the same household), I can ensure a calm, relaxed environment for everyone. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks and any medication if required. If your dog is crate trained or you would prefer them to have their own quiet space, I’m happy to provide a crate during their stay. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy and receiving plenty of love and attention.

About: I have had 3 dogs of my own more have regularly looked after 3 others while owners have been on holidays. To me they are family and are treated as such. Your pets will be loved by me and will have full access of the house and garden. I owned 2 staffies and a Spanish mastiff. I regularly look after a frenchie a spaniel and 3 greyhounds. I am retired so I can give your pet as much attention as is required. I prefer animals that can be left a few hours so I can still get out for shopping etc. But I could accommodate more needy ones for short periods of time. I have a small fenced garden and no other animals to disturb your cat. Happy to stay or drop in at your house if its local to me also.

About: I’ve had a family dog for about 15 years, Yorkshire terrier, plus looked after my boyfriends dog whenever him and his family where away I will only be able to look after your dogs on weekends as I work a 9-5, but looking to be busier on weekends I do not currently have a garden in my house but I live by a big park where dogs can run around free if allowed!

About: We’re a family of four with twin 6 year old girls who absolutely adore spending time with dogs. Caring for animals has always been a big part of our lives. Personally, I’ve grown up around dogs and have a deep love and respect for them. We had a King Charles Spaniel named Finlay during my childhood, and we all absolutely adored him. In Great Bookham, I have my two Weimaraners Cybill and Ollie, but still have bags of energy to look after your beloved dogs! The kitchen floor is ceramic tiles which longer haired dogs appreciate on a hot day!

About: My husband and I both grew up with animals being key in our lives; our love for them is what bonded us. Together we ran a rescue centre for 15 years in Spain, caring for some of the most heart breaking cases - we had dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, chickens & goats in our care. Our first and our last Spanish rescue dogs are living joyfully with us here in the UK – many between have been happily adopted throughout Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Ireland. In 2022 we opened a pet sitting and training business in Ireland, but we had to move back to the UK for family reasons, so now we're opening a pet services business here. We have 3 dogs and a cat at home, but we believe you can never have too many furry friends in your life and would love the opportunity to care for yours. Puppies are especially welcome and would benefit from our years of training experience. On pet/house sits (in your home) we do not charge any extra for a 2nd dog or for 2 or more cats and a 1 hour walk is also included free. Other types and quantities of animals can be discussed. So if you have 2 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rabbits and 6 chickens for example, you will be charged only for 1 dog and 1 cat. We can discuss terms if you have other small-holding animals that need our care too. Experienced poultry handling & care as well as equine and caprine. ALL dog walking will be undertaken ON-LEAD only, unless a secure, fenced zone has been designated. For scheduled dog walks only, there will be a maximum of TWO dogs on your dog walk, yours and one other, likely to be one of our own well trained & socialised GSD or Newfoundland, unless you have two dogs, in which case it will be just yours. We are more than happy to discuss logistics if you have 3 or more dogs, but their safety is their priority. We feel that it is really important your dog still gets personal attention, rather than being just another one in a random pack. Your dog/s will be kept on a lead at all times. We are offering a personal service, not herd bookings. There will be a free, in person meet & greet for every single dog sit booking. My husband and I work from home, so there's always at least one of us in. As former rescue centre owners we are used to putting animal needs well above our own. Your pets will fit in with ours and we'll take the same hyper-vigilant care of them as we do our own. We have a fully fenced/walled back garden. Your dogs will have free reign in our house, along with our own. We care for them as you wish them to be cared for - ours are not crate trained, but should yours prefer a crate, we can accommodate that. We ran a rescue centre for all animals in Spain for 15 years and are experienced with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments, and are well versed in dog communication and having multiple dogs in one household, having looked after in excess of 20 at any one time. About: I'm a mum of 2 older children that are both at school, my husband is Chris, who works from home. Im currently doing a flexible online course so am home most of the day. I live in Brockham which is surrounded by paths and fields. I love the outdoors and try and go for walks everyday. I'm easy going and very flexible, I have a car so travelling is not a problem. I drop my children off around 8:30 and then collect them at 3. In between those times I'm very flexible with walks and slotting it around my studies and children. We have a fenced garden and are both home all day, our children are generally at home from about 4. Both of them are very used to dogs as all our extended family have dogs, Grandma has Izzy a golden retriever, Uncle Paul has Milly a lab cross, then we have 2 lots of spaniels and a beagle. We often have Obi come to stay and he is a labradoodle . We do have Bluey our cat, she usually goes upstairs when dogs are here. We have a big open area downstairs but prefer to not have dogs upstairs.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of dogs through volunteering at a greyhound rescue, where I regularly walked and handled rescue dogs with different temperaments. About: We have had our family dog for over 14 years, the first 6 of those years I was living in the family home. I have had my own dog, Mambo, for over 4 years and am well versed in dog care - I have been taking care of friends and family dogs for years. I absolutely love dogs and am more than happy to help other dog owners where I can as I know it can be challenging to get the right care at the right time. I WFH 2-3 days a week so am able to take care of your dog in my property during those days and on some weekends. I can also pop in (if local) and complete pet checks, dog walks and feeding around my work schedule. This varies week to week but if you are looking for a regular drop in I can let you know where my working week is mostly free. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays are mostly my WFH days. Please note that for any dog services provided in my own home my own dog Mambo will be around, and in some cases if needing to go to your property my dog Mambo will be coming along - please let me know if this would be an issue. My home is dog friendly and dogs are allowed on the sofa, and I have a wet room if they need cleaning up. I am experienced in double checking locks, using alarm codes and general safety in the home to ensure your home is kept safe and secure. About: I have had 3 dogs of my own more have regularly looked after 3 others while owners have been on holidays. To me they are family and are treated as such. Your pets will be loved by me and will have full access of the house and garden. I owned 2 staffies and a Spanish mastiff. I regularly look after a frenchie a spaniel and 3 greyhounds. I am retired so I can give your pet as much attention as is required. I prefer animals that can be left a few hours so I can still get out for shopping etc. But I could accommodate more needy ones for short periods of time. I have a small fenced garden and no other animals to disturb your cat. Happy to stay or drop in at your house if its local to me also.

About: I’ve been the owner of many pets, be it dogs, cats and even a gecko and tortoise! Currently look after my neighbours dog including walking and feeding. I currently work shift work which allows me to have large portions of the days free and have four days off in every ten. Due to this my availability is random but I have quite a lot. About: Hi, my name is Rebecca, I have a Cocker Spaniel and 2 cats. I'm looking to dog sit other lovely doggo's during the day/evenings/weekends/overnight, as companionship for my puppy and to stop me from getting another one myself! I have been training my puppy to be a companion dog for my job, and I'm happy to do some light training with other's dogs too. I tend to take my dog on 2 walks a day, around an hour each time, and love taking him to different scenic places. Lots of pictures will be taken for you too. I live in a lovely location (specifics will be shared when booking but not available publicly), with plenty of outside spaces close by. Happy to do drop ins and short walks also, as I work for myself and can be flexible. I work from home, and tend to do 2 walks a day with my dog, early morning and afternoon sometime. I work for myself, so unless there's something solid in the diary, i'm very flexible. I rarely go out of the house without taking the dog, so if your dog is anxious, happy to accommodate. I treat other's dogs as if they were my own, and my own dog is rather pampered. Happy to visit in the pets home or have pets in my home.
