Hi! Our names are Agustin and Holly, and we are responsible and caring cat sitters. We’re Dorking-based cat sitters who both work from home, which gives us flexibility for morning, afternoon and evening visits, plus calm house sitting where Wi-Fi is available. We drive locally, follow instructions carefully, and send clear photo updates after every visit. Agustin is originally from Argentina and has been living in central Dorking since late 2011. Translator, editor, writer, and musician at heart. Pianist and, once, a very promising singer. He is a proud "father" of two amazing Maine Coons: Emma and Matias. Before that, he was a dog owner, so he’s also comfortable around dogs. Cats are the kind of presence that makes me wonder how I ever lived without them. Holly is originally from California and has also been living in Dorking since late 2011. She’s a writer, editor, and translator. She’s had cats for the last 11 years and loves getting to meet new cats and look after them while their humans are travelling. We know how much trust it takes to hand over your keys and leave your cat at home, especially if they are anxious, elderly, indoor-only, shy, fussy, or very attached to routine. Our style is calm, careful and reliable. During visits we can cover feeding, fresh water, litter, medication, play, brushing, cuddles if welcome, quiet company, and basic home checks. We send photo updates after every visit so you know exactly how your cat is doing. We are experienced with oral and injectable medication, and we are happy to follow detailed instructions for food, hiding places, escape prevention, litter habits, vet details and emergency contacts. We prefer a meet-and-greet before first bookings so we can understand your cat’s personality, routine and home setup properly. We can’t wait to meet your kitty.

We always prefer a meet-and-greet before a first booking so we can understand your cat’s routine, personality, home setup and any special care needs. We take safety seriously, especially with indoor cats, shy cats and cats who may try to escape. We follow feeding, litter and medication instructions carefully, check doors and windows, and pay attention to changes in appetite, drinking, litter use or behaviour. We also treat your home with respect. Keys, alarms, bins, post, lights and basic security checks can all be handled as instructed.

Holly was punctual, reliable and did everything we had agreed. She kept me updated throughout and took good care of Arnie. Always in safe hands with Agustin and Holly. Our Niobe was a bit poorly just before we left, but we received regular updates on her recovery and we returned back to two well look after (and fully recovered) cats.
We cannot recommend Holly and Agustin highly enough. This was our longest trip away from home so far, with eight days abroad, and we were understandably anxious about leaving our two Bengal cats, Lori and Niobe. To make things more complicated, the cats are currently going through a behaviourist-led reintroduction process and must be kept separated at all times. This effectively doubles the work involved, as each cat has their own routine, space, feeding arrangements and individual needs. Lori is a very outgoing and social cat who wants to interact with everyone he meets, whereas Niobe is much more reserved and cautious with new people and needs time to build trust. Holly and Agustin adapted beautifully to both personalities. They gave Lori all the attention and interaction he craved, while patiently allowing Niobe to approach at her own pace. Although Niobe remained true to her character, we understand that she made progress compared to previous visits, which speaks volumes about Holly's and Agustin's calm and respectful approach. Most importantly, they followed our instructions, and the guidance provided by our behaviourist, to the letter. Knowing that the cats' management plan was being followed consistently gave us enormous peace of mind while we were away. We received regular updates, photos and videos, and it was clear throughout that both cats were being cared for with genuine affection and professionalism. When we returned home, Lori and Niobe were relaxed, healthy and happy, and everything had been managed exactly as requested. Having a cat sitter you can truly trust is invaluable, and Holly and Agustin have once again proven that she is exactly that. We are incredibly grateful for the care they provided and will not hesitate to book with them again in the future. Thank you, Holly and Agustin, for looking after our cats so wonderfully.
Lots of updates and clearly lots of attention for Mr George who was very chilled when we returned home! Holly clearly understands cats, double checking over a potential health issue and supporting our kitty well during the extra hot weather we had last week. Thank you!

Schedule
We’re Holly and Agustin, a Dorking-based cat-sitting team. We both work from home, which gives us good flexibility for morning, afternoon and evening cat visits. For overnight stays, we can work from your home where Wi-Fi is available, helping your cat keep their normal routine with calm company, feeding, litter care, medication if needed, and regular photo updates.

- We’d like to know your cat’s feeding routine, medication needs, litter setup, favourite hiding places, play preferences, brushing or cuddle preferences, indoor/outdoor rules, escape risks, vet details, emergency contact, and anything that helps them feel safe while you’re away. Safety, routine and comfort come first.
