About: Hi, I'm Angela! I live in a three-adult household of dog lovers with no children. We don’t have any other pets but have previously owned a Shih Tzu and a Golden Retriever who were both happy and healthy and lived to 17 and 14 years respectively so your dogs will be in great care. I am also physically active and will have no issues getting them the exercise and training they will need. I live in a privately owned flat in Sutton, with easy access to multiple green spaces and which is a 15-minute walk to a 24-hour vet. Your dog and their needs will fit seamlessly right into my routine. I'm a recent Masters graduate from UCL and currently on the hunt for a permanent job. This means I have a lot of time on my hands to spend looking after your dogs and giving them all the love, attention, and play time they deserve including weekdays and weekends. I am an active individual and typically start every other day with a run (or walk) around the neighbourhood which I would love to have your dog be a part of depending on their physical ability. I am also hoping to ease back into hiking and would be more than happy to have your dog with me if appropriate, and of course with all the necessary care being taken. I have some prior experience crate training a 3 month old puppy and so should have no problem introducing or enforcing this with your dog for longer or recurring stays. I can also work on other basic training with your dog (e.g., sit, stay, lie down, paw, drop/leave it, etc.) While I do live in a spacious flat, I have no private garden. However, I am surrounded by dog friendly green spaces, with the nearest park being less than a 5-minute walk away. In case of any emergencies, the nearest 24-hour vet is only a 14-minute walk/3-minute Uber from me.

About: I really love dogs, they are such fun. At present, I have only one of my own (a Jack Russell of 18 who likes to sleep!) and we meet lots more in the local park on a regular basis. I have had quite a few over the years, rescued from the RSPCA, private individuals and one year, 3 rescued from Romania - these 3 had to be re-homed as they did not understand what living in a house meant, but at least I got them to England. I am available for walkies and overnight/weekend stays. My garden is very big and totally secure with a 6 foot fence all round and the house is also large. I have a dog of my own and can easily care for a couple more. Your dog should be socialised, able to walk to heel if over 12 weeks old, and able to be left alone without barking or crying for up to an hour if over 12 weeks old. This is so that I can get showered and dressed/pop to the local shops if necessary, etc without annoying my lovely neighbours! if your dog does not meet these criteria, please let me know and I can get extra help. I have a large fenced garden and my dog is friendly. We are lucky to have a lovely park just up the road, but don't worry, I would never let your dog off the lead.

About: Lifelong dog owner in a spacious family home with a large, secure, stair‑free garden and plenty of room on the ground floor for dogs who need lots of room or to avoid stairs. I’ve cared for many dogs from puppies to elderly dogs and can offer a lovely environment & attention for dogs of all kinds (still in training, exercise regularly, or just companion close by). I work from home, so we can follow routines closely and give medication or special care on time, and with a reliable local vet within walking distance for extra peace of mind. I also have a calm, friendly six‑year‑old Shih Tzu who gets along well with other dogs. Weekly routine is pretty regular and dogs fit naturally into it. The morning starts between 6:30–8:00 a.m., and my dog tends to have Breakfast around 7:00 a.m., followed by a sniff around the garden and a potty break, with a late‑morning walk on some days and plenty of chances for play or extra walks throughout the day. Dinner is usually around 6:00 p.m., and bedtime is between 9:00–10:00 p.m. Since I WFH I’m flexible to follow your dog’s usual schedule as closely as possible. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family in a calm, supervised environment. I have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can safely move between the house and outside for toilet breaks, fresh air and playtime. They’ll also have a friendly companion in our calm, playful six‑year‑old Shih Tzu.
