About: Myself and Guy are a very loving and responsible couple who have looked after a range of dog breeds (mainly small - medium) from Borrow My Doggy and looking after dogs from friends and family. I also personally grew up with a range of pets; cats, rabbits, mice, hamsters, a lizard and a snake (not in the same enclosure!) As a freelance graphic designer, and Guy a freelance production coordinator, we both have the flexibility in our week and the option to work from home which gives us plenty of time and space to look after your pet! We are also home bodies, so we can gladly look after your pet over weekends as well as weekdays. We have a good amount of space in our flat and can happily accommodate your pet, bringing their own bed and toys would be great as we don’t have our own things. We also have a back garden that’s secure, and have direct access to. We also thankfully have excellent large parks we can walk and drive to for long walks and exercise!
“Both Daniela and her husband were so caring and friendly that I felt very relaxed and good to leave Billy with them, also Luna was a very good mate during Billy's stay and I think he enjoyed and had a playful time with Daniela. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for caring responsible sitter, they also shared a lot photos and videos even during a short day stay.”

“Eren watched our 1-year-old Flat-Coated Retriever, Greg, while we were out for the day and did a phenomenal job. We asked to meet up beforehand so our pup could get to know him, and Eren kindly agreed. We could tell almost immediately that Eren really cared and would be a great sitter. He asked plenty of questions about Greg's likes/dislikes and overall temperament. I mentioned Greg liked carrots and when we dropped him off, and Eren kindly had a bag waiting for him. Eren sent photos throughout the stay and was very accommodating and responsive. Greg has a new best friend!”

“Tina had a great time Victoriia and Vladyslav. They are very responsive and accommodating. We appreciated the daily cards submitted after each day care so we could see what Tina was up to on each day. Will be back for sure as we like their quiet demeanours which suits our dog’s personality perfectly.”

About: Hello! I’m Shanshan. I live in Wembley with my husband, we have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Badun. My passion for dogs started in Beijing, where I spent several years as a volunteer at a dog rescue station. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, helping them recover and find new homes. In fact, I rescued Badun myself from an abandoned construction site! She has traveled with me across three countries—Beijing to Tokyo, and now London. Badun is very calm and loves having new friends come to stay! Why Pick Me? • Patience & Behavioral Expertise: I have a "calm energy" and am highly observant of dog body language. Having worked with many rescues and puppies, I am incredibly patient with dogs and always willing to go the extra mile to help a dog feel safe. • Scientific Care & Respect for Routine: I believe in "Scientific Dog Raising" (Positive Reinforcement) and understand that a consistent routine is a dog's "safety net." My professional background makes me deeply responsible; I will follow your feeding, walking, and nap schedules with 100% accuracy. • Constant Companionship: Since I am currently based at home full time, I can provide your pet with constant attention and companionship. Your dog won't be left alone and will have my full focus throughout the day. I am currently preparing for my exams, which means I am home almost every day. This allows me to provide constant companionship and plenty of playtime for your dogs. I am very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate boarding during the week and on weekends, ensuring your pet is never left alone for long periods. I live in a secure environment in Wembley where your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have my own dog, Badun, who is very calm and friendly. Your pets can play and rest anywhere—the sofa, the bed, or in a crate if they prefer. There is a small garden and a dog-run area right below the apartment which is perfect for toilet breaks, and the neighborhood is very friendly for longer dog walks.
“Kobe really likes George and Georgina. He ran into their home this morning very happy to see them. And this was only the second visit. Rest assured, both George and Georgina are brilliant with dogs and we will continue to use their service going forward.”

“Pauline was amazing and calmed our nerves about leaving our little Gemma with her for the first time. As a Maltese owner, they can be incredibly clingy so it was really hard to find someone that we trusted enough to leave Gemma with. Pauline immediately put our minds at ease and I knew Gemma would be in great hands. Her place is very cute and safe. She was very easy to reach and always responds very quickly. We will definitely be happy to use Pauline again!”

“Lenny loved his evening with Fabio. They had a great cuddle on the sofa, and Fabio kindly took Lenny for a walk between sofa surfing! Fabio was quick to respond to any questions, and sent some lovely photos of him and Lenny. Thank you Fabio”

“We had a fantastic experience with Cheuk Yin. She is not only great at communicating but also really understood our boy's moods and needs. The frequent photo updates were lovely and made us feel very relaxed. The biggest compliment is that Oreo actually wanted to turn back to see Cheuk Yin and Biru after we walked away. We will definitely be back!”

“Tarka was very happy when I left him at Deirdre, and she made him very welcome and checked all the things he liked and didn't . I would happily leave Tarka with Deirdre anytime she would have him. thanks”

“Emily and Alex were fantastic at looking after Bailey. Their communication both pre and during Bailey’s stay was great. They were really warm and friendly with Bailey, and she loved spending time with them - so much that she was sad to leave! Would really recommend both Emily and Alex.”

“Antonio and Graça are absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have been looking after my puppy, and she absolutely loves spending time with them. I have complete trust and confidence when leaving her in their care, which gives me real peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, reliable, and caring dog sitters.”

Marilia was amazing with Doca! He spent the whole afternoon with her, and she took him for walks and kept me updated with photos throughout the day. He was clearly so happy and comfortable that he didn't even want to leave her home when I picked him up. I absolutely recommend her!

Sam and family were wonderful. Great care and great comms! Their home is a lovely, safe space, perfectly suited to dogs of any temperament. Teddy had a really lovely time: she was walked, fed, entertained and she made herself at home very quickly! That’s all down to Sam and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in the future!

Princey had another lovely day with Jon . He was well looked after as always . Jon ensured Princey was kept cool and comfortable during the day with access to plenty of water as it was another hot day . Pleased with the updates too . Princey had fun playing with some new doggy friends . Princey looks forward to seeing Jon again soon . Thanking Jon once again for everything - greatly appreciated .
Lupin was so well looked after, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We received multiple updates and photos throughout his stay, which honestly made my day while I was at work and gave us so much reassurance that he was happy and settled. They’re such a lovely family who clearly took the time and effort to read up on Lupin beforehand and follow all of his instructions, which we really appreciated. It was obvious they genuinely cared about making him feel at home. We’d be more than happy to book with Vesela again. In fact, I think Lupin is already missing them, he seemed to refuse to leave when we came to pick him up! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy.

We are on holiday in London with our dog and booked Hetvi to take care of our dog while we were at a concert at Wembley. She was so welcoming and friendly and my dog had a great time. She sent lots of photos and videos. Hetvi kept in touch to let us know how Raja was settling. Highly recommend and would use her again when we come back to London with our dog.

Joanne is great. She was really understanding with our dog, who is often nervous and guarded with strangers. She made him feel comfortable in her home and gave him exactly what he needs. He seemed to really love her by the time we came to pick him up. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:
- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
- Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
- Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible
Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Sitters in Greater London may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
