“I met Bizhen for a 10 min chat and meet up of our dogs before dropping Ezzie off for a full day of care. I dropped Ezzie off and got a message that she was settled. I then picked her up in the evening and she seemed very calm and happy. All good signs. I then got a full report card and a few pictures of my dogs stay. Communication was good and i felt my dog was well cared for. I will definately use Bizhen again.”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I had a number of family dogs growing up, before I adopted my own after graduating - first a Husky and then a German Sheppard. All were rescues, adopted when less than 1 years old and, at times, a mix of breeds, and so I have first hand experience being with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I am a remote worker and so I have a flexible schedule during the working week. On the weekends, my available depends on my volunteer work. I live in a large two bedroom apartment which provides amble room for dogs to play or find a quiet spot to snooze. There are also plenty of parks near me which allows lots of sniffing and running potential. I try to maintain a consistent feeding and walking schedule for my pup but happy to cater to your dogs needs.
About: I’ve always believed that dogs aren’t just pets — they’re family. When you leave your dog with me, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being cared for with patience, kindness and lots of love. I take the time to get to know each dog’s little personality — whether they’re playful and full of energy, happiest curled up beside you, a little shy at first, or simply love being spoiled with attention. I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of company, attention and care throughout the day. I’m able to fit pet care naturally into my daily routine, with regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime, cuddles and plenty of interaction. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods, and I can give them the attention they need while still keeping to their normal routine. Because I’m home during the day, I can also be flexible around individual needs — whether your dog loves regular play and walks, prefers a quiet afternoon nap, or simply wants someone nearby. I have a secure, fully fenced garden where dogs can enjoy some fresh air and outdoor time safely. The home is a calm, clean and welcoming environment where they can relax, feel secure and receive plenty of love and attention. When Freddie wasn’t eating, Deniz even encouraged him but sitting with him and taking time out of her day to inform me and mixing it up/using a spoon/ different bowl - he ate and was a happy boy (he was just being fussy with new food I bought him!). Doca had a fantastic stay with George and Georgia! They took great care of him and made sure he was happy and well looked after the whole time. Mung and her family were very caring of my dog when they looked after her for a day. They played with her a lot, and sent us a lots of videos and pictures, showing how happy she was! When I picked her up, before leaving, my dog rubbed against Mung to also show her appreciation. I'll definitely take her back with Mung and her family!
Jessica was so great with Ruby & Leo. She took the time to get to know their routine and schedule and was incredibly gentle and caring with them. She was especially good with Leo, who can be a little sensitive and barky, and really took the time to make him feel comfortable. They came home so tired and content, which is always a great sign!
