I studied animal medicine at university in China. I had a cute bichon for 16 years, and now I have a lovely schnauzer in UK. I am gentle to pets and good at taking care of them, like getting along with them, taking pills, taking shower, hair cutting, etc.

I asked boarding of our dog Coo to Bizhen first time, but I don’t have any concern because she graduated veterinary school. She updated videos and photos of Coo frequently and I could see his life. She takes care of Coo very well and he has many dog friends in her place.
This was Heidi’s first long boarding stay away from us, so naturally we were a little nervous. She’s still a very playful little puppy with lots of energy who loves attention, so finding the right person was really important to us. Bizhen was absolutely amazing and made us feel completely at ease from day one. She treated Heidi like one of her own, sending us daily updates, photos and videos, which meant so much while we were away. Heidi looked so happy, relaxed and well cared for every single day. As a lovely surprise, Bizhen even gave Heidi a bath and some grooming before she came home, which we really appreciated. Her communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt Heidi was in the safest and most caring hands. Thank you so much, Bizhen, for everything you did for Heidi. We completely trust you and will definitely book with you again. To us, you’ve become Heidi’s second mum. We couldn’t recommend you more highly! ❤️🐾
Bizhen was wonderful with my dog. Melvin loved staying with her and he was well cared for. She also kept me up to date with cute photos. I would absolutely book again. Thank you!
Bizhen was great! She did daily drop ins/ walks with our English bulldog. You can tell she really cares for the dogs she looks after - will definitely use her again!
I think she was the best dog sitter I’ve had so far. She updated me multiple times a day, which made me feel comfortable while being away. I can tell from the photos my dog was having a pleasant time, I would definitely rebook her in the future.
Bizhen did a great job looking after Teddy. She sent me lots of pictures and updates so I that I could see he was having a nice time and was looked after. He’s a nervous dog but he seemed to be getting on fine and was even socialising with another dog so he must have felt relaxed

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available for boarding after 9:00 am. I may arrange it for you.

Dogs all like going out and have fun, especially they need to pee and poo. This is a very important routine. I can make the dogs follow along. And I will take care of the safety of them
