Steven and his partner were great. They made me feel completely at ease from the very start. We sat and had a chat about Paxo and discussed his quirks. Paxo was relaxed from the moment of meeting them and was cuddling up to Steven in seconds. You can tell that Steven is very knowledgeable about looking after dogs and embraced all Paxo's funny behaviours (like being scared of people roller-skating). He gave Paxo a lot of exercise and Paxo fell asleep an hour earlier than normal which is a great sign! Would defo use Steven again.

Roshni was fantastic with the dogs who were really happy with her doggy daycare in her home and became really attached to Roshni. I got photos everyday of happy dogs which showed how they were getting along which I enjoyed receiving and reassured me and my sons that both dogs were well cared for whilst I was away. My older son who collected the dogs everyday was impressed by Roshni’s commitment to the happiness of the dogs and their wellbeing. Can’t praise her highly enough and will certainly book Roshni again in the future.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for both puppies and senior pets. I’ve looked after a Toy Poodle from 3 months old, handling everything from potty training to daily exercise, playtime, and feeding routines. I’m also familiar with the needs of older pets -when I lived at home with my family, I helped care for our 17-year-old Cat, which taught me the importance of gentle, patient, and attentive care. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable around both dogs and cats. I can follow specific care instructions closely to make sure your pet stays happy, safe, and comfortable. Cleanliness and routine are important to me, and I always aim to provide a calm, loving environment for every pet. I understand that being away from home can feel stressful for pets, so I make it my priority to give them plenty of attention, affection, and reassurance until you return. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes me happy. I have hands-on experience with both puppies and senior pets - I helped raise a Toy Poodle from 3 months old, from potty training to daily walks, playtime, and feeding routines. When I lived at home with my family, I also helped care for our 17-year-old Cat, which taught me how important patience, gentleness, and understanding are, especially with older pets. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel most comfortable. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and settled while you’re away. I understand how hard it can be leaving your pet with someone new, so I’ll always care for them as if they were my own and keep you updated for peace of mind. Ideally I’d always say first time sitting or boarding it would be good to meet before hand. I am pretty flexible and work from home 2 times a week & free in weekends. I am also free everyday 6am - 9am then free from 4pm - all evening. I live in a flat no garden and all animals if I take them for a walk will be transported in my car to a nice park.

About: I’m based in SW London and offer calm, reliable care for dogs and homes — from walks and day visits to overnight stays and house sitting. I work remotely as a life coach, which means I spend a lot of time at home and can offer presence, consistency, and good company for animals who enjoy a settled environment and regular companionship. My therapy dog Ballu is a gentle, intuitive soul who accompanies me through daily life. He’s friendly with both people and other dogs, and sometimes visits a local elderly care home offering companionship and connection. Originally from Portugal, he has a naturally calm and quietly protective nature, and is a great house guest and friend to all. We enjoy walking, exploring nature, and visiting new places, and daily walks are already part of our rhythm. I understand how important it is for animals to feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for while their owners are away. I’m also a keen gardener, vegetable grower, musician, and creative, and I’m very happy to care for house plants and gardens if needed. I take great care of the homes I stay in and value cleanliness, respect, communication, and creating a peaceful environment. Whether you’re looking for ad hoc support, local walks, overnight care, or trusted house sitting, I look forward to meeting you and your furry family. Thank you for visiting my profile. I work remotely as a life coach and host holistic events sometimes so I’m often home and great company for animals, with several breaks per day for nature walks and explores. We enjoy a daily routine usually of two walks a day, and can adapt to the needs of your pets. Normally we’re out for an hour first thing, then back for breakfast. Then an afternoon or early evening walks which tend to be longer depending on where we go. On the weekends we might head out for longer walks in the countryside. I’m mostly around during the day working from home which makes animal care and company easy.

About: Hi, I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of different breeds, personalities and ages. I owned and cared for my French Bulldog for the past 10 years, and before him I had a Golden Retriever. I also helped raise and care for a Chocolate Labrador from puppyhood and still regularly take him on walks today. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my dream was to become a vet, and although I chose a different path, my love for animals has never changed. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. Your dog will enjoy a secure fenced garden, plenty of playtime, walks, attention and, of course, lots of cuddles. I’m available throughout the day, which means your pet will receive lots of companionship and won’t be left alone for long periods. I have a warm, family-oriented home with my toddler son, who absolutely loves animals and has grown up around dogs. Because of this, my home is best suited to dogs that are friendly and comfortable around young children. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I’ll also be happy to send regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy and receiving plenty of love and attention. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as I am available throughout the day, every day. This allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, walks and regular toilet breaks. I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active, so daily walks are something I genuinely look forward to. At home, dogs will have access to a secure fenced garden and a comfortable family environment where they can relax, play and receive lots of affection. Because I am home most of the time, your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive the care, supervision and cuddles they deserve. Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness are my top priorities. In my home, dogs will be welcomed into a loving family environment with plenty of attention, supervision and affection. I have a fully fenced and secure garden where dogs can safely play and explore, and I always ensure they have access to fresh water, comfortable resting areas and regular toilet breaks. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, preferences and any special requirements so they can feel as settled and relaxed as possible. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime or simply curling up for cuddles, I will make sure they receive the care and attention they need. As an experienced dog owner, I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else. I will treat your dog as if they were my own and am happy to provide regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. For dog walking, I prioritise safety at all times, using secure leads and choosing suitable walking routes based on your dog’s age, energy level and needs.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Broly received. From the moment we met her, it was obvious she genuinely loves dogs, and Broly took to her straight away. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me so much helpful advice and reassurance. She really took the time to understand Broly and his personality, and as first-time Golden Retriever owners, I really appreciated her experience and guidance. She kept us updated throughout, and Broly came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. I honestly feel like we’ve struck gold finding her. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their dog.

We left our 7-month-old chocolate Labrador Truffle with Anyesha today for her first full day of daycare, and we could not be happier with the experience! From the moment we arranged a meet and greet, Anyesha's warmth, genuine love for dogs and professionalism was evident. Today, Truffle was with her from 9 am to 4:45 pm, and Anyesha kept us updated throughout the day with photos and videos, which was incredibly reassuring and so lovely to receive. Truffle bonded beautifully with the other dog in Anyesha's care, a gorgeous Husky, and watching them play together through the updates made our day! Truffle came home exhausted, happy and clearly very well looked after. Anyesha is gentle, caring and attentive. You can tell she treats every dog as her own. We will absolutely be back every Thursday and would recommend Anyesha wholeheartedly to any dog owner looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their beloved pet. Thank you, Anyesha. Truffle had the best day! 🐾🍫

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Hounslow

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Hounslow on Rover is £34.5 per day (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 16,649 sitters on Rover for Doggy Day Care in Hounslow. About 86% of Hounslow sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you are planning ahead for public holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day cover for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later collection to match your Hounslow commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust collection and drop-off times when needed.

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:

  • Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
  • Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
  • Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
  • Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
  • Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible

Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Sitters in Greater London may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s booking protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
