About: I provide a safe, loving, and attentive environment where your dog will be genuinely cared for, comforted, and treated like family. I have a natural love for animals and understand how important it is to leave your dog with someone you can fully trust. Personally, I have extensive experience as a dog owner. I previously had a German Shepherd & Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who lived to 17, and I currently have a five-year-old toy poodle. Professionally, I have worked at Urban Mutts Hotels, where I cared for a wide variety of dogs in both daycare and boarding settings. My experience goes beyond breeds and sizes — I am confident managing different temperaments, energy levels, dietary requirements, and allergies, always prioritising each dog’s comfort and wellbeing. I take the time to understand every dog’s routine, personality, and preferences — whether they need active play, calm companionship, or extra reassurance. My approach is calm, patient, and detail-oriented, ensuring your dog feels secure, happy, and completely at ease while in my care. For added peace of mind, I provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication throughout, so you always know your dog is safe, settled, and well looked after. I am currently self- employed and working from home, my diary can be flexible if needed. I am open to last minute bookings, if needed. I have a house with a long, gated garden that your dogs would love to run around in and do some training drills. For longer walks I have a park nearby.
“Steven and his partner were great. They made me feel completely at ease from the very start. We sat and had a chat about Paxo and discussed his quirks. Paxo was relaxed from the moment of meeting them and was cuddling up to Steven in seconds. You can tell that Steven is very knowledgeable about looking after dogs and embraced all Paxo's funny behaviours (like being scared of people roller-skating). He gave Paxo a lot of exercise and Paxo fell asleep an hour earlier than normal which is a great sign! Would defo use Steven again.”

“Roshni was fantastic with the dogs who were really happy with her doggy daycare in her home and became really attached to Roshni. I got photos everyday of happy dogs which showed how they were getting along which I enjoyed receiving and reassured me and my sons that both dogs were well cared for whilst I was away. My older son who collected the dogs everyday was impressed by Roshni’s commitment to the happiness of the dogs and their wellbeing. Can’t praise her highly enough and will certainly book Roshni again in the future.”

About: Besides having our own dog before, me and my wife work part time in a doggy day care, where we meet all types of dogs, some needs more attention than others, some are some scared cause they are rescue dogs, some are aggressive, cause they been attacked before, with all dogs you have to approach with patience cause every dog has their own characteristics and it's important to understand them I work from home, and have very flexible hours, so few hours a day on the laptop then I free all day to spend time with dogs at home or out in the park I live in an apartment with many dog owners, we have a small outdoor space (accces for tenants only) for kids and neighbours dogs go to hang out and mingle
“Carla was absolutely brilliant with Romy. She was very quick to reply to messages and kept us constantly updated, sending photos almost every hour, which was really reassuring. Romy is only a 5-month-old puppy, so we were a bit nervous at first, but Carla made her feel comfortable straight away. Just a few hours after we dropped her off, Romy was already happily curled up having a nap on the sofa: relaxed, calm and clearly at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better day care experience and would happily recommend Carla to anyone, especially with young puppies.”

“Thank you for being absolutely brilliant with Tilly. She had the best time. The pictures & videos were great & had lots of fun, care & attention. I would definitely recommend Abhisarika - you made our trip to Twickenham for rugby enjoyable knowing she was in safe hands. The park across the road was perfect for dog walking & next time we’re in London we’ll be seeing if you’re available ??”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I had a number of family dogs growing up, before I adopted my own after graduating - first a Husky and then a German Sheppard. All were rescues, adopted when less than 1 years old and, at times, a mix of breeds, and so I have first hand experience being with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I am a remote worker and so I have a flexible schedule during the working week. On the weekends, my available depends on my volunteer work. I live in a large two bedroom apartment which provides amble room for dogs to play or find a quiet spot to snooze. There are also plenty of parks near me which allows lots of sniffing and running potential. I try to maintain a consistent feeding and walking schedule for my pup but happy to cater to your dogs needs.
“I was very happy leaving Margot with Sandra. She welcomed Margot into her home and kept me up to date with messages and photos. I know Margot enjoyed her stay and I would definitely hope to use Sandra again. Thankyou”

About: I’ve always believed that dogs aren’t just pets — they’re family. When you leave your dog with me, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being cared for with patience, kindness and lots of love. I take the time to get to know each dog’s little personality — whether they’re playful and full of energy, happiest curled up beside you, a little shy at first, or simply love being spoiled with attention. I’m happy to follow their normal routine as closely as possible, from meals and walks to regular toilet breaks, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I believe keeping their routine familiar helps them settle and feel at ease. I’m also happy to give extra patience and reassurance to puppies, older dogs or dogs who need a little more time to feel comfortable in a new environment. I’ll never rush them — I let them settle in at their own pace. What I really want to offer is more than just dog sitting. I want your dog to feel like they’ve come to stay with someone who genuinely enjoys having them around. And while you're busy having your own little holiday, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you don’t miss them too much! I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of company, attention and care throughout the day. I’m able to fit pet care naturally into my daily routine, with regular toilet breaks, walks, playtime, cuddles and plenty of interaction. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods, and I can give them the attention they need while still keeping to their normal routine. Because I’m home during the day, I can also be flexible around individual needs — whether your dog loves regular play and walks, prefers a quiet afternoon nap, or simply wants someone nearby. I have a secure, fully fenced garden where dogs can enjoy some fresh air and outdoor time safely. The home is a calm, clean and welcoming environment where they can relax, feel secure and receive plenty of love and attention. Most importantly, I treat every dog with the same care and kindness I would give my own dog — with patience, affection and plenty of cuddles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING — 10/10, WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERY DOG OWNER! I cannot recommend Sahiba enough — she is simply the BEST dog sitter we’ve ever had! From the very first moment we met, I knew our precious dog was going to be in the safest, kindest, most loving hands possible. Sahiba didn’t just “look after” our dog — she genuinely cared for them like they were her own family. She sent us the most wonderful photos and little updates every single hour — seeing our pup happy, exploring, playing, and curled up cosy made being away from home so easy and stress-free. We didn’t have a single worry the whole time! You can truly tell Sahiba has such a special, natural bond with animals — our milo was so excited to see her every morning, and was completely worn out in the happiest way from all the fun and attention. On top of that, she’s reliable, thoughtful, so respectful of our home, and went above and beyond in every little way — even keeping to our dog’s exact routine and dietary needs perfectly. When we came home, our dog was happy, relaxed, and healthy — and honestly, looked like they’d been on their own lovely holiday! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and genuinely wonderful to look after your fur baby — Sahiba is the one. We are already counting down to our next trip so we can book her again. Thank you, Sahiba — you’re an absolute gem! 💖🐶

Giada was absolutely amazing, made my lil fur baby so happy and at home! Sent photos to show how happy he was! Made sure he had plenty of walks, treats and everything he needed! I will definitely be booking her again! Gizmo has definitely made a new bestfriend🥹

Joanne is great. She was really understanding with our dog, who is often nervous and guarded with strangers. She made him feel comfortable in her home and gave him exactly what he needs. He seemed to really love her by the time we came to pick him up. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Amal was very attentive and kind to my dog!! She asked a lot of questions which shows how much she care about your dog. And she follow your instructions down to the T. She also noticed the heat and make sure my dog’s comfort is the priority! I really appreciate her attention to details and my dog had a great time with her!

Gia had a really good day with Kseniya and Grace Kelly. Kseniya's communication was excellent, she provided update throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Kseniya to everyone who'd need a reliable caring pet sitter. Thank you Kseniya and Grace Kelly!!

We left our 7-month-old chocolate Labrador Truffle with Anyesha today for her first full day of daycare, and we could not be happier with the experience! From the moment we arranged a meet and greet, Anyesha's warmth, genuine love for dogs and professionalism was evident. Today, Truffle was with her from 9 am to 4:45 pm, and Anyesha kept us updated throughout the day with photos and videos, which was incredibly reassuring and so lovely to receive. Truffle bonded beautifully with the other dog in Anyesha's care, a gorgeous Husky, and watching them play together through the updates made our day! Truffle came home exhausted, happy and clearly very well looked after. Anyesha is gentle, caring and attentive. You can tell she treats every dog as her own. We will absolutely be back every Thursday and would recommend Anyesha wholeheartedly to any dog owner looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their beloved pet. Thank you, Anyesha. Truffle had the best day! 🐾🍫

- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions

- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes

Sitters in Greater London may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
