I’ve been around dogs for over 15 years and honestly, I just really love being with them. I’m especially drawn to older dogs—they have such gentle personalities, and I really enjoy giving them the extra patience, comfort, and care they need. I’m very comfortable handling medications, including injections and oral meds, so if your dog has any medical needs, you can relax knowing they’re in safe hands. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog, especially when they’re older or need a bit more attention. I keep things calm, consistent, and tailored to each dog’s routine so they feel as at home and stress-free as possible. I don’t take on puppies, but if you have an adult or senior dog who needs a caring and reliable sitter, I’d love to help 😊

I would highly recommend Sandra. She has a good understanding of dogs and knows how to handle the larger breeds very well. She took great care of my GSD over a weekend break, sending me regular updates. My GSD tends to become anxious when left alone so Sandra voluntarily slept on the couch with her on her first night to settle her in. Thank you Sandra

Sandra was just too good. She really looked after Ollie in our absence and made him feel at home. She kept us informed at all times. We could enjoy a stress free holiday just because of her… we would love to use her services again and recommend her to all.
Sandra and family were very kind and accommodating, looking after my dog for two nights during sweltering conditions. They took her on very early and late walks so it was a bit cooler - much appreciated! I would definitely go back which is the best recommendation I can give.

Schedule
I’m home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I keep a calm, relaxed routine and can easily adapt to your dog’s usual schedule, whether that’s walks, feeding times, or just lots of cuddles and companionship.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are really important to me. I have a secure fenced garden for safe outdoor time . I always take introductions slowly to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I’m also experienced with crates if your dog uses one, and I stick closely to their normal routine to help them feel settled. I’m confident giving oral medications and injections if needed, and I always make sure each dog gets the care and attention they deserve in a calm, loving environment.
A typical day
I love keeping dogs active, happy, and relaxed throughout the day. We’ll enjoy walks, playtime, enrichment games, and plenty of cuddles and attention. I stick closely to your dog’s normal routine, including feeding times, naps, and any special care they need, so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.
