Our dog was returned to us traumatised and with a never fully explained injury to his paw requiring painkillers and antibiotics, which two weeks on is unresolved and now requires X-Rays. While the sitter took him to the vet twice, she reported the injury was improving, which has turned out not to be the case. I suspect the presence of another dog on the premises - something I was told was occasional at most - has exacerbated his nervousness. The sitter also lost his dog bowl; again unexplained. Things happen, but I am far from happy that adequate duty of care was exercised in return for the substantial fee paid and we will be sending Albie elsewhere in the future.
Would highly recommend Ornela. Great communication before Diego's stay. Provided updates throughout. Diego was really well looked after and would definitely book again.
Ornela is a great sitter, easy to contact and quick to reply. She arranged a meet and greet time beforehand and Willow had a fabulous first day with her.
Omela collected little man, who is completely house trained at home. When he got to her house,, maybe because of the smell of other dogs he peed twice in her home. She immediately brought him back to me, and said she couldn't have him, leaving me completely in the lurch. He is a slightly nervous dog and maybe it was because of this, but she didnt give him a fair chance! I would never book through Rover again because of this. I paid well over £100 for her service and only had a collection from my house in return. Extremely disappointing service. I would have thought that an experienced dog sitter would expect the odd acident while a dog is getting used to new surroundings

Amazing sitter! Understood my dog’s needs immediately. Very affectionate sitter which instantly put my dog at ease. I’ve never used a sitter before and Ornela completely reassured me.

During the day, I provide walks, mental stimulation, and cozy naps for every pup or cat. Afternoons are perfect for more walks, interactive play, and socializing in a safe, calm environment. Evenings are for snuggles, treats, and gentle care, making sure every pet feels loved and secure. I tailor my routine to each animal’s personality and needs, so tails are always wagging and purrs are constant!

Whether it’s playful puppies, senior dogs, or independent cats, I make sure every furry guest feels happy, secure, and right at home.
A typical day
A typical day is full of love, fun, and tail wags! 🐾 In the morning, pets get cuddles, breakfast, and a chance to stretch their legs. During the day, we enjoy walks around beautiful Teddington, supervised playtime, and mental stimulation with toys and games. Each dog or cat follows their own routine for rest, feeding, and comfort. In the afternoon, we have more play, gentle socializing, and cozy downtime. Evenings are for snuggles, treats, and lots of affection, making sure every furry friend leaves happy, relaxed, and loved!
