Xiaoya is amazing! She is very patient, professional, and genuinely caring with cats. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such good hands. I would definitely recommend her!

I honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter than Xiaoya. I had to leave my cat while I was away on holiday and, as I did not have anyone else available to look after him, I was naturally a little worried about leaving him. Xiaoya took absolutely fantastic care of him from start to finish. She made sure he was well fed, drinking properly, comfortable, happy and using his litter tray normally. She also kept me regularly updated with pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear from the updates that he was relaxed, happy and having a genuinely good time with her. Xiaoya treated him with so much care and attention, and I felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. I genuinely could not have asked for anyone better to look after him. I am extremely grateful for how well Xiaoya cared for him and I would 100% trust her with him again. I will definitely be using her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and attentive cat sitter.

Omg, when I tell you I was so stressed leaving Gucci with a stranger (something I’ve never done before). I also had extreme anxiety about my cat getting out and getting lost. This was not the case at all! Xiaoya, you are a dream!! Thank you so much for looking after my baby girl. I got video and photo updates all the time, plus so much reassurance that I was actually able to enjoy my time away knowing she was in great hands. 10/10 service, 10/10 communication. Xiaoya looked after Poki for 20 nights, and I could not have asked for a better experience. When I picked him up, he seemed so happy, relaxed, and comfortable, which honestly says everything. Throughout the whole stay, Xiaoya sent me daily pictures and videos, kept me updated regularly, and was always very reassuring and attentive.
