Epsom Pet Retreat - A Caring and Trusted home...

My husband has always loved and cared for dogs ever since he was a child. At one point of time, they had 9 dogs. When I got married to him several years back, I automatically fell in love with these adorable creatures and since then have had dogs of our own. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All of us love dogs and each of us has a special bond with our own dog Fudge. We completely understand the importance of finding a caring, safe environment for your fur baby and you can rest assured that your pet would be happy and comfortable in our home getting affection from all of us, going for walks in the neighbouring nature reserve and playing with our dog in our large fenced garden.

Abby was kind enough to meet with us twice prior to Beau's stay to ensure he would be a good fit with her Lhasa Apso Fudge. Abby and her family looked after Beau wonderfully for 12 nights whilst we were away. They all made a real connection with him which helped make his stay so enjoyable. He loved his daily walks even though a lot of the time it seemed he was taking Abby for a walk due to always being so far out in front ☺️ Abby sent daily updates with lots of photos and video clips which helped reassure my husband and I that he was happy and being very well looked after. There were a few occasions when Beau seemed a bit restless and confused (sure partly due to his deafness) but Abby and the family did a great job of getting him settled again. I would highly recommend Abby as your doggie will be so well cared for in a friendly home with a large secure garden and lots of walks over the nature reserve next door to her home. Thanks again Abby and family. Clare & Steve

Perfect Puppy holiday! Miss Toffee, who usually struggles with separation anxiety, and Lady Liquorice settled right into Abby’s home and had such a great time that I wondered if they would even want to come home! Abby sent regular videos of them going on walks, playing with her dog Fudge, and cuddling with the family. We would definitely ask Abby to look after our girls again.

The second time Willow has stayed and Abbybis just an incredible sitter. Willow loves her and brings her gifts as she is so happy to be there and feels loved. Communication is spot on all before, during and after the stay. Regular reassuring updates with photos and videos. I cannot recommend Abby and her family enough. They are a perfect sitter with an enclosed garden and nature reserve near by for great walks. Thank you.

We would thoroughly recommend Abby. We left our 11 year old border terrier with her for a long weekend and the care and communication could not have been better. Thank you!

Schedule

I work part time and only work for a few hours in the evening when my children and husband are at home. My husband also works from home so your dog would always have a companion during the day. I take the dogs for a long walk in the morning in the nature reserve and my husband or my children take them in the evenings. One of us is always around to let your pet out every 2-4 hours for toilet breaks. Our dog loves to play in our garden and would love the company. He's a very calm and relaxed dog.
