I’ve grown up with dogs – terriers, spaniels, collies – and have looked after them at every stage, from bouncy puppies to gentle seniors. I also have experience caring for a timid rescue, helping him build trust and come out of his shell with time and patience. I’m confident, calm and genuinely enjoy their company, whether it’s playtime, walkies or a quiet evening in.

Thank you very much to Alison and her family for taking such good care of Joey for one week. He was very happy, settled in well with their dog Claude and did great walks in the park! We received daily updates with photos and videos and he always looked happy! We won't hesitate to leave Joey with Alison again. Many thanks Alison, you have been amazing!
Maple had such a great time with Alison and the gang ! Playing with Claude and keeping cool in the heatwave. Would love them to have her again 💚
It has been four instances, since we availed of Alison's pet sitting services, to look after our Twigz and we are thrilled to say, without a shadow of doubt, that not just Twigz, but Walter and myself are very fortunate to have met Alison and her family on this most amazing site (Rover). Twigz has established a unique bond with Alison's pet dog (Claude) and all on all, this established relationship is growing rapidly each time, not only with Claude, but also with Alison's beautiful dog loving family. We received updates on Twigz, everyday with photos, videos and messages. We would highly recommend this family for dog sitting, as they are way beyond compare. A big thank you, from the bottom of our hearts to Alison and family.❤️❤️
Ali was amazing with our girl Luna. Super caring and sent lots of photos/updates throughout her stay. Luna came back very happy and content!

Dates de la garde
I'm lucky to have a lot of green open spaces as well as wooded areas close to me – and I incorporate long walks into the daily school run. I work from home full time so your dog will only be left if I have to nip to the corner shop, but otherwise they would slot into Claude's existing routine. He gets a lot of exercise but he loves to chill out during the day, too. Weekends are obviously less structured but we always make time for walkies.

I have a fully private, fenced back garden so the dogs can come and go as they please in the warmer months with the door open, otherwise they just need to scratch to be let out.

Lots of walks, sometimes muddy ones, playing with the kids (currently 14 & 7), fetch, ball games, toys and training with treats, plus lots of downtime and cuddles.
