I’m currently working part-time and completing overtime at work. I’m typically flexible on days/times. I am more than happy to do weekends, extended stays and overnights/evenings. My rota is given to me four weeks in advance and so I aim to have my calendar updated with availability for then! Anybody booking more than four weeks ahead has pick of the days/times before I inform my employer of my plans!

I try my hardest to keep the pets I care for as close to normality as possible. I am more than happy to follow instructions set out by owners regarding visits, exercise or feeding times. I am extremely familiar with various special diets and various medical conditions and know how stressful it can be when leaving pets with these extra requirements. I am absolutely happy accommodate any extra needs of your pets!

I’m extremely happy to accommodate any additional needs that your pet has! A few things it would be helpful to know in advance would be: - An emergency contact if the owner is unavailable - Microchip Details/Vet Practise Details - Any existing health issues/current medications they’re on and the dosages - Any allergies you’re aware of - Amount of walks needed/how long the walks are - Are they reactive? (Other Dogs/kids/vehicles/Men/Women) - Do they show resource guarding behaviour/have a history of aggression? None of these things have to be in the initial message, I am more than happy to communicate with any owner and have this relayed in person!💖
A typical day
My partner is in the British Army so on days he’s home we enjoy being active! We frequently take our family’s dogs on daytrips to national trust properties, dog-friendly zoos, or visit various pet shops and pick out toys and treats! If your dog prefers the quieter life, I am located near Bracknell town center, with plenty of parks and field walks nearby. As well as this, I have family ties to both Wokingham and White Waltham, both of which have some really lovely scenic walks!

Pet care experience
- I currently work in pet retail and so I’m extremely familiar with all kinds of animals. I don’t think there’s a breed or species I haven’t yet met!🤣 I am extremely familiar with all ages, medical conditions, dietary restrictions etc. As a bonus I have an endless supply of treats to spoil your pet with! 💖 - I completed my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management in June 2024 which covered multiple units on Animal Training and Behaviour as well as Basic Veterinary Care and First Aid. 🐕 - I’ve always had animals for as long as I can remember and I know that pets are a huge part of the family. Growing up my parents were dog sitters so I have hands-on experience caring for and training dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels! I am comfortable and capable of handling everything from senior babies that just need a 5 minute wander around the block, to large working breeds that need lots of mental stimulation.😁 - I have a history and huge passion for keeping reptiles, inverts, fish so im absolutely comfortable caring for all animals big or small, fluffy or scaly!🐹🐠🦎 I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and has fun while you’re away. 🫶🏻 - I’m also absolutely happy to provide regular updates and photos! In my spare time I really enjoy animal and wildlife photography and (if the owner wishes), I can also provide a few free digital portrait shots of their dogs during their time with me! 📸 - Unfortunately due to my current tenancy, I cannot currently offer boarding at my own home. Hopefully in the near future this is set to change!🏡

Massive thank you to Sophie for looking after my dog. It was his first time with a sitter and she took time on a previous day as a meet and greet to get familiar with him etc She was very understanding of my dogs quirks and resource guarding moments and handled the situation highly appropriately I would definitely recommend Sophie - she was great with my dog but also a very friendly person :)
Sophie is such a brilliant cat sitter. We felt very reassured leaving our 2 young cats for the day with her, and she sent us lots of photos and pictures from her two visits with excellent communication. Our cats really liked Sophie too and we got to enjoy a nice day out without worry. Highly recommend!

I was so lucky to book Sophie over the Easter weekend for my cat Lenni. Sophie is a very special sitter who not only has excellent knowledge and experience with all kinds of animals, but also a great love for them, and they can sense it and respond beautifully to her. Sophie sent me regular updates with photos and messages. She went out of her way to respond and keep me updated and reassured, and I was very much at ease knowing she was there looking after my cat and house. I highly recommend her to you for any pets you may have - you will be extremely lucky to book her. My cat already misses her!
