“Whilst we were away Joanne fulfilled all, and more than we could have wished for. She prepared thoroughly before our holiday by spending time with Bingle (our dog) and fully gained his trust. While we were away she regularly communicated both through text and pictures. She also got on extremely well with our daughter who was at home to care for Bingle in the evenings. This was the first time we had been abroad and left Bingle. We were initially anxious about this but Joanne was so excellent that we lost all sense of worry about Bingle's reactionl. They treated Nessa as one of their own and did a great job helping her bond and integrate with their whippet, Mae. It was clear from the updates that she was happy, relaxed, and well cared for throughout her stay. We also really appreciated the regular and thoughtful updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Amazing care 😊😊 Great communication and lots of photos sent through the day where our pup looked really chilled and happy, and she came home tired after some nice walks. Juniper had a great time with Thalia! Communication was great both before and during the doggy day care, with Thalia sending lots of photos and updates throughout the day. She was also very accommodating when we were slightly late to collect Juniper. We would definitely use their services again!

My cockapoo has been going to Sarah for a couple of weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciated Sarah making time for a meet and greet, her communication is excellent, and I love receiving the photos of my dog having a fun time, and being well cared for, and treated as part of the family. My dog clearly loves going, Sarah understood her needs very quickly, and my dog was already excited to arrive on just her second visit, a sure sign she’s treated so kindly and part of the family. She has also boarded, and I feel completely comfortable that she is looked after and gets what she needs, and I have complete peace of mind when my dog is with Sarah. Sarah is kind, accommodating, clearly understands dogs, and it’s really lovely that her children also get involved with the dogs too. Sarah’s dog is also absolutely lovely, and a great companion.
