Pet care experience
7 years total experience of dog boarding and have absolutely loved it! We have now relocated and are based in Reading, carrying on offering dog boarding services via Rover. The house is too empty without them! 🥰 The 3 bedroom property we live in now has a secure garden which backs onto a lovely big field for great walks, our house is your dogs house so we are very relaxed with them being on furniture and going upstairs if that is your preference. Being home workers, your dog/dogs will have lots of love and attention throughout the day. We have been lucky enough and experienced looking after a variety of amazing breeds such as Labs, Viszlas, Bernese mt. dogs, German Shepherds Staffys, Spainiels, Chihuahuas… the list goes on. We will ensure your pet receives the exercise and attention it needs. We are experienced with puppies and senior dogs! We are comfortable with dogs with different personalities, and can accommodate our routine to reflect theirs. Please drop us a message if you'd like to know any more. We do meet and greets at our home before taking on any new bookings.

Emily is absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend her highly enough! This was my first time using Rover and I was genuinely a little nervous — it was also the first time Marley (9-year-old Siberian Husky) and Bailey (3-year-old Golden Retriever) had ever stayed overnight at a sitter's home, let alone for 5 nights. But from the moment I met Emily, she put all my worries completely at ease. Throughout the stay, Emily followed the feeding and walking routines to the letter, went above and beyond by walking the dogs twice a day, and made sure they were in a safe and relaxing environment at all times. She sent photos and updates several times a day and was always responsive and easy to communicate with — a huge comfort when you're thousands of miles away! Marley and Bailey came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after. It was so lovely to see how much they enjoyed their time with her. Emily is flexible, caring, professional, and truly a dog lover. I will absolutely turn to her again next time I need pet sitting, and would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated sitter. This is the second time that Emily has had Harvey, but this time for 8 days! Emily was great with him! We were really worried that Harvey was going to be anxious as he is a rescue dog that we only adopted in December 2025, but Emily was so good with him and put him at ease straight away. She sent us daily updates while we were away to put our minds at ease too! We would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a sitter :)
Emily was great with our Harvey. He is a anxious rescue Staffy but he was right at ease with Emily! She sent us lots of pictures which we were grateful for, and she's having Harvey again next week for us while we're away again! She was sensible in the heat as it was super hot and tried to keep Harvey cool and comfortable! Definitely recommended Emily!
