Ben and Ellis have been absolutely wonderful with my nervous lab! They were very patient with her and tailored their support around her to make her as comfortable as possible. She loves the walks they take her on and is increasingly more confident. They are also brilliant at sending updates, how the pup is doing along with pictures which is always reassuring.
