⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Axelle is the only person I would ever trust with my cat again. This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Pillow with anyone. Axelle made it easy. He took to her so completely that he started waiting for her on the stairs before her visits. Cats don't do that for people they tolerate. They do it for people they have chosen. He chose her. The trip was horrible. Halfway through, my flight got rescheduled by several days for medical reasons, and Axelle adjusted with grace, kindness, and zero complication — moved visits, communicated clearly, made it feel like she was on my team rather than putting up with an inconvenient client. She kept me updated, sent photos and videos, and genuinely engaged with Pillow as a person rather than a job. What I realised in this trip is that Axelle cares. Properly cares. Not professional warmth — actual investment in the wellbeing of an animal she has been entrusted with. My cat was safe with her in a way that let me handle a brutal week without ever once worrying about him. If you are reading this trying to decide who to book — book Axelle. She is the rare person who treats your pet like family while you are gone, and treats you with the same kindness when life throws something difficult into the middle of the booking. Five stars is not enough. I would give ten.

Tala loved her stay at Axelle's. The communication was very clear throughout and it was great dropping Tala off knowing she was in good hands!

Axelle was amazing looking after Charlie for an overnight stay. She asked all the right questions, was super knowledgeable and her love for dogs shone through! She gave me lovely updates throughout the stay which really put my mind at ease. Charlie can’t wait to hang out with his new bestie Axelle again!

Axelle is a very good Petsitter , my dog (tall) and my two cats love her. She gives them lots of petting and cuddles, and they love it. Axelle is a pleasant and reliable person, she takes good care of the animals and their well-being. She makes my dog run and takes him for walks. He always comes back very happy from the walk. If you’re looking for a great pet sitter for your dog, Axelle is the perfect fit! She’s a real dog lover and always makes sure they get the best care possible. Her dog, Lucky, is a sweet Beauceron who’s full of energy and needs lots of attention. Looking after him has been the best experience for her. He needs tons of love, playtime, cuddles, and patience, and she’s amazing with him. I’d recommend her 100% without any doubt!

I’ve never met someone who loves animals more than Axelle. She grew up with dogs and cats and has been taking care of them since she was old enough to walk. Going on walks, teaching them to do tricks, cuddling them, there isn’t one second when she’s not giving attention to her dog, Lucky or her cats, Millie and Milo. Whether it’s on a daily walk or overnight care, she will really take the time to understand what your pet needs and give it to them. As a person and in her work, she’s always very thoughtful, attentive and generous, which makes her the perfect person to give reliable and loving care to your animals. I’d recommend her with closed eyes.
