About: I love a dogs playful and kind nature. I’ve been around dogs all my life and strangers dogs always come up to me which must be a good sign! I work full time so I’m o my available weekends for dog walks. I could do some week day evenings but I would need notice I know safety around animals, I’ll always keep them on the lead unless you’ve told me otherwise and I’d keep them away from aggressive dogs etc
About: I studied animal management at college and university, where i really enjoyed learning both the on paper and physical stuff! i have always had a soft spot of dogs of all sorts, with my favourite breed being a dalmatian, or a standard poodle! being in a place where i cannot have my own dog makes it hard to satisfy my love of dogs. Why don’t you let me borrow yours instead! Not only will you help satisfy your dog and their exercise and social needs, you will also be making a girl very happy! i currently work full time in the mornings. I would love to walk myself as well as your furry friend in the evenings! that way, the weather will be much cooler, and the surrounding world will be a lot calmer, leaving me and your puppy having a very satisfying experience! I had a childhood dog growing up, which we sadly had to put down in her older years.. I really enjoyed walking her, as it meant we had a special bond.. She was like my best friend, and i always enjoyed my time with her. Right now, i live with two cats, who equally are showered with love and adoration. A treat here and there (maybe a little TOO often), and a good cuddle makes the three of us very happy, which i hope to pass on that same love to other puppies !
“Zuzanna was very communicative and attentive when looking after our cat Aoife for 2 weeks. She gave us nice daily updates with photos, and Aoife responded well to her.”

“Chloe was amazing, and got on so well with Rupert from the reports and photos got! Will absolutely book again when needed for the peace of mind cat is being taken care of.”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, from my own pets to rescues and family dogs, and I truly love giving them gentle, attentive care. My love for animals began when I got my first dog, Leo, a playful little dachshund, for my 10th birthday. Caring for him taught me patience, routine, and how much joy dogs feel when they’re safe and understood. Later in India, I cared for Rusty, my rescue pup, and Jacky, my friend’s senior Labrador who needed slower, gentler support with walks and feeding. I also spent long periods looking after my cousin’s two dachshunds, a mother and her son, whenever the family travelled. Alongside dogs, I also raised two stray kittens, Poonachi and Bambi, in India, which taught me a lot about understanding different animal temperaments and caring for shy or sensitive pets. I’ve also looked after my boyfriend’s mum’s rescue cat, Tommy, on weekends, which has given me more experience caring for shy or anxious cats in a calm and gentle way. These experiences have taught me how to connect with anxious dogs, energetic puppies, and older pets who need extra attention. I’m calm, reliable, and kind, and I make sure every walk or visit is filled with comfort, play, and genuine care. I’ve just finished my master’s and moved back to Reading, so I have plenty of free time and a very flexible schedule. I’m new to Rover, but I have lots of experience with animals and I’m excited to start. I’ll always follow your dog’s routine and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I take full care to make every walk safe, calm, and enjoyable. I always use the owner’s leash and follow their guidance to make sure each dog feels comfortable and secure. I choose safe, pet-friendly routes, keep a close eye on the dog’s behaviour, and go at a pace that suits them. My goal is to make every walk feel like a mix of exercise, play, and companionship in a caring, relaxed environment 🍃
“Megzie loved chilling with Tommy during the drop-in visit! Tommy is a calming character around pets that aren't used to many new faces. Megzie is nearly 19yrs old and loves lots of attention and Tommy provided that. We will definitely be using him as a petsitter and for more drop-ins.”

“Kin is fantastic, she is patient and kind to take care of my naughty Mini. Kin sends photos and videos for us, so we are no need to worry about Mini when we are not home. We absolutely will rebook Kin next time.”

“I’ve had various cat sitters through Rover and genuinely Tatiana is the best I’ve ever come across, even professional companies didn’t do as good of a job as her. It was a fairly last minute booking and Tatiana was very accommodating. She reassured me with lots of pictures, videos and concise updates through the days. I have a very messy Ragdoll and she went above and beyond cleaning up after him! She even gave him brushes and treats and treated him just like I would. When I got home he was very happy and cuddly and I could just tell how well he had been taken care of. I can’t thank Tatiana enough for looking after Leo so well and I will definitely be using her from now on as my go-to cat sitter ❤️”

About: Hi, I’m Laura 👋🏻 - your seasoned pet sitter and I’m thrilled to offer a warm and personalised experience for you fur baby! A little bit about me...I've been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I used to look after my nan's puppies every day after school. At my parents' house we've had a cat for as long as I can remember, so I've got plenty of experience looking after cats too. My first graduate job was working in frundraising at Guide Dogs. We had a dog friendly office as well as a training center on site, so I was surrounded by pups on a daily basis and learnt vital skills about their care and behaviour. I'm experienced and confident around dogs and cats of all breeds, shapes and sizes 😊 I have a lot of experience looking after puppies, rescues and senior pets. As I work remotely, I have a pretty flexible schedule and I'm available to take care of your pets most weekdays/weekends. I'm offering doggy daycare at my home, dog walking (30mins+), house visits and house sitting services at your home. I'm comfortable with staying for longer periods of time and looking after the house too, including holidays. I can host dogs in my flat, which is right in front of a lovely park, or provide care in their own home where they feel most at ease. Wherever they stay, I’ll make sure they get the same love, attention, and routine they’re used to — with plenty of updates for you too!
“Delci was quick to reply to messages, arrived on time, sent photos during the visit and followed all of our instructions perfectly. She was really patient with our nervous rescue and managed our other, much more lively, dog very well. Both dogs were clearly comfortable and very well cared for - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

About: Hi, I’m Shubham (& Devika)! I’ve always believed that pets aren’t just animals — they’re loyal companions who deserve care, comfort, and attention as if they were our own family. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats, and over the years I’ve cared for a variety of breeds and personalities — from energetic puppies who need structure and play, to senior pets who just want calm company and gentle care. I’m naturally patient, detail-oriented, and observant — which means I pick up on the little things like changes in mood, eating habits, or comfort levels. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, cuddles, or keeping to a strict feeding schedule, I make sure each pet feels safe, happy, and loved. I understand how hard it can be to trust someone new with your pet — that’s why I’m big on communication. You’ll always get photo updates, honest feedback, and peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for by someone who genuinely enjoys their company. If you’re looking for a sitter who’s dependable, calm under pressure, and deeply loves animals, I’d be happy to meet your furry family member and make them feel right at home. 🐾 I currently work from home, which gives me the flexibility to spend plenty of quality time with pets throughout the day. My schedule allows for regular walks, playtime, and cuddles - so your furry baby will never feel bored or lonely. I take short breaks between work tasks to give them attention, check on their needs, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. Whether it’s morning walks, midday potty breaks, or evening play sessions, I can easily adapt my routine to match your pet’s usual schedule. When a pet stays with me, I make sure they feel completely safe, comfortable, and loved from the moment they arrive. I take time to understand their usual routines - feeding times, walks, favorite toys, and any special needs - so their day feels familiar and stress-free. I keep a calm, clean, and pet-friendly home with plenty of space to play and relax. Pets are never left alone for long since I work from home, and I make sure they always have fresh water, cozy resting spots, and a balance of play and quiet time. I also pay close attention to their body language and behavior - if they’re anxious or shy, I give them space and gentle reassurance; if they’re energetic, we’ll go for longer walks or have interactive playtime. You’ll always get regular photo and video updates, so you can see how happy and settled your furry friend is while you’re away.
“Lucy was wonderful popping in to Martha today. I was kept up to date with everything and sent photos too. It was such a relief to know that Martha was is great, capable hands today, and I came home to a happy dog who clearly enjoyed herself too. Thank you Lucy!”
