“Ellie has been visiting our puppy, Albie, for the last couple of months, a couple of times a week and has been absolutely amazing! We always come home to a very happy, well looked after pup and it's clear that they always have fun together! Ellie has always been happy to adjust and provide whatever Albie needs during the visit and gives us a great Rover card, full of photo's of their time together, which gives us a lot of peace of mind!! We would highly recommend Ellie - it is clear that the happiness and wellbeing of animals is her priority, but also a passion for her! Thank you Ellie!! We couldn't have asked for a better person to have on team Albie!!!”

About: Hi, I’m Laura 👋🏻 - your seasoned pet sitter and I’m thrilled to offer a warm and personalised experience for you fur baby! A little bit about me...I've been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I used to look after my nan's puppies every day after school. At my parents' house we've had a cat for as long as I can remember, so I've got plenty of experience looking after cats too. My first graduate job was working in frundraising at Guide Dogs. We had a dog friendly office as well as a training center on site, so I was surrounded by pups on a daily basis and learnt vital skills about their care and behaviour. I'm experienced and confident around dogs and cats of all breeds, shapes and sizes 😊 I have a lot of experience looking after puppies, rescues and senior pets. As I work remotely, I have a pretty flexible schedule and I'm available to take care of your pets most weekdays/weekends. I'm offering doggy day care and boarding services at my home, dog walking (30mins+), house visits and house sitting at your home. I'm comfortable with staying for longer periods of time and looking after the house too, including holidays. I live in a house with my partner and we have a big fenced garden for your dog to play in. Only minutes walk to the river Kennet, Newbury Racecourse and the town centre.

About: I have had the pleasure of having dogs around my whole life and it brings me so much joy! My patience, reliability, and utmost love for animals make me a great dog sitter. I started borrowing doggies via BorrowMyDoggy in 2023 and had so much fun taking fur buddies on long walks and playing with them at home. I decided to move to this platform this year. I have been looking after small and big breeds, puppies, and senior dogs. I love them all! I work full time and have the flexibility to work from home most days. My office is also pet friendly, located in Theale. I have brought dogs to the office with me and they love the attention so I am happy to do this if the owner agrees. I live in a very safe and quiet area right next to a big field where I can take your dog for walks. I am familiar with parks and walking routes in my area and can do 2-3 walks a day. I do only allow pets in the main floor area not upstairs (new carpet) and your dog would only be left alone at night to sleep.

About: I have 3 years of pet care experience, including feeding, walking, house sitting and providing companionship. I ensure pets feel as safe, happy and loved as they can! I work full time but my hours differ so I sometimes have the mornings or afternoons off, so filling in this space will be most rewarding. I can be flexible depending on the needs and wants of you and your dog. I have a fenced garden which has a locked gate on the side. I have two cats of my own so your dog will be kept happy and full of energy with them all day.

About: Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in pet care, having raised my beloved dog Nigel from a lively puppy to a well-mannered adult. Beyond Nigel, I’ve confidently managed pets of various sizes and ages, adeptly handling their unique needs, from energetic young ones to senior pets requiring extra care. My hands-on expertise in walking, general sitting/minding and ensuring their overall health and happiness makes me highly skilled in providing exceptional care for pets of all kinds. As a part-time employee in my day job, I find myself with buckets of time to spare for caring for other animals. My availability for weekends is fully open to your needs and requirements, as well as weekdays after 11AM, making myself a versatile and dependable trustee with your beloved pets Responding to your Pets needs and wants is my top priority, as such I take exceptional notice of how they act and behave to establish these, such as feeding, needing the toilet, play time outside or simply when they just need to stretch their legs and walk. Nothing will be ignored when it comes to this, as it is of paramount importance. As for your home, this is managed in the most professional manor, with you providing the ground rules and needed information, areas to enter and which to not, I understand everyone is different so these needs are established on a customer by customer basis. For any further questions feel free to ask.

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my genuine passion for animals, combined with extensive hands-on experience and professional training. I hold a Level 2 Canine First Aid certification, ensuring I can act quickly and confidently in the event of any emergency. With years of experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments—including reactive or nervous dogs—I provide a calm, reliable, and reassuring presence. I take the time to get to know each dog individually, building trust and tailoring every walk or visit to suit their specific needs. Whether it's a high-energy adventure or a gentle stroll, your dog’s safety, happiness, and well-being always come first. You can trust that your furry friend is not only in capable hands, but also with someone who treats them like family. I currently work part-time at a licensed dog boarding facility, which allows me to offer great flexibility around my existing commitments. My previous career as serving police officer should you give you the extra reassurance you need with an up to date DBS! I’m available from early mornings through to late evenings, including weekends, making it easy for me to accommodate a wide range of schedules. Whether you need regular walks, occasional help, or last-minute support, I can adapt to suit your needs. My experience at the boarding facility has strengthened my skills in handling dogs of all breeds and temperaments, and I bring that same level of care, reliability, and passion to every dog I look after. I currently live in a ground floor flat with a communal garden. I am happy to have dogs through the day and over night. I promise to offer them the same love, attention, and care they’d receive from their own family. I treat every home with the utmost respect and every dog as if they were my own, ensuring complete peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of different kinds since I was little, my home has always has a fluffy friend running around with us since I can remember. Im also a regular house sitter which have a variety of pets from fish all the way to chickens and sheep. Duties include walking, feeding, cleaning, general Heath needs and showing lots of love. I do also have my own fur baby, he’s a little house rabbit called fish and he has a serious diva attitude! I’m currently working off my own schedule so have a lot of flexibility to fit to your needs. I’m also excited to meet a new furry friend I have a fenced mid/large garden to keep your fur babies safe. I also have the potential to crate if needed. Any requirements can be discussed and I’ll do everything in my power to meet them. Lovely off road walks in the area with lots of open space to run around.

“Really appreciate Khaley coming to check on Tora for us, we felt much happier being able to let him stay at home and get some of his favourite treats!”

“It was our first time contacting Matthew to take care of our cat while we were away. He went above and beyond, giving Oreo lots of attention and even making additional visits to ensure he was doing well. We will definitely use his services again in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of Oreo!”

About: West Berkshire based dog & cat lover (border with Hampshire). Available for drop ins, walks, feeding, vet visits for cats and dogs. Mature and sensible. Enhanced DBS checked. Careful and considerate with life-long experience of owning animals. Normally would offer boarding too, for 1 pet or 2 if from same household pets only but my own GSD dog is a demanding teenager currently. Happy to assist when you need help with your beloved pet. Please note: do request a Meet and Greet to get to know one another, free of charge. I know what it's like to need good care for pets over hols, or in an emergency. Full attention, proper exercise, playtime, a calm quiet home - photos can be provided of their stay. For benefit of your, and other pets, I do respectfully require that pets are wormed, flea-ed, with protection against Ticks. I live in the forest. I also recommend Kennel Cough for their best health. I only take 2 dogs at a time. This isn’t a pet business but an addition to my normal life in the countryside. I am afraid I do turn down a LOT of dogs! If completely uncontrollable in the house, or not house trained (unless an actual puppy), if barks all day even while fully supervised (must consider neighbours) and those that I think might not be happy here, with the right support. Do note: new bookings will now incur a £5.00 additional charge on departure day if beyond 24 hour stay period. After 28 hours raises to £10 additional fee (on pick-up day). And £3.00 for day care over 10 hours. Thank you. I set my own hours based around dog walks. Very rarely leave a dog alone, if at all. And allow plenty of playtime and of course walks. I have a large fenced garden. I live in the forest with miles of rural walks on the doorstep. It is idyllic. I do have 2 neighbours which is why I am careful about any incessant (for no good reason) barkers. As it’s so quiet here.

About: I’ve taken care of other peoples dogs since I was around 16, but had dogs all my life. I also have 10 years of experience around cats. I can work on most weekends as I am currently at university, but am hoping to make some money for my savings!! Sometimes can do weekdays, afternoons depending on my lecture schedule. I will listen to the owners needs for their pets and what works for them. For example when dog walking it is probably safer for me to keep the dog on a lead to avoid any running offs but can vary how long the walk is etc.

About: I an a freelance dancer, so I am full of energy and happy to support your pet however they need! I have one dog who is a bubbly lab and one crazy springer and before that had cats my whole life, so I have a passion for taking care of animals. I’m confident, enthusiastic, reliable and will love your dog as if they are my own! I am flexible!! I am happy to walk your dog early if that’s needed or happy to stay longer than planned at a house sitting if you’ve had a change of plan! Being freelance I make my own schedule so this works well for me! I will care for your pet however you need me to! Happy to just give cuddles, or walk them, bathe them, play with them etc.

About: Dogs are always an important part of my life. I grown up with dogs since I am a kid. I enjoy walking them, talking to them, playing with them. Most of my week,I work from home. I could be very flexible in term of visiting pets, dog walking, playing with them and feeding them. I will provide an update via WhatsApp every time I visit the pets so that you could check on your paws friends even when you are away.

About: I’ve always had a family dog and most of our friends and family have either dogs or cats, so I've had experience with many breeds over the years. I have a very caring and calming nature, I love all animals and I also feel very capable of looking after anxious pets or pets with special requirements. I’m currently trying to make pet walking and sitting a full time job, so I am available to move in with a pet and be there all the time to care for them and meet all their needs. It also means I can walk the dogs at anytime so as to keep them in their usual routine. I have been entrusted many times with pet sitting within another person’s home, leaving everything as it was when I arrived. I am capable of crating dogs if necessary and making sure all their needs and routines are met during my stay. I am very trustworthy and honest, I have keys to a few family friends homes so I can pop in to their pets whenever needed, so I am used to looking after someone's home as well as their pets.

About: I'm a registered veterinary nurse since 2020, but have been in the industry for 10 years I own cats and dogs, two of which require medication and assistance. I'll always put your animals health first. I am a full time registered veterinary nurse, so pets take up my whole waking life. I also own dogs and cats of my own, and I consider every moment with them as precious. I have an elderly cat of 17 years old that is on daily medication and diet. My dog also requires medical assistance with diet and testing. With my career, I know the requirements for your pets health and safety.

Jessica M.Star Sitter
“Jess is the best dog sitter I've ever had! My normally anxious and nervous dog (Chicken Butt) absolutely adores her and goes loopy as soon as we get to her driveway. She's kind, understanding, flexible, always checks in with me with cute updates abut CB, and double checks with snacks, meeting other dogs etc so I always feel like she's making my dog a number one priority. I'm so pleased to have found this gem of a sitter and so is my pooch!”

Ellie M.
“Hi , first of all Ellie loves dogs and cats and without a doubt she would care for them as if they were her own.She is a very caring, loving person towards any animals she is incontact with as she has 2 cats of her own .Ellie is a very responsible and reliable young lady with a great attitude and Outlook on life.”

Taylor P.
“In march this year I needed to take a week off to visit some family overseas and as such could not take my little luna with me, Taylor was such a help throughout meticulously going over my list of instructions with me to ensure he was caring for her correctly. He made frequent visits whenever asked to allow her outside as well as walk her, which may I add was a tailored route for her size to make sure she could do it comfortably. Delight to be around and luna is always excited to see him for more play time. Would always recommend for a polite and thorough service, and will be using him again this summer”

Rachael H.
“I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough! She’s looked after my little spaniel overnight several times now, and every time we get her back she is incredibly happy, calm, and tired out dog. It’s clear how naturally gifted Rachel is with animals and how much she cares for dogs— our girl adores her and is always excited to see her again! Rachel is super reliable and so accommodating. She’s attentive, responsible, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. I always have total peace of mind knowing our dog is in her hands. It’s not just a person looking after a dog because it’s their job — it’s genuine care, affection, and a real bond that she’s created with our crazy girl. Now that she’s starting her own business, I’m so excited for others to experience the same amazing level of care. If you want someone who truly treats your pet like family, look no further!”

Whenever she sees a dog she wants to stroke them and play with them. She is a responsible young lady who has had a good upbringing. Also been at boarding school so is very independent and capable. “Zara provides a day-care and walking service for my Jack Russell two days per week in her home. She treats Myrtle like her own pet, and Myrtle loves her almost as much as she loves me. I trust Zara with keys to my house and to care for my precious pet. To walk her feed her and keep her safe. She would be an asset to Rover as she is totally confident around all breeds of dogs.”
