“We wouldn't hesitate to ask Helen to look after Crecho again. Our boy is elderly and requires a lot of attention and we honestly felt that he was in capable and caring hands. We received updates and Crecho was very happy upon pick-up!”

“Great experience. Stewart was great with Pirucas. Communication was top and my dog settled really well and was very well taken care of. I’m very happy to comeback to Stewart when needed again.”

“Tigger had a wonderful holiday staying with Alline and her family! It was a real home-from-home experience and he was happy, healthy and relaxed when we collected him. We would be delighted to have Tigger to stay with Alline in the future.”

“Very happy to have found Jess! I could tell from the meet and greet that Wilbur would be well looked after and treated as one of the family. He had a great time with Jess, lots of time playing outdoors and plenty of snoozing and Jess sent lots of photos so I could see how he was getting on through the day. Would highly recommend Jess for your dog care.”

“Very lucky to have found Pedro and his family to look after our Labrador, Tipsy, for 10 days. He kept us posted of Tipsy's adventures and she was treated like part of their family. We would absolutely use them again. Thank you ☺️”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve grown up surrounded by pets and have cared for my own animals as well as those of family and friends for many years. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your dog while you’re away. I share my home with Rafferty, my friendly 2-year-old Cockapoo, who loves having canine company. I work remotely from home, so your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We maintain a consistent routine with Rafferty, including regular exercise, mental stimulation, and varied walks to keep things interesting and enriching. When your dog stays with us, they’ll be welcomed as part of the family and cared for as if they were our own. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs, personality, and preferences so I can provide a comfortable, consistent, and loving home-from-home experience during their stay. I am currently between jobs and taking some time away before taking up a new role. I am available weekdays and most weekends for dog/cat boarding, drop ins and walking. I have a fenced garden and no other pets currently (due to a recent loss). Your pet's safety and happiness is of the utmost importance.
“Laura was an absolute godsend, I had seen someone previous and it just didn’t work so I was panicking, Laura took a meet and greet last minute for me and was so calm with Evie and looked after her the next day, I had such peace of mind. Such a lovely family and my pooch was spoiled and had the best time with the other doggos there. Thanks Laura xxx”

“Obi stayed with Nicola overnight on quite short notice, and Nicola couldn’t have been more flexible or accommodating to our requests and timings. She and her family treated Obi like one of their own and were incredibly considerate of his needs, making sure he was safe in the sun and comfortable in their home. We received plenty of updates and photos of how he was getting on and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave Obi in Nicola’s care again!”

“Casper had a wonderful time with Arlina and her family, we had regular updates, and could see he was very happy. Truly a home from home and highly recommended. Thank you 😊”

“Jessica and George were brilliant looking after our 7th month old Pug puppy when we were away for our hols from start to finish. They gave us daily updates with photos and video’s of how he was getting on and what he had been doing. They were very patient as Teddy can be very naughty and playful when he gets cranky, but they pampered him and he had so much fun. It was the first time I had used Jessica but soon as we met her I was confident Teddy would be in very safe hands. I would not hesitate to book again as Teddy was very well looked after. Thank you Jessica and George :)”

“What a find Natalie is. Truly a star sitter. Took care of my little man so well. Sent me lots of pictures and updates. I could see my from them and Natalie's updates, he was having a whale of a time. Slotted into their life and was treated like one of the family. I can't praise her enough for her kindness and at short notice too.”

“Our dog Oliver had a great time with Marcus and Kathleen. They gave us updates and photos throughout our trip, which we really appreciated. We will definitely book again!”

About: I’ve had dogs for the past 12 years growing up with 2 working cocker spaniels on a farm and have cared for them from puppyhood through adulthood. Family and friends regularly rely on me to look after their dogs, trusting me to give them the same care and attention I give my own pets. I’m calm, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I also love exploring and being outdoors, so dogs in my care can expect fun walks, and plenty of stimulation alongside lots of affection. I am a Financial accountant who can work from home for up to two weeks. I tend to go to CrossFit in the mornings and if it’s suitable to the dog I will bring them along, followed by a walk before the day job starts. I like to spend some time in the garden with them at lunch to provide some midday stimulation, followed by a short 30 minute walk after work before settling down for the evening. I have a fenced garden, with no escape routes near Newbury town centre, with lots of options for walks around the local conservation trail and local greenham common.

Over the years, neighbours and family have trusted me to check in on, feed and care for their cats while they've been away. Looking after cats is genuinely something I've always done. “We felt completely at ease leaving our Bengals in the care of Maria while on holiday. We had initial visits with Maria before our holiday to ensure Benji & Talulah were comfortable and they connected straight away. Talulah became nervous before we left, but after a day Maria sent us updates to show Talulah venturing out to socialise! All updates received were as expected and nothing unusual regarding our cats behaviour. We have already booked Maria again for our next holiday and will be recommending to our friends and family!!”

About: As well as owning my own two dogs for seven years, for three years aboard, I worked in local dog pounds. I have helped care for and trained numerous different dogs. I have trained them with the basics such as sit, wait, and down, I have also helped them with anxiety issues, social issues, and learning to trust humans again. During this time, I also fostered 10+ dogs, from tiny puppies to dogs that were 5 or 6 years old, with health issues. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spending time with these dogs, nurturing them and showing them what a loving environment is about. I currently work part time and am able to fit in pet visits and walking Mon - Fri 9.30 -14.30 dog walking. I am also available every other weekend as well. I can easily crate your dog if they have anxiety issues and require a safe space. I am respectful of a dog / cat in their home environment and any rules you have for your home I will adhere to and respect. If you require muddy paws wiped before entry, a groom before bed, biscuits laid out before I leave them please let me know.

“Yuen Ying L was a great cat sitter. Easy to communicate with whilst we were away. She spent plenty of time with our cat and sent plenty of pics of him to keep us reassured he was ok. Will contact her again when we travel again. Would recommend. ”
“Charlotte looked after my cat while i was away a couple of days. She visited before i left to get to say hello to mittens. The weather was atrocious while i was away and Charlotte made all the same choices i would have done about looking after mittens and sent me regular updates which i appreciated. I’d have no hesitation in asking Charlotte to help again in future and I’m sure the cat preferred to stay at home rather than go in a cattery.”
About: I’ve always had a family dog and most of our friends and family have either dogs or cats, so I've had experience with many breeds over the years. I have a very caring and calming nature, I love all animals and I also feel very capable of looking after anxious pets or pets with special requirements. I’m currently trying to make pet walking and sitting a full time job, so I am available to move in with a pet and be there all the time to care for them and meet all their needs. It also means I can walk the dogs at anytime so as to keep them in their usual routine. I have been entrusted many times with pet sitting within another person’s home, leaving everything as it was when I arrived. I am capable of crating dogs if necessary and making sure all their needs and routines are met during my stay. I am very trustworthy and honest, I have keys to a few family friends homes so I can pop in to their pets whenever needed, so I am used to looking after someone's home as well as their pets.

“Leanne was fab, she came for her first drop-in for my two dogs, she was very flexible and reliable which was incredibly helpful as it’s around Christmas and everyone is so busy normally! Can’t wait till have her over to stay with the dogs while we’re away soon 🙂”

About: I've had pets all my life. Rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and cats as a child. As an adult I've owned a house rabbit, 2 cats and currently have a dog and a cat. One of my cats sadly passed away with Feline Cystitis and he needed lots of medications. One of my dogs has allergies and sometimes needs medications for this. I'm a qualified nurse, who is comfortable with looking after unwell pets. I am currently on maternity leave. I am at home full time until November 2026. So I am available frequently. I may need to bring my daughter with me for some visits, but this would be discussed beforehand. I have a 6ft fence around the garden. Dogs are very much welcome on the sofa to be comfortable. I live near a huge woods and lots of lovely dog walks.
“Grover appeared to have a fabulous day and had lots of fuss and attention! Communication with Alline was excellent and I felt reassured that he was in good hands.... this is the first day care I've used, normally having a dog walker for an hour over lunch when I'm on shift bit this feels a much better option. Have already booked a weekly slot! Thank you for a great service 😊”

About: Since my mid twenties I have had dogs, and get a great deal of enjoyment from being around them. Our standard labradoodle, also loves other dogs too. We have a good garden space for dogs, all fenced off. Dogs also have their own dry and warm space inside, which has direct access to the garden for play. I work from home full time and am always available. Often I get booked up, so in advance booking is recommended. Dog walks take place around my working gaps, so do vary from day to day and last between 20 minutes and 40 minutes. As mentioned above. The garden is a decent size for play and interaction between your dog(s) and my dog. The area is fenced and when I am in the garden the dogs can play. When not in the garden, the dogs are safe in a dry, pet friendly area, which has plenty space to lie down and relax in safely.

About: Hi, I’m Aimee — your local dog‑walking and day‑care provider, offering calm, structured, and genuinely caring support for every kind of pup. I’ve worked with everything from energetic working breeds to gentle seniors and nervous rescues, and I love helping each dog feel safe, understood, and happy in my care. I’m joined by my “Chief Assistant,” Hop — my Belgian Malinois who loves helping dogs build confidence, practise good manners, and enjoy positive social time. He’s a friendly, steady presence… but he never has to be involved if your dog prefers one‑to‑one care. Solo walks and individual day‑care are always available for dogs who need their own space or a quieter environment. Whether it’s a structured walk, a fun day of enrichment, or keeping your dog’s routine consistent while you’re busy, your pup gets plenty of attention, gentle handling, and a relaxed home‑from‑home vibe. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I currently have full flexibility in my schedule. I’m able to plan my days around the dogs I look after, giving each one plenty of time, attention, and consistency. This means I can offer reliable walks, relaxed day‑care, and one‑to‑one support whenever it’s needed, without rushing or squeezing pets into a busy timetable. For day care in my home, dogs enjoy a calm, structured environment with plenty of enrichment, play, and rest. I follow each dog’s usual routine and make sure they feel safe and settled. My dog Hop is my friendly “Chief Assistant,” but he never has to be involved — solo care is always available for dogs who prefer their own space. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I keep everything familiar and consistent. I follow your instructions closely, maintain your dog’s routine, and make sure they get the right mix of exercise, comfort, and attention. Across all services, my focus is gentle handling, positive experiences, and making sure every dog feels relaxed and well cared for.
“Yasmin was very obliging in collecting our dogs where requested. She also delivered them back to us exactly on time where we required. Our precious pooches were as happy and lively as they always are and so I'm 100% positive they had a good time with Yasmin the whole day. No hesitation in recommending this lovely young lady to take good care of your precious pooch and we would definitely use her again should we visit Newbury again in the future. Thank you xx”

About: I had my dog, Sunny, for 17 years before he went to sleep for the last time :( Since then, renting has meant I haven't been able to have my own pet but I regularly look after family & friends dogs, cats, hamsters and fish! I have a soft spot for a staffy, having fell in love with one I regularly look after. I currently work from home with a very lose requirement to be "seen" in the office a couple of times a month so I am usually at home during the working day and evenings. Out of football season my weekends are usually pretty free also. I have a fully fenced, small garden for your four legged friend to relax in and am happy to follow any guidance or requests from you to keep your pet safe & happy.

“I’d give 10 stars if I could. Sulley was a little shy for the first few walks, but Elysia was very patient with him and now he greets on arrival with excitement. I love the updates from each walk, followed by a picture, it makes me smile whilst at work, knowing he is happy and getting fussed over. This routine I have with Elysia has been a life saver with work commitments and knowing Sulley is happy is everything. Elysia responds promptly, even when she is busy, she still lets me know she has received my message and will respond when she can, even when I make a request at a silly time! Would absolutely recommend!”
“Lily looked after our little playful Nellie for the second time and she has been amazing! She kept us up to date and ensured Nellie was fed and had her fresh water. She is very reliable - she helped us at the very last minute which we appreciate so much. We will be asking Lily to look after our Nellie and future pets again for sure! A star lady!”

“This was Charlie’s first time with my boys. She took the time initially to come and meet my boys and they loved her. She’s so caring and kind I felt happy leaving my boys with her. She communicated well and walked my boys on time and fed them as per their routine. My boys are big dogs and she handles them really well the pictures she sent me says it all. I would definitely use Charlie again to look after my boys!”

“Steven has been great with our dog Ted, taking the time to build trust with a nervous dog. Even when the next walk starts the same way due to Ted being anxious, still calm and patient. Highly recommended.”

About: Hi, I’m Lily! 🐾 I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for pets has always come naturally to me. Growing up, I had two older dogs who have since sadly passed, as well as hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and fish so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I currently have two Yorkshire Terriers of my own, Enzo and Pippa, who are very loved and spoiled members of the family. Through friends, family, neighbours, and regular owners, I’ve looked after 7 dogs overall and still continue to care for 5 of them regularly. My experience includes dog walking, drop-ins, and dog sitting, with my longest stay being a full week caring for a neighbour’s dog. I’ve cared for multiple breeds and personalities, including dogs that require extra attention or accessibility support, so I understand that every dog has different needs and routines. While I don’t have formal qualifications, I do have lots of hands-on experience, patience, and genuine love for animals. Alongside pet care, I work full-time as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, but I’m looking to spend more of my free time doing something I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs! I’m mainly available for walks on my days off, mornings or evenings especially Wednesdays but also depending on my work schedule which I receive a month prior, but I’m also happy to offer drop-ins and overnight stays where possible. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for just like my own. Pet care is already a huge part of my everyday life as I have two Yorkshire Terriers of my own, Enzo and Pippa, who I care for daily. Alongside this, I regularly help care for dogs belonging to friends, family, and neighbours through walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. I work full-time as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, so pet care fits around my work schedule and my days off, especially Wednesdays, when I’m most available for walks and extra time with pets. I’m also happy to offer drop-ins and overnight stays where possible. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy and naturally make time for in my routine. When caring for pets in either my home or a pet owner’s home, I always try to stick as closely as possible to their usual routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and settled. I understand every pet is different, so I always take the time to learn about their needs, personality, feeding schedule, walking routine, and anything else important to their care. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, affection, playtime, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. Whether that’s going on walks, playing with toys, relaxing on the sofa for cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I always want them to feel loved and cared for. I also have experience caring for dogs with different personalities and additional care needs, so I’m patient and understanding with shy, energetic, nervous, or older pets. I’m happy to provide updates and photos too, as I know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy and in good hands.
About: I have had a dog since childhood, which has given me over 30 years of hands, on experience caring for pets. Over the years, I have also helped friends, family, and neighbors with their dogs, taking care of walks, feeding, and giving them the attention they need. I am patient and caring with both energetic puppies and older dogs who may need extra support. I believe every pet has a unique personality, and I always make sure to respect their individual needs and routines. As a stay-at-home mom and therapist, I work mainly from home with occasional online sessions. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your dog throughout the day. I can provide walks, playtime, and lots of attention to make sure your pup feels happy and safe. I live with my husband and two kids (ages 11 and 17), and we are all animal lovers. We have a secure fenced yard both in the front and back of the house, giving dogs plenty of safe space to play and explore. I also have a pug friendly at home who love company, and I can crate your dog if needed for safety or comfort.
“Steph is absolutely brilliant with Juno, our Chocolate Labrador. She was happy to come round and meet us all before taking Juno out properly for the first time, and was really patient as Juno got used to the change in her routine. Steph was also excellent at taking on board our specific instructions, and left detailed comments and photos after every walk. We would definitely recommend Steph, and would be happy to book her again.”

“On first meeting with Zara, Wilbur was very comfortable in her company and has really taken to her calm nature. Zara is unfazed by Wilbur’s excitement around other dogs on walks and I feel confident they will have a great time when Zara house sits Wilbur in a few weeks time. Thank you”

About: I’ve always had a genuine love for animals. I grew up around dogs and have regularly helped friends and family with caring for their pets, including walks, feeding, companionship, and overnight care. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare, and house sitting, and I understand how important it is for pet owners to know their animals are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away. I’m reliable, patient, attentive, and comfortable around both dogs and cats of different personalities and energy levels. I take the time to help pets feel relaxed and comfortable, and I’m very attentive to each pet’s routine, needs, and any instructions provided so they can stay happy and settled in their usual environment. I currently don’t have pets of my own due to previously working full time, which means I can now dedicate my attention and care to the pets I look after. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers calm company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of care, affection, and attention. I’m also happy to provide regular photo and video updates, so you can feel reassured and connected to your pet while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pet! My availability is currently flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare, and house sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I understand how important consistency and reliability are for both pets and owners, and I always aim to be responsive, dependable, and accommodating wherever possible. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s routine and scheduling needs to find what works best for you. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing will always be my priority. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I always take the time to carefully follow any instructions provided regarding feeding, walks, medication, exercise, and home routines. I aim to create a calm, safe, and reassuring environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for, whether in their own home or during walks and visits. I’m attentive, responsible, and respectful of both pets and owners’ homes, and I’m happy to provide regular photo and video updates for extra peace of mind while you’re away.

I love animals and now find myself with plenty of time to look after and take care of other peoples animals too. My own 13 year old Sprocker Spaniel, is very friendly and will make a lovely temporary companion if walked together. I am able to walk them separately if needed.

“Jacob took very good care of my dog Duchess. He was communicative, flexible and sent lots of pictures and updates. He and Duchess seemed like they had a really good time together, and he allowed her to sleep on his bed too, which is always a plus! I will definitely ask him to look after my dog again.”

“Luke was great! My 6 mo old golden retriever had his first sitter experience. Luke was so accommodating, treated him like one of the family and my dog had come home a very happy boy richer for this experience. Great communication. I could relax knowing my dog was in good hands Will definitely be calling on Luke again.”

About: Hi everyone! Myself and my partner Fin moved to Burghfield this year and would LOVE to look after your dogs. We both understand how special dogs are, and it would be an absolute privilege to look after your pup in any way possible! We’ve both grown up around dogs and are very confident and comfortable caring for them. I had a miniature Labradoodle named Tess who was part of my family for over 15 years and she helped shape my love for animals from a young age. We’ve just moved to Burghfield, but we looked after dogs in our flat in Wimbledon and absolutely loved it! We always make sure they feel right at home, and we’re more than happy to head out for walkies - rain or shine!! I work from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however I can be really flexible - so it’s always worth an ask because we will try our best to fit you in! We have a car so can come and pick up your dog, or drop them off. Because we both mainly work from home, we are happy to come and collect your dog, or happy to come to your home and spend some time with them there - whatever is best! We take pet safety and comfort very seriously. We live in a house with a small fenced garden. We’re a short walk from fields, able to drive to the forest, and love taking dogs there for fun, enriching walks. We’ve previously looked after dogs regularly, and we always follow the owner’s routines closely, whether it’s feeding, medications, or cuddle preferences! We have a car for transport and are happy to collect your dog or stay with them in your home if that helps them feel more secure. We really want to provide a calm, loving environment for everyone :)
