I will happily look after any pets that you own, I have a car & so can drive around to different areas to look after pets & take the pets out in the car for walks if needed I currently work full time, so hoping to fit this into my evening weekdays & weekends when im not at work. Anytime before 8am on weekdays or after 5pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends I will be looking after pets in your home & so you will know how safe the area for your pet is. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with several years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I currently have two dogs, including a puppy, which has given me valuable experience with puppy training, routines, socialisation, and the extra patience and consistency that young dogs need. Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for a wide variety of pets through Rover, as well as for friends and family. From tiny Chihuahuas to energetic Staffies, older dogs needing a gentler pace, and households with multiple pets, every booking has helped me build my knowledge and confidence. I’m proud to have received excellent reviews for my reliable, friendly, and caring approach. Sadly, I lost my beloved 16-year-old cat in July 2026, who had been part of my family for many years. That experience has only strengthened my understanding of how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to leave them with someone you can genuinely trust. I’m currently looking for a new full-time career, which means I have much greater flexibility for bookings and can often accommodate daytime care, longer stays, and last-minute requests. Animals genuinely bring me joy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is always to make sure they feel safe, happy, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, giving you complete peace of mind. I work full-time Monday to Friday in Basingstoke and live in Newbury, with occasional days in Reading, so I can cover a wide area for pet care. I’m mainly available for weekend stays and evening visits during the week for feeding, playtime, and cuddles. For weekday stays, I’m out between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (dependant on the location) but your pets will always get plenty of love before and after! I also offer dog walks in the Basingstoke area on weekdays, as that’s where I work (9:30–5:30). I do my best to follow each pet’s routine and keep things as comfortable and consistent as possible! Your pets safety will always be my top priority. At home, my own cat is kept safe with a magnetic tag cat flap that only opens for her, and our garden is fully fenced to prevent any escapes. After discovering gap under the bush where animals could slip through to the neighbours, we quickly secured it with chicken wire - problem solved! I believe in creating a calm and secure environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for. I follow consistent routines, maintain a healthy diet for my own pets, and always use positive reinforcement - praise and the occasional treat - for good behaviour. You can trust that your furry friend will be in a safe and loving space while you are away.

About: I’ve lived with dogs and other animals my entire life, so I am very much an animal lover at heart. I love big and small breeds so would be happy to look after any and I will carefully abide by any requirements you have (medicine, feeding times, walking times and lengths of walks,etc.) I have also cared for dogs with difficulties and am happy to help with this too. I have previous work experience as a leading kennel hand, however I prefer the care given to pets when cared for by a trusted pet sitter hence why I now offer these services myself. I am used to caring for plenty of my own pets on a day to day basis and am home focusing on art majority of the time, so love to have the company of a furry friend and make sure they have a fabulous time too! I also have a family member (also fellow animal lover) in the household who is working from home so it is very easy for us to give our full attention and care to any animals. This means I am also available nights/evenings to house sit with pets. We have a fenced in garden so it’s all safe and plenty of local areas to walk, wether your dog prefers little streams or open fields and wooded areas! Dogs are also allowed anywhere in the house so they feel more comfortable and will hardly ever be left alone, if they even are.

About: A dog loving hooman who just can't get enough of the little rascals. A dog photographer recently moved from Anglesey to Berkshire with experience in owning my own dogs from Mastiffs to Doberman, and mostly rescues. Some absolute terrors in need of full time affection and training. I enjoy looking after dogs and learning about the personalities of each breed. I have gone through extensive (and very expensive) dog behaviousral training for previous rescue dogs over the years and spend a lot of time leanring about training techniques through well known online trainers. I find the different techniques interesting from trainer to trainer and enjoy training dogs as directed by owners. I'm happy walking an absolute nightmare large breed (ahem Doberman) to doing tricks with a well trained Collie off the lead. Always following the rules set by the owner. I have three dog loving children, age 5-11, who all want a dog, so also enjoy the walks, training and cuddles offered. They are well versed in approaching dogs carefully and not overcrowding etc. If you need a good friendly, safe location for you dog then give me a shout. We also have a fantastic woodland at the rear of the house, perfect for short or long walks without needing to drive to a dog park. Also have a good sized garden with 6ft fence perimeter set on a private housing estate. I am a photographer and due to recently moving to the area, don;t have too much of a busy schedule. I also work from home most of the time. So, I am generally at home Mon-Fri. As mentioned, I have a fab walking area nearby, a good sized garden, and I can follow guidelines set by the owner. Crating, leaving alone, short walks/long walks, whatever you require.

About: I have had my own dog for 11 years, he’s now an elderly gentleman! As a household we love animals and look forward to looking after your pets, I will be looking after them as their primary carer. . I have also had cats for 15 years, currently just one beauty. I’m here to look after your furry guests and help them settle in. I always do two good walks a day with our own dog or a trip to the park. On top of this we do two toilet breaks if needed. As the garden is not currently secure, I don’t use this for dogs. Dogs sleep in the kitchen which has rubber flooring at the moment, no caging unless requested. Our dog is older so can be a bit lazy and needs his rest, we have plenty of room for dogs to have their own space if needed, but he generally likes company. I am a cat lover and happy to provide drop in cat care, feeding, litter and cuddles.

I shower all dogs with love and cuddles and will care for them in the way you would like me to! I will shower your dog with the love, fun and cuddles they need! On my work-from-home days, I’m able to fit in walks or drop-in visits and can also provide company during the day. Outside of work, I’m generally available in the evenings and at weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and fit in walks, visits or longer stays depending on what you need. My schedule means I can offer a good mix of weekday and weekend availability while still keeping pet care manageable alongside my usual routine. I want pets to feel comfortable and settled, whether they’re staying with me or I’m looking after them in their own home. I’d always take the time to understand their usual routine, personality and any specific instructions from their owner before looking after them. In my home, I’d make sure they have a calm, safe space and would keep an eye on them throughout their stay. I’d also follow any rules around food, walks, sleeping arrangements or anything else they’re used to. For walks and drop-ins, I’d be mindful of their surroundings and make sure they’re safe and supervised at all times. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big responsibility. I’d treat every animal with patience and care, and I’m happy to keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know how their pet is doing while they’re away.

About: I have had dogs throughout my whole life and have walked many of my friends of families dogs consistently throughout the past 3 years. I have had experience walking a small group of dogs daily for a more than a few months, have walked dogs solo including bigger breeds. I have taken dogs solo and in a group to dog parks for extra exercise. I have also owned cats for 7 years and am experienced with their behaviour and know how to acknowledge their needs and give them the appropriate attention. I’m currently working part time on a 6 hour contract in retail, I’m looking to make a little extra money to be able to get by after finishing college this year and this is a perfect opportunity for me. I own a cat and dog sit my sister’s dog regularly while she is at work. My cat gets all the attention in the world, he is an active cat and likes to be left alone sometimes, owning a cat like this made me aware of the signs that a cat needs space. I have walked my sister’s dog many times over 2 years, she can be unhappy around other dogs sometimes so I know how to deal with a dog that is stressed. I provide a safe and enjoyable environment for any animal I encounter.
