About: James and Toni have both had family dogs throughout our lives. James has a 14 year old black lab at his parents who we look after and miss not being around every day! James is self employed so can fit his schedule around the dogs. Early start so is home in the afternoons. Toni works from home 2 days a week which is flexible. We have an open plan downstairs with lots of space, and a stair gate to keep the dogs downstairs. We have an enclosed garden with space to explore.

About: I live in Basingstoke with my family and have been in the UK since 2003, having grown up in South Africa. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t imagine a home without pets in it. I share my home with one awesome little Jack Russell who is truly the centre of my heart and my family’s world. About: Hi my name is Anna :) I simply adore all animals and do believe a home is not a home without one. I cant think of anything better than to be curled up on a sofa with a doggy by my side. In the last few years I have had 4 Mini Schnauzers one of which was a rescue from Battersea (Missy) She came to me a scared nervous dog who had never even seen grass or been on a lead and struggled being in the same room. She eventually after a little time blossomed into the sweetest poppet and lost her fears and lived the life she so truly deserved. I can honestly say it was the most rewarding thing I have ever done. About: My wife Livia and I have had dogs for our whole life, ever since we were kids. I am always any new dogs best friend and Livia understands them to such a deep level. We both love dogs and treat them as a member of the family. Our old dog Bailey (11) is also co-parent to our two kids (8 and 5) and they have grown up with a love for animals. Together we all love going on adventures! We feel absolutely confident we can help look after your furry friends. Honestly, we would want your dog to have a nice time with us and help you feel that they are being looked after as they should be. We both work part time from home so there is always someone in the house and around. The kids will be in school during school times so around most of the time. We already have our dog so we don't go on long trips without him and wouldn't anyway when looking after other animals. In our home, it would very much depend on what your dog(s) need. We are pretty adaptable and can move things around to suit. We have a routine of sorts with our dog Bailey around feeding and walking but some things are more flexible. Our house has some green areas around as I like to get some off lead time with Bailey when we go on walks - this can all be discussed. Bailey has his bed and you can obviously bring your dogs bed. The bed is somewhere that a dog can go if they want peace and quiet which will be respected. Obviously there are a million and other things that you may want to know! I am very happy for any questions.

Freya helped to look after my pug, Prince, while I was working, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the start, she was reliable, friendly, and clearly cared deeply about Prince’s wellbeing. She spent quality time with him, took him on walks, and treated him as if he were her own. It was so reassuring knowing he was in such caring hands, and he always seemed happy and relaxed after spending time with her. As a lovely finishing touch, Freya even left Prince a little gift when our booking ended, which was incredibly thoughtful and showed just how much she cares about the pets she looks after. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Freya again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable sitter or walker.
We had a great experience with Krizsta looking after our little female cat. She was very attentive and punctual, ensuring our cat builds a bond with her beforehand, making sure she had everything she needed and even going an extra mile by asking us to let her know if the cat needed anything else. When we came back from our holiday, our cat seemed very happy and well looked after, so we would definitely book her again.

Charlotte was great. She came to meet Stella the day before I booked a drop in visit and Stella took to her immediately. It was a really hot day so Charlotte played with Stella in the garden then brought her in to cool down before she left. Came home to a happy dog.
First time getting someone to look after our cats and was a bit of a last minute booking so very appreciative of Megan for helping us out. She came over and we talked through all of their needs a few days before which was very reassuring. Highly recommend using Esme for drop ins, my springer spaniel is super nervous of anyone new coming to the house but having had a meet and greet a week before the drop in, she was fine. Esme played with both my dogs in the garden, kept me updated and even sent a couple of photos. Communication was excellent.
Xiaomara looked after our 2 rather shy cats whilst we were away for a week. She popped round before hand so we could meet up and have a chat about the cat's needs and i was instantly reassured that she would be kind, diligent and responsible. Xiaomara sent regular updates, including pictures of the cats ,which really set pur minds at ease that they were happy and being well looked after. I would most definitely recommend her and will be booking her again when we next go away.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
