4. Charlotte L.
“I used Charlotte's dog walking services for a couple of years before relocating. I was recommended Charlotte by a friend and found her to be, friendly and accommodating. Charlotte was able to work around my busy schedule and could often be called upon to look after my dogs at short notice if I had to be away. My dogs loved spending time with her, and she seemed to quickly build a relationship with them. I would definitely recommend Charlotte to other dog owners.”

5. Ella E.

7. Rachael W.
About: I have spent a number of years assisting my live in landlords with walking their dogs and general maintenance (elderly staffies, and young Greek foster rescues), and have also lived in a house of 4 cats where I have had much the same role of assisting in their day to day care of feeding and looking after the animals (including kittens) whilst the owners were away. I, myself have owned parrots, including an Alexandrine, cockatiel, and many budgies over the last 15 years and very much enjoy an animal in my home, and I find this a very special bond to have and build. I have brought them up from young weened birds, trained them through to their life end. Regular vet visits, and always insured to ensure their best care is afforded. My care is not limited to dogs, cats and birds, I have previously also owned rabbits, hamsters etc., so please ask in advance if you have any other pets to look after! I live in Basingstoke, but work full time / hybrid in Bracknell 2/3 days a week. This is always pretty flexible. Whilst I am on my WFH days I can offer more frequent services. I am an ex-Special Constable of 6 years so believe I am a trustworthy person. I now volunteer for the St John’s Ambulance, so I can also work well in a crisis should one ever occur. I can conduct whatever manner of care you require, from feeding in your home, to walks and toilet breaks. Please let me know what you require, and we can discuss and you can give me notes/I can take notes if anything is more specific so nothing is missed, and you can come home to a happy healthy pet!

8. Xiomara V.
“Xiomara is a dedicated individual who loves animals, she is kind hearted and responsible and respectful to all things big and small. She thrives off of schedule and the outdoors and will ensure your pet is comfy and happy at all times. She is extremely safe and cautious too.”

9. Abi U.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own—one is 7 and the other is 4—so I truly understand how much love, patience, and attention they need. I regularly dog-sit for family and friends, caring for a variety of breeds, temperaments, and ages. Whether it’s long walks, feeding routines, playtime, or just some comforting company, I treat every pet like part of my own family. I’m confident in handling both energetic puppies and older dogs with more specific needs. I have just left the corporate world and am at home with my 9 month old. But I have help around me so don’t have her full time, it frees me up to have pups over to play with my two cockapoos and do pop ins for walks or food and toilet breaks. I have a large house and garden which is completely secure. I do have two cockapoos that are very happy with other dogs. Any animal that is in our home is treated like one of the babies! They have free rein of the furniture, house, garden and lots of cuddles.

10. Erin R.
“Erin looked after my two dogs for a weekend, and she was fantastic. She was really caring and was happy to accommodate for any needs the dogs had, such as walking on/off leads etc. She took the dogs out for lovely walks and I felt very comfortable Erin being with the dogs whilst I was away. She stayed at my house, and it was spotless when I got home. I was incredibly pleased! Would highly recommend Erin to dog/house sit.”

11. Nicole M.
About: Hey! I’m Nicole, and I moved to Basingstoke with my husband and our Labrador, Luna, in 2024! I’ve grown up with rescue dogs, and have now had Luna for four years. I often take care of friends and families’ dogs - walking, overnight stays and drop-in visits. I have cared for dogs from puppies through to seniors and love all types of dogs! I work mainly from home, and have some flexibility in my working hours, meaning I am available for morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week, as well as having some availability at the weekends. I am very happy to chat about your specific requirements! Luna is six years old, so I am very used to going on lots of walks and keeping her entertained! Luna can join us on walks, or I would be happy to walk your dog alone if preferred! I am also more than happy to take pictures and send you updates, as well as arrange a meet and greet beforehand.

12. Lucy B.

“Thanks Lucy for visiting Chewie today, sorry the door was so stiff and about the rain !”

13. Shannel F.
“Shannel is a huge animal lover and will provide a massive amount of love and care to each and every animal she has the pleasure of being in contact with! Your pet will be in great hands with Shannel! She has a spaniel of her own at home and he is extremely well trained and is spoilt with love and attention.”

14. Caitlin B.
“I highly recommend Caitlin as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She has been training and caring for her 8-month-old Labrador puppy, and she is the most well-behaved and affectionate dog I have ever met. Caitlin is clearly passionate about animals, and she takes her role as a pet caregiver very seriously. She is knowledgeable about animal behavior and training, and she is always patient and understanding with her furry friends. I have seen firsthand how Caitlin interacts with her own dog, and I am confident that she would provide the same high level of care and attention to any pet in her charge. She is reliable, punctual, and communicative, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure that her pets are happy and healthy. I would not hesitate to entrust my own pet to Caitlin, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver.”
15. Emily G.
“Emily has looked after both my dogs when I’ve needed, sometimes at short notice. She has been reliable and kept me up to date with what they’re doing and sent photos of their dog walks in the lovely woods where she lives. Emily was great at keeping to my training schedule for my puppy and has a really gentle approach with my anxious rescue girl. Emily’s own little girl is great with her too and I never have any reservations with her walking my dogs and know they’re treated like her own while in her care.”

16. Laura K.

“Laura was great with Luna, I came home to happy cat that was obviously well taken care of. Laura provided pictures and updates every day and was very attentive to Luna’s behaviour and notified me of any changes.”

17. Anna S.
“Great with animals in general, as i know for sure she had cats and dogs and they were loved and looked after. Definitely recommend 😀”

18. Anna A.
“Anna is great with our dog! I always feel comfortable leaving Wrecker with her and he loves visiting too. Thanks for all the photo updates when he is with you!”

19. Rebecca R.
“Rebecca loves to be around animals of all kinds, and enjoys spending quality time with them. She loves to give lots of love and fuss to pets, and makes sure they are well looked after. Rebecca caring for our pets helped ease our mind, knowing they were with someone who loved and cared for them just as much as we do. She loves to snap pictures of them and keeps us to up to date on their adventures, which we love to see on our trips. Rebecca always makes sure to check with us regarding the updates on our pets diet, and always keeps them safe and protected.”

20. Ekaterina Z.

“Katie was absolutely brilliant with our cat Charlie. We were initially nervous, having never had a cat sitter we didn’t know before, but we hadn’t needed to be. We couldn’t believe how quickly our ‘nervous, little rescue cat’ warmed to her - by a few days in he was laying on his back while she tickled his belly! She also did a great job of looking after the house and kept us updated throughout. I think the cat was actually disappointed when we came home! We’d recommend Katie to anyone (especially those with anxious cats) and will definitely be using her again!”
