About: I live in Basingstoke with my family and have been in the UK since 2003, having grown up in South Africa. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t imagine a home without pets in it. I share my home with one awesome little Jack Russell who is truly the centre of my heart and my family’s world. Growing up with pets has taught me how important they are as family members, not “just animals,” and I understand the love, patience, and care they deserve. I’m fortunate to work from home, which means I’m always around for my children and our fur baby. This also allows me to offer reliable, attentive care for other people’s precious companions. I have the time, availability, and genuine passion to help give pets the care, comfort, and attention they need while their owners are away. I work flexible hours from home and do the daily school run, but outside of that I’m available for pop-in visits, walks, daycare (at my home or yours), and overnight boarding — both during the week and at weekends. Pets in my care are treated as part of the family and looked after in a calm, safe, and loving environment. I live in a family home with children who are kind, gentle, and used to being around animals, as well as our friendly 1-year-old Jack Russell, who is well socialised and loves having company. All interactions are always supervised to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. In my home, pets are never left alone for long periods and their routines are kept as close as possible to what they’re used to, including feeding times, walks, play, and rest. My home is clean, secure, and pet-safe, with plenty of space for relaxation and play. I carefully consider each booking to ensure it’s a good fit for a home environment and introduce pets slowly and thoughtfully. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I’m respectful, reliable, and follow all instructions closely to maintain consistency and trust. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone else, so I treat every animal as if they were my own and provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs and cats, and over the years I’ve built a strong foundation of hands-on experience and knowledge in animal care. I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and I’m also a dog handler in the military reserves, which has given me a high level of discipline, responsibility, and confidence working with dogs of all temperaments. I have my own German Shepherd, so I naturally have a soft spot for larger, high-energy breeds and understand the level of exercise, structure, and stimulation they need. I’m very passionate about animal welfare and always provide a safe, enriching, and positive experience for every pet in my care. Alongside this, I have a strong understanding of dog behaviour and experience in training dogs to a high standard. I aim to reinforce good habits on every walk, from lead manners to calm social interactions - helping make life easier and more enjoyable for both dogs and their owners. As well as furry companions, I’m also experienced in exotic pet care. I have 8 reptiles of my own, so I’m very confident handling and caring for a variety of species, making me a great option for multi-pet households. I am a full-time dog walker/pet sitter so have all the time in the world for your fluffy friends! I do however attend one weekend a month for my military dog handler role but I'm sure I'll be able to fit you in around that! I offer in-home pet care through house sitting, so your pets can stay happy and relaxed in the comfort of their own space. I really value creating a calm, safe environment and I treat your home with the same care and respect as I would my own. I naturally like to keep things clean and organised, so helping out with household tasks is never a problem. I always like to go the extra mile, I always aim to go the extra mile, so you can return to a home that feels just as clean - if not cleaner than you left it, with your pets happy, settled, and well cared for.
About: Greetings, pet parents! My passion for animals is matched only by my proven patience with nervous dogs. For almost 8 years, my own beloved, often anxious canine companion has been my greatest teacher, showing me just how much a gentle approach can transform their well-being. I also had two wonderful cats as family members for about 13 years, which truly deepened my appreciation for their unique personalities and needs. My career as a freelance prop maker provides me with a highly flexible and mobile schedule, which is a real advantage when it comes to pet sitting and dog walking. This availability means I can usually be there for your furry friend whenever they need me. Im available daily after 2pm for walkies. Check-in visit available daily. Boarding is also availabe. Fenced yard available. I also have a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. Walkies will be on leash ALL the time. Daily photo update available upon request.
About: I’ve grown up with all sorts of pets from dogs to mice. Dogs are my favourite but I love all animals and have looked after family cats whilst they’ve been away. I work from home during the week so can be flexible and I also have availability at the weekends or in the evenings as well. Happy to follow any instructions, big or small, to offer owners peace of mind that your pets will be well looked after in your absence.
About: Hi my name is Anna :) I simply adore all animals and do believe a home is not a home without one. I cant think of anything better than to be curled up on a sofa with a doggy by my side. Having recently lost my Mini Schnauzer Mutley earlier on this year I now feel ready to put all my love and care into something as rewarding as this. In the last few years I have had 4 Mini Schnauzers one of which was a rescue from Battersea (Missy) She came to me a scared nervous dog who had never even seen grass or been on a lead and struggled being in the same room. She eventually after a little time blossomed into the sweetest poppet and lost her fears and lived the life she so truly deserved. I can honestly say it was the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I dearly love all animals and want you to know they would receive the best care ❤️ in my company. A truly pampered pooch ! X I am currently at home so able to give full commitment to your pet. I have a completely fenced off back garden in a fairly quiet area. I have a fenced off back garden in a reasonably quiet area. My home is their home and I would allow them everywhere in the house.

I always treat pets like part of the family and love building trust with them. Your pup will be safe, loved, and happy with me! I currently work 2 hours a day in the evenings , so I have lots of flexibility and time to care for your pets! I’m available most weekdays and I can also do weekends and evenings. I love spending time outdoors with dogs and giving them the attention they deserve. I have a large, secure garden where dogs can safely run, sniff and explore daily. I also have 1 very friendly golden retriever who loves company. Your pet will be cared for with love and attention in a calm, safe environment. I can follow any special instructions you provide and crate your dog if needed.
“Freya was wonderful with my cats, and took time to play with them, even leaving a farewell gift for them. She kept me updated with messages and photos to put my mind at rest. I would definitely recommend her”

About: I've kept pets all my life and I adore them, inc Cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, tropical fish. I enjoy the company of animals and taking walks with my seven year old dog Charlie. About: A little about me 🐾 I’m basically the go to pet sitter for friends and family, although I don’t have any pets of my own at the moment, I’m usually looking after everyone else’s! Whether they come and stay with me or I stay at theirs, I absolutely love having animals around. I treat every pet like they’re my own - lots of walks, adventures, playtime, cuddles and of course…plenty of treats 🐶🐱 I love taking dogs out on fun days, finding new places to explore and making sure they’re having just as good a time as their humans are. I’m also more than happy with a cosy night in and some four-legged company. Basically, your pet will be thoroughly spoilt, very well loved and probably wonder why you’ve come back so soon! 💜 I’m currently working as a freelancer, so I work from home and have lots of flexibility with my time. This means I can easily fit pet care around my day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I actually love having a reason to step away from my laptop for a walk, so it works perfectly for both me and the pet! I’m happy to adapt my routine around their usual walks, feeding times and needs. I’m happy to either have pets stay at my home or look after them in their own home, depending on what works best for them. At my home, I have a fully fenced garden, big comfy sofas and plenty of space for them to relax and feel at home. I’ll keep to their normal routine as much as possible, with lots of walks, playtime, attention and, of course, cuddles! If I’m staying at a pet owner’s home, I’ll make sure their pet is comfortable and cared for in their familiar surroundings, while sticking to their usual routine and any specific instructions you leave me.
“Anna was amazing! They sent wonderful daily updates and photos. They followed all feeding and litter box instructions, showed up on time, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned home. Would thoroughly recommend and plan to book again for our next trip away”

Cat owners share their Rover experiences - Deane
Anna was amazing! They sent wonderful daily updates and photos. They followed all feeding and litter box instructions, showed up on time, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned home. Would thoroughly recommend and plan to book again for our next trip away

Laura was great. She came round to meet us and the cat, the cat had a prior engagement and was no where to be seen! Laura let us know each time she dropped in while we were away, due to the cat's very busy social schedule, Laura couldn't get a picture. Would definitely book with Laura again.
Chantelle is absolutely amazing. She looked after my 3 cats and 4 guinea pigs. She handled all their feeding, litter cleaning, and medications. I was especially grateful for how she managed the guinea pigs during the heatwave, constantly changing ice packs and managing fans to keep them cool, alongside keeping up with the daily poo picking. Plus, the daily photos she sent were so good, better than any I’ve ever taken of them 😂 I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter.

First time getting someone to look after our cats and was a bit of a last minute booking so very appreciative of Megan for helping us out. She came over and we talked through all of their needs a few days before which was very reassuring. Got some lovely pictures sent through whilst she was with our boys and you could tell they both had a great time with her! Thanks again Megan, will definitely be booking you again when needed! 😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
