About: Hi, my name is Taeya, I’m a recent graduate in ecology and wildlife conservation. I have always loved and cared for animals, whether they are pets or wild ones. Having family pets has meant I have developed a great attention for what our furry friends need for a happy and healthy life. I have lived in the countryside most of my life, and I love spending time outdoors, on walks and explorations. Previous jobs, such as dog/cat/house sitting, early years education, and caring for older adults, have enabled me to develop excellent communication skills and an ease in dealing with messes and cleaning. I can be adaptable to all family needs, being a fast learner, I can quickly pick up skills or practices. Working with animals is always a joy, understanding the wonderful and different characters of all pets. I can provide private work references on request. I only take one job at a time with sitting so that my attention is undivided. Especially for pets that have a limited time that they may be left alone. My approach is always pet centered, adjusting my schedule to the jobs I accept. For example, working from home if I have remote work to be done the same week. I am a recent graduate and my schedule is currently very flexible and ever-changing. I have a good size fenced garden in the countryside, with 2 small and friendly dogs that are good company. Walks in the area can span from 30 minutes to 4 hours and more. There is also a dog walking park near where I live so that’s a great place to go if dogs need some time off the lead but also in a safe environment.

As a university student with a part-time zero-hour contract, my schedule offers a good level of flexibility. My availability can vary week to week, but I’ll always be clear and communicative about this and only accept bookings I can fully commit to. About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, caring for a wide range of breeds, from Labradors and German Shepherds to Mastiffs, Dogue de Bordeaux, and Staffie crosses. I have owned both male and female dogs and have experience managing multiple dogs at once, including caring for three female dogs together, balancing their individual needs, routines, and personalities while ensuring a calm and structured environment. I currently have a male French Bulldog puppy, Bugs, with my partner. Together, we have enjoyed plenty of adventures such as beaches, woodlands, and botanical gardens, while also focusing on training, including basic commands, potty training, and crate training. I am more than happy to support your dog or puppy with training routines to keep things consistent. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including small breeds, puppies, senior dogs, and large breeds over 50kg. Because of this, I am confident in reading dog behaviour and body language, allowing me to tailor care to each dog’s personality and comfort level. I always prioritise a stress free environment and can choose quieter walking routes if your dog prefers to avoid social interactions. I also have experience administering medication, including caring for my own dog during gastroenteritis, so I am comfortable supporting dogs with additional care needs. I have access to my own car, which allows me to be flexible for transport, emergencies, or last minute bookings when available. Please let me know about your dog’s temperament, any reactivity to other dogs, or any special requirements during booking. I am happy to accommodate and ensure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for at all times. I currently work part time, usually Mondays and Tuesdays, which gives me flexibility throughout the rest of the week. I am available for walks and drop ins around five days a week and can often accommodate different times. I always aim to be as flexible as possible, so please feel free to message me to discuss your needs and I will do my best to accomodate this (can possibly swap days at work if I am able to). Your pets safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large garden that is fenced at the back and sides, and I always supervise dogs closely when outside. I currently have a young puppy at home, so I am very mindful of creating a calm and controlled environment, with careful introductions depending on your pets temperament. I am experienced in reading pet behaviour and will always ensure your pet feels safe and at ease. For dogs: I can provide crate support if needed and will follow your dog’s routine closely to keep them relaxed and well cared for.

About: I began my experience with animals when working in my local pet shop for two years. My mother also used to own a dog walking business in which I helped her with. I’m back from university this summer and am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! I love all pets and enjoy spending time with them. I will suit the needs for all your animals including the needy pups and the independent cats! I am happy to be around your animals as much as they need.
