“Fantastic service from Georgia-Mary who looked after my 4 month old puppy for three hours. This is the first time I've used Rover. Georgia-Mary was quick to reply to messages and lovely in person. I had no worries leaving Georgia-Mary with my puppy, who took to her straight away and was super happy and relaxed when I returned. I'd definitely recommend Georgia-Mary and will be booking her again 😊”

“Couldn’t recommend more ! If I could put 6 stars I would. Ella instantly made my dogs feel safe and calm making the time I spent away from them stress free and enjoyable. Thankyou Ella xx”

“Elizabeth was wonderful with Bear. She was so easy to communicate with and kept me updated, which meant a lot. Knowing he was being cared for so well made the whole experience stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Jasmine watched our two kitties for a week and did an amazing job, as we received daily updates with photos. I was so relieved to see they really liked and trusted her, as one of them is quite scared and usually doesn't come out for strangers. I could tell she did some cleaning, as well, which was greatly appreciated.”

“Bethany was a perfect dog sitter, understanding and acting on a complicated and changing set of requests. Sybil was very happy with her and was given all the attention and care she needed.”

“Will clearly has a passion for animals, our boy Neil could not have been in better care for our time away. Will went above and beyond, he provided us daily updates, did a few extra visits for us and we could tell he genuinely cared about Neil. I would thoroughly recommend Will to everyone, Neil loved spending time with him!”

“Excellent care and attention was paid to my 3 diverse cats. Cannot fault Alexandra B,s communication to me on their interaction with her. Would opt for her at any point in the future. 👍”

“Darcy was the best sitter I could have asked for. She came twice a day and took amazing care of my two fur babies. She sent me pictures and updates regularly and when I arrived home my cats were happy and well fed. I Definitely recommend her ”

About: -20 years + dog experience. -First Aid & CPR trained -Dog Nutrition diploma - Practical advice -Limited dogs at a time -Love and work with all dog breeds. -Frequent updates of tail wags and routines -Owned and have a huge passion for German Shephards. Worked with litters and managed a pack. -Always cared for friends and family members dogs. -Worked with rescue dogs and large german shephard litters. -Aware of larger dog breed care and enjoy the element of companionship that comes through training and discipline. -often found myself enjoying very rewarding experiences from farm environments with large german shephard groups to smaller breeds. All come with their own quirks, challenges and characteristics. I heartbreakingy had to nurse my German Shephard of 5 years with severe IBD and AID. I fully understand the importance of optimising animal nutrition and their longevity. I currently spend most of my time dog walking, caring for dogs and studying PT and nutrition. I have a passion and love for all dogs however i have a soft spot for the larger breeds :) I combine the 2 passions well to ensure the most appropriate care and well being is being considered when it comes to animal welfare. I adore German shephards and spent a decade enjoying time working with my own and a pack. I am independent and enjoy traveling and supporting/ providing animal care where i can. I understand the value of our animals. I study personal training and nutrition along side dog care. I am a huge advocate for health and well being. I am qualified in animak nutrition and animal first aid + CPR. Please check my calender for my availability and i look forward to hearing from you! I will fully respect and lay down the same aligned rules the owner has stated. I work around the animals needs and will dedicate study time inbetween walks and play.

“Our first time of using ‘Harry’ for an afternoon of care for our two dogs (Beagle and Lab) and we are extremely happy with how things went! Harry is very personable, clearly loves animals and kept in good contact with us throughout the afternoon - we returned to two very relaxed and well cared for pets! We would definitely recommend!”

“Highly recommend using Esme for drop ins, my springer spaniel is super nervous of anyone new coming to the house but having had a meet and greet a week before the drop in, she was fine. Esme played with both my dogs in the garden, kept me updated and even sent a couple of photos. Communication was excellent.”

About: I have a cocker spaniel who is 9 years old and a rescue puppy with spina bifida. I volunteer at the RSPCA doing dog socialising & walking and small animal socialising. I also do animal photography, so you may get some pics of your doggies! I am studying animal management, in which we cover animal welfare and care in depth. At the moment during summer I volunteer twice a week at the RSPCA. I will follow your pets dietary requirements as well as any other requirements. I will make sure the pet is eating and healthy, and make sure they are safe.
About: I have had pets since I was a toddler so I have plenty of experience looking after dogs, cats and much more! I adore animals and tend to get on well with them. Whether you want a drop-in visit, a walk or more, I am happy to help! I am currently on uni holidays so my days are pretty free! In general, I am happy to help in any way with prior notice :) I have a small fenced garden with lots of greenery, I also have a dog and cat at home. In addition, I have lots of long walks nearby!
“Jacqueline has been amazing looking after my cats on multiple occasions. She goes over and above what is expected & I know I am coming back to a house that’s in order & happy cats when we use her 😊 communication is really efficient as well. Would highly recommend! We will be using again next time we go away without a doubt.”
About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, caring for a wide range of breeds, from Labradors and German Shepherds to Mastiffs, Dogue de Bordeaux, and Staffie crosses. I have owned both male and female dogs and have experience managing multiple dogs at once, including caring for three female dogs together, balancing their individual needs, routines, and personalities while ensuring a calm and structured environment. I currently have a male French Bulldog puppy, Bugs, with my partner. Together, we have enjoyed plenty of adventures such as beaches, woodlands, and botanical gardens, while also focusing on training, including basic commands, potty training, and crate training. I am more than happy to support your dog or puppy with training routines to keep things consistent. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including small breeds, puppies, senior dogs, and large breeds over 50kg. Because of this, I am confident in reading dog behaviour and body language, allowing me to tailor care to each dog’s personality and comfort level. I always prioritise a stress free environment and can choose quieter walking routes if your dog prefers to avoid social interactions. I also have experience administering medication, including caring for my own dog during gastroenteritis, so I am comfortable supporting dogs with additional care needs. I have access to my own car, which allows me to be flexible for transport, emergencies, or last minute bookings when available. Please let me know about your dog’s temperament, any reactivity to other dogs, or any special requirements during booking. I am happy to accommodate and ensure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for at all times. I currently work part time, usually Mondays and Tuesdays, which gives me flexibility throughout the rest of the week. I am available for walks and drop ins around five days a week and can often accommodate different times. I always aim to be as flexible as possible, so please feel free to message me to discuss your needs and I will do my best to accomodate this (can possibly swap days at work if I am able to). Your pets safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large garden that is fenced at the back and sides, and I always supervise dogs closely when outside. I currently have a young puppy at home, so I am very mindful of creating a calm and controlled environment, with careful introductions depending on your pets temperament. I am experienced in reading pet behaviour and will always ensure your pet feels safe and at ease. For dogs: I can provide crate support if needed and will follow your dog’s routine closely to keep them relaxed and well cared for.
About: Hi, my name is Taeya, I am a student of ecology and wildlife conservation at the University of Reading. I have always loved and cared for animals, whether they are pets or wild ones. Having family pets has meant I have developed a great attention for what our furry friends need for a happy and healthy life. I have lived in the countryside most of my life, and I love spending time outdoors, on walks and explorations. Previous jobs, such as dog/cat/house sitting, early years education, and caring for older adults, have enabled me to develop excellent communication skills and an ease in dealing with messes and cleaning. I can be adaptable to all family needs, being a fast learner, I can quickly pick up skills or practices. Working with animals is always a joy, understanding the wonderful and different characters of all pets. I can provide private work references on request. I am a final year university student living at home with my family. I commute to and from Reading a few days a week in term time and study remotely otherwise. My schedule is very flexible and ever-changing. I have a good size fenced garden in the countryside, with 2 small and friendly dogs that are good company. Walks in the area can span from 30 minutes to 4 hours and more. There is also a dog walking park near where I live so that’s a great place to go if dogs need some time off the lead but also in a safe environment.
About: I began my experience with animals when working in my local pet shop for two years. My mother also used to own a dog walking business in which I helped her with. I’m back from university this summer and am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! I love all pets and enjoy spending time with them. I will suit the needs for all your animals including the needy pups and the independent cats! I am happy to be around your animals as much as they need.
