About: I have loved dogs and animals all my life and have many years of hands-on experience caring for and training dogs. I grew up with a Border Collie and had my beautiful Golden Retriever for 14 years. I now have Hudson, my two-year-old chocolate Labrador, who I trained from a puppy. I understand that every dog has their own personality, needs and routine, and I take the time to make them feel safe, happy and settled. I am patient, caring and responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether that’s walking, playing, cuddling or simply keeping them company. New to Rover, but certainly not new to dogs. 🐶 I work a mix of home and office-based hours, giving me good flexibility for pet care. My day starts with an early 5.30am walk, and I usually spend only a couple of hours in the office before working from home. I am home with Hudson for most of the day and we have another walk every evening, usually covering 4–5 miles a day. I can offer boarding and walks depending on your dog’s needs and my availability. I have a secure, fully fenced garden and a safe, comfortable home where dogs can relax and feel at ease. I have plenty of space and can use separate rooms if dogs need their own space or time to settle. About: Before I moved onto public apps, I have had a lot of experience with looking after pets whether it's my own or a family members or a friend's. I've looked after my aunt's dog for long weekends staying over at her house, walking twice a day and playing in the garden. I've spent a couple of weeks travelling to a friend's house to look after and walk their dog for the afternoon whilst they are at work. Molly is a high maintenance cockerpoo and it's always a fun time with her. We go for hour long walks or adapt accordingly by playing inside whilst the weather has been too hot to take her out during the day. Our family own a rescued Saluki who has behavior issues and I am sometimes left with him on my own. I have easily picked up on how to look after him properly and give him the love, care and attention he needs. I currently have a part-time job every Sunday between 10 and 4. Throughout the week, I only have one evening commitment which is my volunteering for my local Brownie unit. Most of my weekdays are flexible and easy to work with. Due to my family's situation with our dogs behavioural issues, I am unfortunately unable to provide services at my own home. However, when I travel to other homes to care for pets, I always make sure we spend time playing together either inside or outside, feed and go for a walks. I am happy to administer medication orally and if a vet is required I can drive them to your vet. Please leave full details of your vet and any insurance plan you have. Dogs with separation anxiety need a lot of extra care and attention and I can talk with you at a meeting beforehand to discuss the best ways to calm your dog so they are at ease in their own home with someone they don't know. For your dog's safety, I always do leads on a walk.
About: Both my partner and I have owned and cared for dogs and cats since we were kids. Always dog sit for family and friends. Go for frequent walks in the countryside and have our own vehicle to transport dogs to and from walks with business insurance. I bathe and feed my mother’s dogs regularly and walk them with my partner around the fields of our home. I work full time mostly from home with the occasional in person meeting and off on weekends so am free around these times for anything needed. I am not normally gone for more than 4 hours however if it is longer my partner also sometimes works from home so with enough notice he can be there If your dog is house trained I can care for them at my home however I can also care for your loved pets in their own home and am able to collect from their home and take them for walks or drop in to feed and play with them for a few hours where needed. I am also able to stay overnight if required.

About: I began my experience with animals when working in my local pet shop for two years. My mother also used to own a dog walking business in which I helped her with. I’m back from university this summer and am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! I love all pets and enjoy spending time with them. About: I’ve taken care of over 30 cats and 5 dogs back home, getting to know each of their personalities, routines and little quirks. I’m comfortable with feeding, playing, keeping them company and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away.
