About: I have looked after many breeds of dogs from jack Russel size to a 32kg energetic labradoodle. I have my own 18 month old cockapoo, and have also attended puppy school with him. The labradoodle I look after requires daily medication, and can be reactive towards certain dogs. I have known him since he was a puppy and love taking him out for walks and playtime. I am currently on maternity leave. So available most weekdays during the day. I can do weekends on request. Please give as much notice as possible. I will care for your pets at your own house just how you would like them to be cared for. Lots of cuddles, fuss and playtime. Will also ensure you are kept updated with photos and messages throughout your dogs stay.

About: I’ve been a veterinary nurse for over 8 years, working with cats and dogs of all different breeds and sizes. I’m comfortable administering medication and caring for both seniors and puppies. Having taken a short break from clinical work to go travelling I miss my furry friends and would love the opportunity to get to know yours! I’m currently taking a break from working having returned from a few months of travelling so I’m available to walk and play with your pets at a time that suits you best. I have two lovely cats of my own, but this means unfortunately I cannot have your pets over for a sleepover. But I love visiting pets in their own space and keeping them company. Having a stranger in your home can be daunting so I’m always respectful of any rules you have in place!

About: I have a cocker spaniel who is 9 years old and a rescue puppy with spina bifida. I volunteer at the RSPCA doing dog socialising & walking and small animal socialising. I also do animal photography, so you may get some pics of your doggies! I am studying animal management, in which we cover animal welfare and care in depth. At the moment during summer I volunteer twice a week at the RSPCA. I will follow your pets dietary requirements as well as any other requirements. I will make sure the pet is eating and healthy, and make sure they are safe.

About: Hi, my name is Taeya, I am a student of ecology and wildlife conservation at the University of Reading. I have always loved and cared for animals, whether they are pets or wild ones. Having family pets has meant I have developed a great attention for what our furry friends need for a happy and healthy life. I have lived in the countryside most of my life, and I love spending time outdoors, on walks and explorations. Previous jobs, such as dog/cat/house sitting, early years education, and caring for older adults, have enabled me to develop excellent communication skills and an ease in dealing with messes and cleaning. I can be adaptable to all family needs, being a fast learner, I can quickly pick up skills or practices. Working with animals is always a joy, understanding the wonderful and different characters of all pets. I can provide private work references on request. I am a final year university student living at home with my family. I commute to and from Reading a few days a week in term time and study remotely otherwise. My schedule is very flexible and ever-changing. I have a good size fenced garden in the countryside, with 2 small and friendly dogs that are good company. Walks in the area can span from 30 minutes to 4 hours and more. There is also a dog walking park near where I live so that’s a great place to go if dogs need some time off the lead but also in a safe environment.

About: Both my partner and I have owned and cared for dogs and cats since we were kids. Always dog sit for family and friends. Go for frequent walks in the countryside and have our own vehicle to transport dogs to and from walks with business insurance. I bathe and feed my mother’s dogs regularly and walk them with my partner around the fields of our home. I work full time mostly from home with the occasional in person meeting and off on weekends so am free around these times for anything needed. I am not normally gone for more than 4 hours however if it is longer my partner also sometimes works from home so with enough notice he can be there If your dog is house trained I can care for them at my home however I can also care for your loved pets in their own home and am able to collect from their home and take them for walks or drop in to feed and play with them for a few hours where needed. I am also able to stay overnight if required.

About: I began my experience with animals when working in my local pet shop for two years. My mother also used to own a dog walking business in which I helped her with. I’m back from university this summer and am working part time so I have plenty of time to look after your pets! I love all pets and enjoy spending time with them. I will suit the needs for all your animals including the needy pups and the independent cats! I am happy to be around your animals as much as they need.

All come with their own quirks, challenges and characteristics. I heartbreakingy had to nurse my German Shephard of 5 years with severe IBD and AID. I fully understand the importance of optimising animal nutrition and their longevity. I currently spend most of my time dog walking, caring for dogs and studying PT and nutrition. I have a passion and love for all dogs however i have a soft spot for the larger breeds :) I combine the 2 passions well to ensure the most appropriate care and well being is being considered when it comes to animal welfare. I adore German shephards and spent a decade enjoying time working with my own and a pack. I am independent and enjoy traveling and supporting/ providing animal care where i can.
