About: Hi, I’m Daniel — a compassionate and reliable pet sitter based in Southampton. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, including dogs, cats and small pets, and they’ve always been a huge source of joy for me. There’s something special about being around animals and making sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for. I’ve looked after pets for friends, family and colleagues, including dogs, cats and rabbits. Whether it’s an energetic dog who needs a good walk, a nervous pet who needs patience, or a senior animal who needs a gentler approach, I adapt to each pet’s personality and needs. I’m typically available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends, and I’m able to plan my schedule around visits, walks or check-ins to make sure pets get consistent care and attention. Because of this flexibility, I can also adapt to different routines, whether that’s morning visits, evening care, or multiple check-ins throughout the day. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I always prioritise keeping their routine and environment as familiar and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow all instructions provided, from feeding and walks to any specific behaviours or needs, and I make sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their own space. I’m respectful of the home, keep everything clean and tidy, and ensure doors, gates and any safety measures are properly managed at all times. I stay attentive to each pet’s behaviour and wellbeing, and I’m always prepared to respond calmly if anything unexpected arises. I also keep owners updated regularly, so they can feel confident their pet is safe and well cared for.

About: Hi, I’m Sophie! My partner George and I recently bought our first home in Eastleigh, and we’re both huge dog lovers. While our work commitments mean we can’t have a dog of our own right now, we’d love to help others by providing caring and reliable dog walking and sitting services. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, from a Border Collie to a Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix, and now a lovely litte Poochon. I’m very used to grooming needs and making sure coats are well cared for. I also regularly help care for family dogs, including Labradors, so I’m confident with both small and large breeds. Having experienced every stage of a dog’s life, I’m comfortable caring for energetic puppies as well as giving extra patience, attention, and love to older dogs. I work full-time across four days a week, which means I’m fully available on Tuesdays and weekends. On my days off, your dog will have my full attention. I’ll always stick to your routine and make sure your pup feels happy, comfortable, and well cared for—whether that’s during a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay. I’m happy to provide as many walks as your dog needs, along with plenty of playtime and attention. They’ll also have access to a secure garden and a safe, dog-friendly home environment. I have a fully fenced, secure garden and plenty of lovely walking routes nearby. I’m also happy to take dogs out in the car for longer walks or new environments if they enjoy that. I always aim to follow your preferences and routine to make sure you feel completely comfortable. My home does have stairs, but these can be safely blocked off if needed. Dogs are welcome to settle in wherever they feel most comfortable. You’re very welcome to bring their bed, crate, blankets, or anything familiar from home. If your dog is used to cuddling up on the sofa, they’ll be more than welcome to do the same here!

About: I have had dogs all my life and cared for my family’s pets as a teenager. As we have a dog ourselves our home and lifestyle is 100% dog friendly. We have lots of lovely walks local to us and enjoy getting out and exploring together! I’m currently working part time and so am around to walk and care for your dog Thursday to Sunday. While they’re with Harry and I, your dog will get 2 walks a day and have someone in the house with them all of the time to keep them company. We have a fully fenced garden and a very friendly dog who enjoys the company of other dogs. Our toddler also loves playing in the garden and throwing the ball for anyone that wants to join in.

About: Just a furbaby mama looking to look after other furbabies. I currently have a 18 month old German Shorthaired Pointer, we have had her since 12 weeks old. I spend around 3+ hours per day taking her out on walks, paddle boarding, wild swimming. We regularly meet up with other dog groups for walks in the New Forest. Happy to meet with any potential new customers beforehand to ensure the right match. I work from home, so my routine is pretty flexible. I either do a morning walk around valley park before I start, or a take a longer lunch and go to our local woods near Asda. I will sometimes do both moving and afternoon, depending on my work schedule. My desk set up is downstairs in the living area, so dogs are not left alone, and the door to our garden remains open when the weathers nice enough. I have a secure 75 foot garden, I also have my own dog here to keep others company. We do have a resident kitty kat, but his either out a lot or is upstairs.

About: Hi, I’m Eliza and I’m 19. I’ve had a golden cocker spaniel in the household for about 5 years now - we got her in 2021, when she was 4 months old (an adorable tiny puppy!) and I was 14. She’s now 5 years old so I’ve pretty much grown up with her, so I have experience with dogs of all different ages. I would prefer to look after small and medium-sized dogs and I’m used to them pulling on the lead (my dog does it all the time!) but open to walking larger dogs too, as long as they aren’t too strong on the lead. I’m used to long walks since cocker spaniels are an active and lively breed! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I’m a student at university of Southampton, currently in my first year, so I’m pretty flexible with timings. I’m free at various times on weekdays, and most weekends, but I’ll be updating my calendar regularly to show specific availability. I grew up with a dog (Toffee) and a cat (Noodle). On my profile, the first 6 photos are me with my dog (ranging from adulthood, and a picture of her as a puppy in the last of the 6 photos); the rest of the photos are me with my cat (also ranging from when he was a kitten - the first two photos, when I was much younger too! - to adulthood.) About: I’ve grown up with dogs (since the age of 5) and continued to own one as an adult so have over 30+ years experience. More recently, I have helped care for my sons’ elderly Patterdale and also joined a dog walking site that enabled me to borrow dogs to walk on a regular basis and have sat for friends dogs too. I’m currently retired so have loads of free time for pet sitting and/or dog walking and can often accept short notice assignments according to need. As I offer a pet sitting service in owners homes, I am happy to comply with owners rules concerning their pet’s routines and safety etc. I’m patient and understanding with nervous pets and happy to sit quietly and offer cuddles or play ball games outside with energetic dogs. I understand that every dog/cat has its own unique personality and so I offer individualised care to every one.

About: Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I already walk Percy every morning and again in the late afternoon. We often go to the field, riverside park, or Itchen Valley for longer walks. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check, giving owners extra peace of mind that their pets are in safe and trustworthy hands. I work from home, so your dog will have company throughout the day. Percy is walked at least twice a day, and we have a secure, decent-sized fenced garden for playtime. Dogs are welcome to relax indoors with us or enjoy some quiet time in Percy’s annex, depending on what they’re most comfortable with. Every dog is different, so I tailor their routine to suit their personality and social needs. Pets in my home are treated like family. I have a secure fenced garden and a friendly, house-trained cocker spaniel, Percy. I can provide two daily walks, playtime, and plenty of attention, while following your pet’s routine and caring for them as our own.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I knew what a dog was. I have always dreamed of having my own dog and since bringing home my own pup, I just want to spend time with dogs, be it walking, spending time with, or a bit of training. I am confident with all breeds, behaviours, and energy levels. I love them all I’m currently working full time from home but due to its flexibility (and a long chat with boss man), I am able to commit to dog walks and drop ins during the day. I am fully flexible at weekends I have a fenced garden with a young German shepherd pup. He is crate trained and has plenty of garden space to run around. About: I’ve had experience in caring for animals for my whole life, as I have always had animals. Also, I have looked after pets in their own environments, provided walks when needed and kept them entertained via playing (although that’s the best part!). I’m currently a student, just finishing up my degree so I have a lot of spare time in the mornings and evenings, any day of the week. Feeding and playing with your pet is no issue with me, as well as the harder parts of cleaning a litter tray or administering tablets or liquid medications.
