I was drawn to Eleanor’s advertisement because she loves dogs but does not at present have a dog and does not intend to have more than one dog in a sitting. I immediately knew that Freya would get a lot of love and attention. After our first pre- sit dog walk I knew I had struck gold. Eleanor not only understands dogs but dog owners too. By the time I went on holiday I was totally confident and at ease with the booking. Now that I have picked Freya up I am delighted to see the relationship they have and I can see that Freya has been happy and well cared for. To other dog owners I can’t recommend Eleanor highly enough.”
“I booked Alex over the Christmas period last minute as I was desperate having no one to have our puppy. There was nothing too much for Alex. I have a 7 month old weimarana and Alex was happy to deal with anything and to all her needs. Alex has a very calm and gentle nature and her little dog Leo also has the same vibe. He is very sweet and submissive. What I really loved is how clear on Comunication Alex was and she always messaged straight back no matter what time of the day it was. This is really good when someone is looking after your baby as it settles your mind straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate booking with Alex again in the future. She made everything feel stress free at a stressful time for us. And most importantly our puppy loved her.”

Carina was very good at communicating with me from enquiry to booking. Bear had a successful visit prior to his 5-night stay so both Carina and Bear could meet. Bear can be a nervous dog but he was greeted with such warmth and affection. There were other dogs there and he interacted really well as he can be reactive. He enjoyed his time and I had the assurance that he was doing ok via photos and videos that carina sent during this stay. I would definitely use Carina again.
We had the most wonderful experience with our Yuyao and her partner while leaving Nelly in their care. They were incredibly reliable, accommodating, and genuinely caring from start to finish. We received regular updates and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Nelly was not just being looked after, but truly cared for and loved. Qi and her husband were absolutely fantastic with my boy Archie. Qi was quick to contact me when he appeared to have a limp and was reluctant to go down the stairs but after letting her know that Archie was in fact putting on the limp for attention, she was put at ease. I left Archie with Qi on bonfire night and she was brilliant in comforting him with the loud noises. We had a few laughs about Archie's antics for attention and Qi sent some lovely pictures of Archie with herself and her husband. When I collected Archie, it was clear that he had been very happy with Qi and her husband and they expressed how much they had loved having him to stay. I will definitely ask Qi and her husband to have Archie again and they have asked to look after him again. Thankyou Qi I am so greatful to you and your husband.
Ash looked after our 11 year old Border Terrier for a week. Her level of care was second to none. We received daily updates and pictures from the word go. Barney had had surgery earlier in the year and Ash checked all that he was able to do, walked him as to how she felt he was doing etc..amazing. Ash provides the most lovely family environment which was perfect for Barney. Added to everything Ash had already done…we found our flight home was cancelled at the last minute and while away we suddenly needed an extra day of boarding…turned out we didn’t need it but straight away Ash made every effort to help us which was above and beyond. In essence, I highly recommend Ash and I absolutely would not hesitate to use her again to look after Barney. Thank you Ash!

Justin and Sylviya are incredible, I was very anxious about leaving my dog, he’s not the easiest (needy/yappy/anxious/energetic/epileptic)! They were very patient with him. He was so well looked after with them! I was kept updated and knew he was in very capable safe hands. Highly recommend! Worth every penny
