About: Hi, I’m Sophie! My partner George and I recently bought our first home in Eastleigh, and we’re both huge dog lovers. While our work commitments mean we can’t have a dog of our own right now, we’d love to help others by providing caring and reliable dog walking and sitting services. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, from a Border Collie to a Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix, and now a lovely litte Poochon. I’m very used to grooming needs and making sure coats are well cared for. I also regularly help care for family dogs, including Labradors, so I’m confident with both small and large breeds. Having experienced every stage of a dog’s life, I’m comfortable caring for energetic puppies as well as giving extra patience, attention, and love to older dogs. I work full-time across four days a week, which means I’m fully available on Tuesdays and weekends. On my days off, your dog will have my full attention. I’ll always stick to your routine and make sure your pup feels happy, comfortable, and well cared for—whether that’s during a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay. I’m happy to provide as many walks as your dog needs, along with plenty of playtime and attention. They’ll also have access to a secure garden and a safe, dog-friendly home environment. I have a fully fenced, secure garden and plenty of lovely walking routes nearby. I’m also happy to take dogs out in the car for longer walks or new environments if they enjoy that. I always aim to follow your preferences and routine to make sure you feel completely comfortable. My home does have stairs, but these can be safely blocked off if needed. Dogs are welcome to settle in wherever they feel most comfortable. You’re very welcome to bring their bed, crate, blankets, or anything familiar from home. If your dog is used to cuddling up on the sofa, they’ll be more than welcome to do the same here!

Shadia updated us regularly with photos, videos and it was sooo nice to know exactly what my puppy was upto while we were busy. My puppy also really enjoyed spending time with Shadias dog, and I felt it was really good for her socialisation too! If we are ever back in Southampton and require dog sitting, Shadia will be the first person I call!”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of our lives and we’ve both grown up around them. We regularly care for dogs for family and friends and have experience with a range of breeds, ages, sizes and personalities, including rescue dogs who may need extra patience, reassurance and individual care. Pet care fits naturally into our routine as I work from home Monday–Thursday, my toddler attends nursery during the day, and my husband works evenings, meaning dogs will have plenty of company, supervision, walks, playtime and cuddles throughout the day in a calm, loving family home environment. We live in a detached family home with a secure, fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely play and explore. We also have our friendly Cavachon, Theo, who loves other dogs, enjoys walks, naps and playtime, and is very gentle and sociable. Dogs staying with us would be treated as part of the family, with plenty of supervision, affection, exercise and care tailored to their individual needs in a calm, safe and loving environment.

“Justin and Silviya stepped in to help with 48 hours of us being let down. I went to meet them and instantly knew Gizmo would be looked after. I dropped him off for his sleepover and took virtually all his belongings with me (mum guilt) and he had an amazing time. This was the first time Orla had been away from me following the loss of my wife a year ago. I think i was more worried about her being away than she probably was. Adele was great at putting me and Orla at ease and after sending me pictures of Orla shortly after leaving hervit was clear she was relaxed and contented which was really reassuring for me. Bruno and Brandy had an excellent time with Rosina. Communication from Rosina was excellent from the beginning, she sent us regular pictures, they always looked very happy and gave us the peace of mind that they were safe. Rosina went the extra mile by helping us make sure Brandy always had a tracker on and washing the towels when we picked them up. Would 100% recommend and book again.
Catriona has looked after my Boston Terrier many times, she's absolutely fabulous with him and he clearly enjoys his stays with her. She's attentive and loving towards him, follows any instructions I pass on and sends me regular updates and pictures. Catriona and Ben clearly enjoy spending time with him and treat him like family - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Carina was very good at communicating with me from enquiry to booking. Bear had a successful visit prior to his 5-night stay so both Carina and Bear could meet. Bear can be a nervous dog but he was greeted with such warmth and affection. There were other dogs there and he interacted really well as he can be reactive. He enjoyed his time and I had the assurance that he was doing ok via photos and videos that carina sent during this stay. I would definitely use Carina again.
We had the most wonderful experience with our Yuyao and her partner while leaving Nelly in their care. They were incredibly reliable, accommodating, and genuinely caring from start to finish. We received regular updates and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Nelly was not just being looked after, but truly cared for and loved. We couldn’t have asked for better people to trust with our little one - highly, highly recommended! 💛
Ash looked after our 11 year old Border Terrier for a week. Her level of care was second to none. We received daily updates and pictures from the word go. Barney had had surgery earlier in the year and Ash checked all that he was able to do, walked him as to how she felt he was doing etc..amazing. Ash provides the most lovely family environment which was perfect for Barney. Added to everything Ash had already done…we found our flight home was cancelled at the last minute and while away we suddenly needed an extra day of boarding…turned out we didn’t need it but straight away Ash made every effort to help us which was above and beyond. In essence, I highly recommend Ash and I absolutely would not hesitate to use her again to look after Barney. Thank you Ash!
