He had daily portion of fun, food always on time, walkies and what more important LOVE and understanding if he had poop accident at home etc. We had daily reports and tones of videos and pictures! I need to mention as well about their lovely dogs Oscar and Lucy, my Lulu had great company and they were also so patient with him. Thank you so much and I recommend you in hundred percent. About: I've taken care of family pets since childhood and love animals. I have had my dog for six years and have a strong day to day understanding of how to meet dogs' needs. I am reliable and trustworthy. Almost all of my work is from home, so the pets in my care receive plenty of love and attention. I love to go out walking and live opposite beautiful parkland that is perfect for dogs. I have a fenced garden and one friendly dog to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog (or mine) if needed. I can shut the front room door to prevent dogs going upstairs of they need this (young puppies or seniors).
About: I have been around dogs ever since I was a baby. My nan cared for retired guide dogs for around 20 years, so I developed a strong love and adoration for dogs. My family has owned 2 dogs since I was a child, sadly our last dog passed away 2 years ago and my family and I have felt like a part of us has been missing ever since. No dog could replace our sweet Lionel, he was the most special dog ever, but I decided to start up a dog boarding business as a way to still surround us with dogs. I have looked after friends and family’s dogs many times as favours before I started my business and that’s what really pushed me to have the confidence to do this as a job. If you choose to have me as your dog boarder, you can be assured that your dog will be treated like family and will be given so much love and care. I am available everyday of the week as this is my sole job. I do volunteer most mornings of the week, however I live in a house of 6 people so it is very rare that no one is home. I am fully licensed by Southampton City Council, so my house and garden have been completely approved and catered to suit dog boarding. I also have a Canine First Aid certification, full insurance and DBS checked.

Growing up with family dogs taught me how to read their body language, respect their routines, and give them the patience and consistency they need. I work from home 4 days a week in a role that makes it possible to attend to any of your pets needs. I can offer morning and evening walks as well as regular toilet breaks and playtime throughout the day. On Fridays and weekends I'm able to dedicate more time to walks and play. In my home I allow pets on the furniture and offer lots of playtime. I have a fenced and safe garden to and have my own Labrador to keep your pet company.

I can describe in words how happy I was with Ananda! She is an amazing person that took on the challenge pf looking after a puppy and made me be so relaxed knowing he is in good hands. Very helpful, very relaxed and welcoming greeting from her and her husband, leaving us feeling like we knew them for years. I will always easily only come to her with my dog!
This was our first time leaving Gabby with someone we didn’t know so we were pretty nervous but Abbie was fantastic collected her from the house and you could tell straight away she was comfortable with larger dogs, updated us through the stay and dropped her back the following morning. Would highly recommended
Wardah was absolutely excellent with our doggies! She provided daily updates to us with some great pictures of them going on walks, playing fun treat games and looking so relaxed in her company. It gave us full peace of mind that they were in great hands and being loved whilst we were away. I would most definitely book again and would recommend Wardah to anyone.
Amanda has been the most amazing pet sitter to our two dogs. I have never felt this comfortable leaving them with a stranger. Your frequent updates made us feel soo comfortable. She worked out their quirks in less than a day and when I fetch them I could see Amanda already formed a bond with them. Amanda is definitely my first choice sitter 💛

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
