“Thank you Christine for looking after Aggie so well. She was very comfortably upstairs on a bed when we arrived to pick her up! If we come down to the south coast in the future, we will certainly call upon you again.”

“This was the first time we needed to use a dog sitter so we were unsure how our dog would behave. We needn’t of worried as Pauline met us prior to the overnight stay which put our minds at rest. The updates via text during our dogs stay were also very welcome and kept us relaxed that our dog was in good hands. Our dog was very happy when we picked her up and had obviously been very well looked after. Would recommend Pauline to anyone who needed her to look after their dog. Thank you Pauline”

“Herbie had a lovely stay with Stuart. He also gave us a couple of updates whilst we were away, which was very reassuring. Herbie came home very relaxed & well brushed. We'll definitely be using Stuart again”

About: Previously a dog groomer, I'm very confident with young and senior dogs and understand they all have their own quirks and personalities. I work from home 95% of the time and if I'm not here my partner is able to work from home. I have an in tact male French bulldog myself who is super friendly and always looking for new friends. I work from home 95% of the time and have a flexible work pattern. I go for walks with my French bulldog at the best times of the day depending on the weather and time of year. There is normally always someone at home during the week and we spend a lot of time at the weekends out on country walks Fenced garden, big house, pets allowed on the furniture and a french bulldog who is always happy to make some new friends and keep yours company
“Sonny seemed happy and relaxed in his surroundings when we collected him. We received regular updates whilst away which were reassuring. Communication was good throughout and we were entirely satisfied that Sonny received all the care and attention he needed. Thank you Kirsty.”

“Monica is an excellent dog carer, always updating us about our lovely doggo, and she answered my messages pretty fast with pictures as well. She is a lovely person and Lola had a great time with her. I highly recommend Monica.”

“Poppy had a lovely stay in your welcoming family home! Great communication from the initial meet & greet, to lots of photo updates whilst I was away. Will definitely book again, thank you 😊”

“John was great with Ramba. I was worried due to Ramba’s behavioural issues at home with us but apparently he was an angel John! John was happy to answer my messages while I was away and sent plenty of photo updates! We will definitely aim to have ramba stay with John in the future, and can tell Ramba was looked after very well 👌🏽🥰 thank you John”

“I couldn’t be more grateful for Clare! Clare had our dog over for almost 3 weeks over the Christmas period whilst we went away. Clare kept in touch with updates and photos and loved and treated Abel like he was her own. We were put at ease about leaving him as soon as we stepped into her house for the meet and greet. Thank you Clare (and Jess too!) for everything. You will be our first port of call if we go away again x”

“This was the second time Mea and John looked after our sausage dog Frank while we were away, and once again they were absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly kind and even offered us a pick-up, which made everything so much easier. This time around, Frank had a few issues settling down to sleep, but Mea and John were so understanding and patient with him. They kept us constantly updated with messages and lovely photos, which gave us real peace of mind. Genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond, highly recommended!”

About: I have been dog sitting for the past three years with my girlfriend, using her profile for our bookings. During this time, I’ve cared for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I always make sure the dogs get plenty of attention, playtime, and the exercise they need through walks and active play. I have also lived with two dogs—a Labrador and a German Shepherd—for three months, which gave me great experience with larger, active breeds. My goal is to keep every dog happy, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a final year student spending most of my time in house, which gives me plenty of time with your pet. I also enjoy walks and I would love some company, while making sure your dog gets the exercise it needs! I live in the city centre with easy access to several parks, which makes it great for regular walks and outdoor time. When caring for pets in my home or a pet owner’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and a comfortable environment so they feel relaxed and well cared for while their owner is away.

I have 2 Cocker Spaniels and have experience in training and breeding. I have recently retired from 40 years of being a staff nurse and now have the time to devote to caring for doggies. I have recently retired from 40 years as a nurse, so have lots of free time to walk, play and cuddle the dogs. I can offer long or short walks and am always down on Stokes Bay for walks with my dogs, come rain or shine. I have a fully enclosed fenced garden, With 2 Cocker Spaniels of my own. "Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is clean, secure, and dog-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and play. I make sure all hazardous items, foods, and small objects are kept safely out of reach, and dogs are always supervised during play and feeding times.l only accept a limited number of dogs at once so each pet gets individual attention and care. Walks are always done on-lead unless agreed otherwise and I follow each owner's instructions carefully regarding routines, diet, and medications. I also provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.
“Bernie had a great time with Michelle! She sent plenty of pics and kept us updated on how he was getting on. I have no doubt we will be sending Bernie back to her in the future, definitely recommend.”

“Kellie and her family out so sweet. I was nervous as I would never normally leave Pixie with someone without testing it out first but she gave me confidence immediately I contacted her and meeting them I knew Pixie was in good loving hands. Thanks so much for looking after her so well,”

About: Hello!! I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my childhood & adult life! We had cats from a young age and then as I got older dogs and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a teenager I was trusted to look after the pets of family friends and house sat during holidays and weekends from time to time, which developed my skills dealing with different animals with their range of personalities ☺️ These days I walk friends dogs when they are away & also take care of my parents two staffies when they are away, who I adore and miss very much as they have now moved up north! Taking care of different dogs and animals throughout my life has made me an extremely patient and calm individual & I want nothing more than to make you feel safe and content with your pets left in my care ☺️ I currently work full time Monday- Friday and so am free on weekends and during the week after roughly 5pm! I usually have Fridays off and so would be available for services on that day as well if needs be ☺️ I live in my own flat at the moment which does allow dogs/pets and so would be able to have them with me here, however would also be available to care for your pets in your own home if this is preferable.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. Growing up with dogs gave me a strong understanding of their behaviour, needs, and personalities, while always having cats has made me confident with independent and more sensitive pets too. I own a nearly 2-year old (*intact male*) Labrador, so am very used to the energy, routine and care that a young dog needs. Over the years, I’ve also looked after and handled family dogs of all sizes and temperaments, so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic walks to calm companionship at home. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they are with me. I work part-time and am mostly based from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for time with your furry friends. I’m out every day with my own dog, so regular walks are part of my routine. I do have two young children, so there are school runs to factor in, but I’m available for walks, sitting, and check-ins between 9am and 2:30pm most days. I’m also happy to board friendly dogs over weekends, as long as they’re comfortable around other dogs and children. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority. At home, I have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can play and explore securely, along with my friendly Labrador who enjoys the company of other dogs. My garden office is open and positioned so I can keep a constant eye on your pet, allowing for regular interaction, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel relaxed and settled. I’m respectful of your space, attentive to your pet’s individual needs, and make sure they receive plenty of care, attention, and exercise while you’re away.
About: I’ve helped friends with pet care for years. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime in the garden, or quiet cuddles at home, I’m all about making your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and free most weekdays after 2 PM for drop-ins, walks, or house sitting. Whether your pet needs playtime, a walk, or some companionship during the day, I’m happy to help and can adapt to your routine. I keep water bowls full, follow feeding schedules, and make sure pets get plenty of attention and exercise. If I’m hosting pets at my home, I ensure a quiet, calm environment with secure spaces for rest, play, and outdoor time. I treat every pet with patience, respect, and lots of love, just like family.

About: I’m a nurse working bank shifts alongside my passion for animal care. I’ve owned reactive dogs for many years, so I understand the importance of calm handling, patience, routine and being constantly aware of surroundings while out walking. Early 5am quiet walks, off-the-beaten-track trails and avoiding stressful situations for dogs are something I’m very used to. We are a family home with children, so any dogs staying with us would need to be comfortable around children and a normal family environment. I offer gentle, reliable pet care with daily beach walks, peaceful hikes and a focus on making every dog feel safe, relaxed and happy. No other animals in the home. We only have one boarding dog at a time unless dogs come from the same house hols. I will be sole care for the dog during its stay. 5:00am – Quiet early morning walk 6:00am – Breakfast and calm rest time 8:00am – Garden play, enrichment or sniff games 10:00am – Beach walk or quiet countryside hike 12:00pm – Rest and nap time in the home 2:00pm – Toilet break and gentle play 4:00pm – Short afternoon walk or enrichment activities 6:00pm – Dinner time 7:00pm – Family time, cuddles and settling for the evening 9:00pm – Final toilet break and bedtime Our home has a fully enclosed garden and is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, perfect for calm daily walks and outdoor time. We are a relaxed family home with children, so dogs staying with us would need to be comfortable in a family environment. Your dog would not be left alone for long periods and would be treated as part of the family, with plenty of company, care, exercise and quiet time to settle and relax.

Kirsty was brilliant with our ladies. Our rescue who can be nervous with new faces took to Kirsty immediately and didn’t take her self off to hide 🥰 I didn’t feel nervous at all when leaving the house and was very much at ease. The house was left tidy which is much appreciated. Thank you so much and we will 100% be in touch xx

Lovely Lady, our Biewer Terrier Hugo is some what spoiled and is rarely left at home during the day let alone being left whilst we go on holiday. After meeting with several other sitters we were about to give up on finding a suitable person to look after Hugo but then we met Pauline. She has a nice calm approach and her house is totally geared for dog sitting/boarding, we could see straight away that the set up would be right for Hugo. We were not disappointed, on our return we could see he had been well looked after. We would thoroughly recommend Pauline to anybody looking for someone that can truly care for their pet.

Ken was absolutely fantastic looking after our Vizsla, Woody! From the moment we met him, we felt completely at ease knowing Woody was in safe and caring hands. Ken clearly has a genuine love for dogs, and it showed—Woody came back happy, well-exercised, and clearly had a great time. Communication was smooth, and Ken kept us updated, which gave us real peace of mind. We wouldn't hesitate to book with him again. Highly recommended! Thanks Ken and Kerry!
