About: We are a married friendly couple based in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. We love to explore new places and have pets as company. As we love to travel, we understand the stress of leaving our sweet angels behind, and you just want them to be as comfortable as possible and receive much love whilst you come back. Either me or my wife, or both will be taking care of your beautiful doggy. Although "young", we are very a responsible couple and will treat your pets just as ours ❤️ We both had our bulldog Khloe for 10 years, which is a very sensitive breed. We tought her how to potty train, a few commands. We also took care of her health, medication, water intake, meals, etc everything you do for a pet! My wife also pet and house sit houses in México before starting University and I've sat the cats of my parents around 10 times a year. They follow a strict diet and schedule and it is a pleasure to see them everytime. We both work from home Monday to Friday 9-5 and so there can always be someone to be with your pet. We are used to walking early in the morning, at lunch time and also in the evening and so can meet the needs of your pet. We have a large fenced garden which will allow your pet to explore should they so wish. We can also offer beds in each room and a variety of toys. We are also happy to provide meals and approved snacks and make sure they are hydrated during the day. Please be assured we will make your pet feel at home.

“This was the second time Mea and John looked after our sausage dog Frank while we were away, and once again they were absolutely brilliant. They were incredibly kind and even offered us a pick-up, which made everything so much easier. This time around, Frank had a few issues settling down to sleep, but Mea and John were so understanding and patient with him. About: I’ve grown up with and had dogs my whole life. I love being in their company on walks and seeing the joy it brings them. I’ve had Otis since he was a puppy, trained him well and look forward to him making new friends! I’m currently working part time, available Mondays, Thursdays and Weekends! I walk Otis twice a day around local woods, shoreline and large playing fields. I have a fenced in garden, 1 dog Otis who has access to most rooms and the garden. About: I have been around dogs ever since I was a baby. My nan cared for retired guide dogs for around 20 years, so I developed a strong love and adoration for dogs. My family has owned 2 dogs since I was a child, sadly our last dog passed away 2 years ago and my family and I have felt like a part of us has been missing ever since. No dog could replace our sweet Lionel, he was the most special dog ever, but I decided to start up a dog boarding business as a way to still surround us with dogs. I have looked after friends and family’s dogs many times as favours before I started my business and that’s what really pushed me to have the confidence to do this as a job. I am available everyday of the week as this is my sole job. I do volunteer most mornings of the week, however I live in a house of 6 people so it is very rare that no one is home. I am fully licensed by Southampton City Council, so my house and garden have been completely approved and catered to suit dog boarding. I also have a Canine First Aid certification, full insurance and DBS checked.

I'm treating my puppy like my baby and I was so much sick worried to leave him for long 4 days away from us... But from first phone conversation, through our first meeting, the vibe was amazing! Home and environment is totally dog and puppies friendly. Honestly, he even didn't feel we were gone. He had daily portion of fun, food always on time, walkies and what more important LOVE and understanding if he had poop accident at home etc. We had daily reports and tones of videos and pictures! Kirsty was fantastic with our little pups! When we dropped off our dogs, Kirsty and her family took plenty of notes of how to best care for Benji & Bella which put us at ease that they'd be in great hands, and while we were away we got plenty of updates to let us know the dogs were having a great time!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
