“Jane was looking for our dog over the weekend. Our dog was extremely happy while he stayed with Jane and her family. It was our first time leaving the dog with someone we haven't known beforehand, but after meeting Jane and seeing her passion for animals, which she shares with her family, we were zero worried and were able to relax while away. Our dog is quite demanding and very energetic and Jane did a great job keeping him busy and comfortable, he really liked her! I 100% recommend Jane for peace of mind and for coming back to a very happy doggo!”

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life and so am skilled at identifying how they are feeling. Due to not working, I am free to tend to any of the dogs needs. I am currently a university student and so am studying at home 24/7. I am living in a house with my boyfriend which access to an enclosed garden. I will ensure when any dogs visit that they feel as most comfortable as possible. It would be brilliant for any dog owners to bring their favourite toys with them to help them settle in. I can also provide photos of your dog throughout the day.

About: Hello! I’m Jane and am an avid animal lover! I have owned and cared for animals since I was a little girl, growing up in a house with all manner of pets from goldfish to horses. Over the years, our family have owned a variety of family pets such as gerbils, cats and dogs. Our beloved family Labrador Oscar passed away in 2021, so I would love the opportunity to have the company of a four-legged friend. I live in a lovely village outside of Winchester, where I am lucky enough to have a spacious, fenced garden as well as access to many beautiful country walks. I am a very active person, and like to spend lots of time outside - either gardening or walking. I am fully retired, so have a lot of time in our lives that I can dedicate to looking after your pet. I would be more than happy to walk and play with your animal, but am equally happy to have a furry companion just making itself at home here. I am a very friendly and compassionate person, so can ensure your animal will receive the highest standard of care when in our home. I have many years’ experience looking after animals, so am comfortable with pets of all ages. I have no other animals in our house currently, but would ideally enjoy an animal that is good with others as well as happy to be around people. Please do get in touch if you think I could be a good fit for you and your pet! I have a fairly flexible routine, however, I do like to have at least one substantial walk during the day. I take part in other activities such as Bridge and Tai Chi, but I do this from home so your pet will always have some company. I am very lucky to have a large, enclosed garden, so your pet will be able to relax and play outside or inside depending on their preference. I am of course more than happy to adapt to your pets’ routines and feeding schedules, and ask that any important information regarding diet or potential medication is communicated clearly.
