I’m retired, so I’m in the house most of the day. My dogs get taken on safe enclosed walks an hour long each day. I have a big house/garden for the dogs to relax and play in. I’m up around 8am and go for an hours walk with the dogs around 9-10am Pottering around the garden during the day Afternoon walk with the dogs (hot weather depending, else it’s a walk after 9pm) I’m retired and so lots of time can be spent with the dogs. But Shadia was great with him, regularly sending pictures and giving me updates on how he was getting on. My flat is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large sitting room, an office, and a kitchen, so there is plenty of room for your pet to relax, play, and settle in comfortably. I only allow 1 pet for care at a time so I can make sure they get the appropriate attentiveness and care they need. I also have a large garden outside, which is great for supervised fresh air, playtime, and toilet breaks, as well as lots of lovely walking trails and pathways around Otterbourne for dogs who enjoy getting out and exploring. I also have a car, so if you are happy for me to do so, I can take your dog to nearby parks or open spaces for a change of scenery and extra exercise. I will always follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, rest, and any specific instructions you provide. In a pet owner’s home, I will be respectful of both your pet and your space. I’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, receives plenty of attention, and feels safe and secure while you are away. I also volunteer fostering rescue dogs and cats , most of them are shut down and very nervous and I spend time building their trust . About: I have 2 female labradors in the house (5 years and her daughter 1 year). I have bred a litter and so am experienced looking after young puppies. I’m retired, so I’m in the house most of the day. My dogs get taken on safe enclosed walks an hour long each day. I have a big house/garden for the dogs to relax and play in. I sent her packing (a little nervous due to it being my first rover) and with a million warnings about what she MIGHT do! 🤣 Turns out Mabel was an absolute dream so they must have been brilliant at looking after her. I had regular updates and pictures. Timings were sorted out easily and we kept in touch via Whatsapp. Joanne has a really secure garden - which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving her there. It felt like a home from home setting. I have two children of my own and Joanne's two seemed to love her as much as her own. They were super excited to have her.
