We had such a wonderful experience with Monica as Cactus’ dog sitter. From start to finish, the communication was fantastic — plenty of regular updates, photos, and reassurance that Cactus was happy and well cared for. She enjoyed regular walks and clearly felt comfortable in their care. Cactus did take a dislike to another female dog during his stay, but Monica handled the situation excellently. She made me aware straight away, managed it calmly and responsibly, and kept Cactus’ and the other dogs wellbeing as the priority at all times, which I really appreciated. The handover was quick and smooth, and both Monica and her partner Francesco are genuinely amazing sitters — kind, attentive, and clearly very experienced. Moving forward, I’ll be using one-dog-only sitters due to Cactus’ behaviour but I would still highly recommend Monica and Francesco to anyone looking for caring, reliable, and communicative dog sitters. Thank you both for taking such great care of Cactus 🐶✨

About: Hello!! I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my childhood & adult life! We had cats from a young age and then as I got older dogs and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a teenager I was trusted to look after the pets of family friends and house sat during holidays and weekends from time to time, which developed my skills dealing with different animals with their range of personalities ☺️ These days I walk friends dogs when they are away & also take care of my parents two staffies when they are away, who I adore and miss very much as they have now moved up north! Taking care of different dogs and animals throughout my life has made me an extremely patient and calm individual & I want nothing more than to make you feel safe and content with your pets left in my care ☺️ I currently work full time Monday- Friday and so am free on weekends and during the week after roughly 5pm! I usually have Fridays off and so would be available for services on that day as well if needs be ☺️ I live in my own flat at the moment which does allow dogs/pets and so would be able to have them with me here, however would also be available to care for your pets in your own home if this is preferable.

About: Having grown up with dogs all my life, and 40 years of owning my own dogs, I can offer your dog a safe, caring and loving holiday. I have 2 Cocker Spaniels and have experience in training and breeding. I have recently retired from 40 years of being a staff nurse and now have the time to devote to caring for doggies. I have recently retired from 40 years as a nurse, so have lots of free time to walk, play and cuddle the dogs. I can offer long or short walks and am always down on Stokes Bay for walks with my dogs, come rain or shine. I have a fully enclosed fenced garden, With 2 Cocker Spaniels of my own. "Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is clean, secure, and dog-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and play. I make sure all hazardous items, foods, and small objects are kept safely out of reach, and dogs are always supervised during play and feeding times.l only accept a limited number of dogs at once so each pet gets individual attention and care. Walks are always done on-lead unless agreed otherwise and I follow each owner's instructions carefully regarding routines, diet, and medications. I also provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. Growing up with dogs gave me a strong understanding of their behaviour, needs, and personalities, while always having cats has made me confident with independent and more sensitive pets too. I own a nearly 2-year old (*intact male*) Labrador, so am very used to the energy, routine and care that a young dog needs. Over the years, I’ve also looked after and handled family dogs of all sizes and temperaments, so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic walks to calm companionship at home. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they are with me. I work part-time and am mostly based from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for time with your furry friends. I’m out every day with my own dog, so regular walks are part of my routine. I do have two young children, so there are school runs to factor in, but I’m available for walks, sitting, and check-ins between 9am and 2:30pm most days. I’m also happy to board friendly dogs over weekends, as long as they’re comfortable around other dogs and children. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority. At home, I have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can play and explore securely, along with my friendly Labrador who enjoys the company of other dogs. My garden office is open and positioned so I can keep a constant eye on your pet, allowing for regular interaction, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel relaxed and settled. I’m respectful of your space, attentive to your pet’s individual needs, and make sure they receive plenty of care, attention, and exercise while you’re away.

About: I’ve helped friends with pet care for years. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime in the garden, or quiet cuddles at home, I’m all about making your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and free most weekdays after 2 PM for drop-ins, walks, or house sitting. Whether your pet needs playtime, a walk, or some companionship during the day, I’m happy to help and can adapt to your routine. I keep water bowls full, follow feeding schedules, and make sure pets get plenty of attention and exercise. If I’m hosting pets at my home, I ensure a quiet, calm environment with secure spaces for rest, play, and outdoor time. I treat every pet with patience, respect, and lots of love, just like family.

About: I’m a nurse working bank shifts alongside my passion for animal care. I’ve owned reactive dogs for many years, so I understand the importance of calm handling, patience, routine and being constantly aware of surroundings while out walking. Early 5am quiet walks, off-the-beaten-track trails and avoiding stressful situations for dogs are something I’m very used to. We are a family home with children, so any dogs staying with us would need to be comfortable around children and a normal family environment. I offer gentle, reliable pet care with daily beach walks, peaceful hikes and a focus on making every dog feel safe, relaxed and happy. No other animals in the home. We only have one boarding dog at a time unless dogs come from the same house hols. I will be sole care for the dog during its stay. 5:00am – Quiet early morning walk 6:00am – Breakfast and calm rest time 8:00am – Garden play, enrichment or sniff games 10:00am – Beach walk or quiet countryside hike 12:00pm – Rest and nap time in the home 2:00pm – Toilet break and gentle play 4:00pm – Short afternoon walk or enrichment activities 6:00pm – Dinner time 7:00pm – Family time, cuddles and settling for the evening 9:00pm – Final toilet break and bedtime Our home has a fully enclosed garden and is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, perfect for calm daily walks and outdoor time. We are a relaxed family home with children, so dogs staying with us would need to be comfortable in a family environment. Your dog would not be left alone for long periods and would be treated as part of the family, with plenty of company, care, exercise and quiet time to settle and relax.

About: I have been dog sitting for the past three years with my girlfriend, using her profile for our bookings. During this time, I’ve cared for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I always make sure the dogs get plenty of attention, playtime, and the exercise they need through walks and active play. I have also lived with two dogs—a Labrador and a German Shepherd—for three months, which gave me great experience with larger, active breeds. My goal is to keep every dog happy, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a final year student spending most of my time in house, which gives me plenty of time with your pet. I also enjoy walks and I would love some company, while making sure your dog gets the exercise it needs! I live in the city centre with easy access to several parks, which makes it great for regular walks and outdoor time. When caring for pets in my home or a pet owner’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and a comfortable environment so they feel relaxed and well cared for while their owner is away.

She takes such amazing care of Peaches, always making sure to ask about her routines, favourite toys, and what she likes so she can provide the best care possible. It’s so clear how comfortable Peaches is with her, which gives us huge peace of mind when we’re away. Sally also sends the loveliest photos and updates during every check-in, which always makes us feel relaxed and happy while on holiday. Kirsty is absolutely amazing with my nervous dog, and very respectful and considerate. I messaged Kirsty first to explain about my dog to see if she is comfortable watching her, and she came for a couple of meet and greets to ensure that my dog is comfortable and happy before Kirsty watched her whilst I was out for the day. She was very attentive to everything I asked of her, and ensured to take notes to make sure that nothing got missed. I loved the photo updates Kirsty sent to me throughout the day and I am so pleased at how quickly my dog became comfortable around her, especially as she does usually take quite a bit of time to warm up to strangers. I am looking forward to asking Kirsty to watch my dog again so I can enjoy a stress free day out, knowing that my dog is in very safe hands!

★★★★★ Flavia has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I left, she kept me updated with constant videos and pictures, which truly put my mind at ease. She not only took incredible care of my cats with so much kindness and attention but also left my home immaculate—despite being a guest herself. This was my first time leaving them after being separated from my partner, and I was quite anxious, but knowing they were in Flavia’s caring hands made all the difference, from the get go. I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter and would trust her again in a heartbeat!

I have plenty of experience in looking after dogs of all sizes and dealing with challenging behaviours. Dogs have been a part of my family ever since I was a child, I always treat them as that. About: I’ve been an animal lover all my life and have had had the privilege of being both a cat and dog mum. I lived in Dubai for 10 years and this is where I had my first experience of taking in 3 rescue kittens, that I went onto adopt. Then my rescue desert dog, followed by many more. They all returned with me to the UK and lived long and happy lives. I’ve also been a dog walker and cat companion for the RSPCA. Whilst I don’t have my own pets at the moment, we have many in the family that I am called on to look after. I work for myself so am able to run my own diary and I’m able to fit any pet care services around my current responsibilities. Although I don’t currently offer pet boarding services in my own home. I have a fenced garden and internal doors that allow for the front door to be separated from the main living area.

About: I’ve been around cats for as long as I can remember, growing up caring for them and learning to understand their unique personalities and needs. Over the years, I’ve looked after many cats, giving me a strong sense of how to keep them comfortable, happy, and relaxed in their own environment. While living in Poland, I also helped care for stray cats and supported efforts to find them loving homes. This experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to build trust with cats of all temperaments, including those who may be shy or nervous. I’m confident in reading feline behaviour and making sure each cat feels safe and well cared for, whether that means playtime, quiet company, or simply respecting their space.

About: We all love dogs here, and dogs seem to like our relaxed house. We took a large dog that would pull your arm off, treated it like it was our child and it turned into the most loyal friend you could hope for. As myself and my husband work at different times, there is always someone at home to cater to doggie's needs. My husband goes for a walk every evening, and is missing Bruno when he does. We have a large, 30 metres, fenced in garden where dogs are free to play and run and fetch, and poop of course. And they can sleep where they are comfortable.

About: Previously a dog groomer, I'm very confident with young and senior dogs and understand they all have their own quirks and personalities. I work from home 95% of the time and if I'm not here my partner is able to work from home. I have an in tact male French bulldog myself who is super friendly and always looking for new friends. I work from home 95% of the time and have a flexible work pattern. I go for walks with my French bulldog at the best times of the day depending on the weather and time of year. There is normally always someone at home during the week and we spend a lot of time at the weekends out on country walks Fenced garden, big house, pets allowed on the furniture and a french bulldog who is always happy to make some new friends and keep yours company

About: Grew up with a border collie (lots of long walks and training). I recently lost a Romanian Princess (rescue dog) and want to care for other people's beloved pets (cats and dogs) the way I took care of her. I'm working from home full time. This means I can visit in the morning, lunchtime and evening. Alternatively, I could work from your house (WiFi please). I live with my husband (a bigger live of pets than i) and my 2 year old son. My son is at nursery or other childcare during the week. For boarding or day care, your fur baby wouldn't see him during the weekday. However, he knows to "wave hello and give them some space", they are given separate spaces to eat and rest. I can walk your dog on lead or drive them to a safe location for them to be on or off lead. We could do a little training (commands or sniff). Cuddles as wanted by your pet (cat or dog). I find this question tricky because I care for your pets as they need. Each dog or cat are very different in their wants and needs. Due to childcare responsibilities, and to be fair to my partner, I can only house sit for 1 or 2 nights.

Pauline is absolutely lovely! She takes great care of our puppy, Mavis, and is very flexible. Pauline’s house and garden are secure and right from our first meeting I’ve had no concerns. Mavis gets excited when I start to pack her bag because she knows she’s going to Paulines’s and is always very happy to see her - that speaks for itself about the care she receives and the fun she has! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pauline.

About: Hello! I'm Amanda and welcome to my dog-loving home! As a passionate dog owner I know how important it is to find a safe, comfortable, and fun place for your furry friend while you're away. I can offer years of experience and a loving home. Your dog will be treated like one of the family, enjoying: Comfortable Surroundings: Free roam of a spacious downstairs with plenty of comfy spots for naps. Secure Outdoor Space: Access to a fully-fenced, secure garden for playtime and potty breaks throughout the day. Daily Adventures: At least 1 walk per day, exploring lovely local spots. I tailor exercise levels to your dog's needs and energy! Having had Labradors and Pugs I understand the different needs all dogs have. Our family pug I’ve had since a puppy, he’s now 3 and very friendly. I also have an indoor cat who gets on with our dog. I volunteered at the RSPCA so walked many different breeds and temperaments. Lots of Love & Attention: Plenty of cuddles, playtime, and interaction are standard! I’m currently working part time from home so your dog would have company all day long. Access to the garden whenever needed. The home consists of my family of 4, 2 teenagers at college and university who have both grown up with dogs and my husband who also has grown up with dogs. I will be the sole carer for your dog even though they will be spoilt rotten by all. I have a fenced in garden and am at home all day. I can give your dog all of the attention and reassurance it needs whilst settling. I can accommodate a crate or just bedding whatever is necessary.

About: I’ve looked after pets for 23 years, and animals have always been part of my everyday life. I live with Gizmo the pug, my permanent shadow who’s convinced my bed belongs to both of us and two cats who think they run the house. Because of that, I’m used to juggling different temperaments, routines, and a lot of personality. Friends, family, and neighbours have relied on me for walking, feeding, meds, bath time, and keeping their pets calm and comfortable. I notice the small things, keep a steady routine, and treat every dog as if they’re part of my own slightly chaotic, very loved little crew. I’m currently a SAHDM (if you know you know). I was made redundant in November so for the foreseeable my life is solely pet focussed I keep things steady, predictable, and low-stress. In my home, pets settle into a calm routine with regular walks, feeding times, and plenty of company. I have a large, secure garden for safe outdoor time, and Gizmo the pug usually acts as the welcoming committee. I manage introductions carefully so every animal feels comfortable. I supervise closely, keep spaces clean, and make sure each pet has its own quiet area to relax.

About: I genuinely love getting to know both dogs and their owners, building trust and making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. I’ve been lucky to share my life with three of my own dogs, from small to large breeds, which has given me a real understanding of their different personalities, needs, and quirks. I’ve also fostered dogs for a charity on multiple occasions, helping them settle into a home environment and supporting them as they transition to their forever families. This experience has made me especially patient, adaptable, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. Alongside this, I’ve attended training courses and worked with behaviourists, so I’m confident handling a range of behaviours and always use kind, positive methods. My aim is to make every walk safe, enjoyable, and stress-free—not just for your dog, but for you as well. I work part-time, which means I have flexible availability throughout the week and can adapt to suit your schedule. Whether you need regular visits or occasional help, I’m happy to work around your needs to provide reliable and consistent care for your pet. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I have a secure, fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and I make sure every pet gets the attention and care they need. Whether your pet loves cuddles, playtime, or simply having calm company nearby, I adapt to their personality to help them feel relaxed and at home. You can trust that they’ll be cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine affection.

About: I've grown up with cats and love spending time with dogs, and I have sat for owners of both cats and dogs. I love all animals and would be excited to look after all kinds of pets! I adapt well to the pet's needs and personality, allowing them to warm up to me naturally. I will be able to spend lots of time with your pet! I travel frequently to see my partner who lives overseas, so a regular work schedule doesn't suit my needs. That means the flexibility of pet sitting is right up my street, and is my main focus. Apart from a few hobbies, I will be spending all my time at home taking care of your fur baby! I like to learn your pet's routines and keep to them where I can to make sure they feel as comfortable as possible. I know how difficult it can be to leave your pet, so I will send messages about how the pets are getting on as frequently as you'd like. Daily pupdates are not too much to ask!

About: I've taken care of all sorts of dogs since a young age. I have owned dogs and trained my own dogs for 20+ years. I'm very caring, approachable and hard working with all kinds of pets. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have alot of experience and would love to share this with new dogs and owners. I'm currently part time working but have alot of spare time to walk, feed and bathe dogs at short notice. I can provide alot of work and time on your pets on weekends also with 3 days notice given as well as weekdays. Before looking after anyone's pet I highly recommend meeting them first so it's not strange for the pet to meet me on the day. I've spent along time around dogs and have a good working relationship with every dog I meet :). I always treat the home owners property with respect and remain professional at all times. I make sure your pets maintain a structured routine during their sitting on a daily and weekly basis. I can tailor my plans to any pet owner routine and requests. I make sure they feel at ease in the comfort of their own home. Plenty of guidance and meet and greets will be established before hand to ensure the owner and pets are happy. It's important to keep a well structured plan in place so ensure the owners know their peta are in good hands.

About: I’m a massive dog lover who’s been surrounded by dogs my entire life. From Yorkshire Terriers to American Bullies, I’ve cared for a variety of breeds and personalities. I’ve always been the go‑to dog person for family and friends, whether it’s daily walks or weekend stays. I also have a dog of my own Max, a whippet x collie who’s playful and incredibly friendly. He loves making new friends and is a big part of my day‑to‑day life. 🐕 Dog Walking Whether your dog prefers a slow sniff around or a more energetic outing, I adapt to their pace and personality. Safety, patience and positive interactions are always my priority. 🏡 Dog Boarding I offer a warm, relaxed home environment for dogs who enjoy company and comfort. Because I want every dog to feel safe and happy, I can only accommodate boarding if your dog and Max get along well. A meet‑and‑greet is necessary so we can both make sure it’s a great fit. Your dog will be treated like part of the family with plenty of playtime, cuddles and attention throughout their stay. I work a hybrid schedule, which means I’m at home two days a week and I can be flexible with which days those are. This gives me plenty of time and presence to give dogs the attention they deserve. 🏡 For boarding, I can accommodate stays from Thursday through Sunday evening, ensuring I’m fully present at home throughout your dog’s stay. Your dog will never be left home alone while boarding with me. Because I want every dog to feel safe and comfortable, I only offer boarding if your dog and my dog Max get along well. 🦮 For walks, I’m available for afternoon and evening walks on weekdays, plus morning walks on the days I work from home. On weekends, I can accommodate any time you need, making scheduling easy and flexible. Please get in touch with days you require as my work schedule is very flexible. Dogs in my home are treated just like family. They’re welcome to relax on the sofa, cuddle up in bed if that’s what they enjoy and make themselves completely comfortable. I want every dog to feel safe, relaxed and loved during their stay. Throughout the day I offer long walks, plenty of playtime and enrichment activities at home to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. My goal is always to make sure they’re happy. During boarding stays, dogs are never left home alone, they have my full attention and company at all times. I’m also very happy to follow any specific instructions or routines you have, whether it’s feeding preferences, training cues, medication or comfort needs. Every dog is unique and I’m committed to making their stay feel just right for them.

About: Growing up we always had household pets, i have slept with atleast 1 cat on my bed all of my life. We always saved wildlife as my mum worked nights and used to find injured or abandoned animals and we have carried that on volunteering for several local animal causes. I have 5 horses and my own private stable yard, i have only just lost my 17 and a half year old pom who used to come with me there. At home now i have 3 cats and 2 gerbils, at the yard i have 8 rescued pigeons. Animals have taken the forefront of my life and i wish to continue my passion into everyday work. I am up early every morning. I have 3 house cats at home who are fed and fresh trays. I then go to my horses, depending on jobs for the day ill pick up some of the dogs on route to walk over my fields or pop in to any holiday pets if they are on route. I custom fit my days to make sure all needs are prioritised accordingly. Most days are the same others are well coordinated. I will always use a rear entrance if possible, to decrease risks of escaping pets. When walking dogs i follow all uk guidelines, stick to safe areas and only allow dogs off lead in enclosed settings with perfect recall. I have many long lines to allow freedom with restriction. I can have dogs on the land where my horses are which is fully enclosed.

We will definitely aim to have ramba stay with John in the future, and can tell Ramba was looked after very well 👌🏽🥰 thank you John

About: Both me and Jack are animal lovers, between us we have grown up with many varied breeds of dogs in our families and have a great amount of experience being around dogs, including training puppies and attending dog training classes. We both currently work 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. So evenings, Fridays all day and night, Saturdays day and night, and Sundays day and night would be our current availability. We have a one story detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac with a decent sized fenced off garden, close to great dog walking routes. This allows us to give your dog plenty of fresh air and exercise whilst also having a quiet indoor environment.

Mike and his family were brilliant, whilst they had Shadow they sent messages as to how he was settling in, photos and videos of what he was up to, Mike came across as very relaxed which helped Shadow fit in at no point were we worried that he would not be 100% looked after. If dates and availability were suitable we would not hesitate to use Mike again in the future. Again brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!
