“Keighley is an absolute superstar sitter! She took such good care of our labrador Poppy and cat Indy while we were away for two nights, and she managed Poppy's bounciness expertly. Keighley arrived right on time and took onboard all our instructions, and is a complete natural with both dogs and cats...both our furballs loved her and settled really quickly with her. We were kept regularly updated on how they were doing, and received lots of fantastic photos. She also took great care of our home and left it immaculate, even leaving a little gift bag of treats for the pups which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be using Keighley as a sitter again as know that our pups and our home will be in really safe hands. We 100% recommend her 🙂”

“Suzi seems to have had the best time with Sally. Both were happy when we arrived home after a night away. Suzi has a complex medication regime which Sally managed very well to keep Suzi healthy and happy. I would definitely use Sally again, she was great. Thank you Sally.”

“We felt completely relaxed knowing our dog, Brew, was in good hands. Julie was easy to arrange with, communicated well before and during the stay, and was clearly very caring. Brew is already looking forward to having Julie come over again soon.”

“Holly looked aftee Lola and our 2 cats for 2 weeks while we were on holiday. Lola loved her time with Holly and i received regular photos and updates. Cats snuggled up with Holly too (and our cats are genrally fearful of people!). I had a great holiday as i didnt have to worry at all. Thanks Holly!”
“Kerry was great from the time that we met here to when she looked after Jovi for us. She sent us a message when she arrived, then whilst she was at our house and then when she left. Our house was left exactly the same way as when we left and our dog Jovi was well looked after. I would recommend using Kerry and will be using her again. Thank you again Kerry.”

About: For the past 10 years, I’ve been running a small dog rescue on my own land in Portugal, focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs. Working with volunteers and local charities, we built a cage-free setup where dogs lived as part of a stable social group rather than in kennels. At any given time there were usually around 10 dogs living together. I was the primary caretaker, so managing a group of dogs and keeping things steady was just part of everyday life. I've cared for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments, including puppies, senior dogs, blind and deaf dogs, dogs with disabilities, dogs recovering from illness, and dogs who have been neglected. Behavioural issues are not a problem for me. My approach is calm, practical, and focused on reading each animal and responding to what they need in the moment. I am compassionate and gentle. As well as dogs, I’ve had cats and chickens my whole life, and I also have experience caring for horses, pigs, goats, and ducks. Animals have been at the centre of my life for many years, and I love caring for them. I’m currently in the UK for a few months while I prepare to get married and relocate back to Europe. I’m staying with friends during this time, which means I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Pet care fits easily into my routine at the moment, and I’m able to be fully present and reliable with bookings. I care for pets in their own home so they stay in a familiar, low-stress environment. I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, medication, and any specific needs. I’m experienced in quickly settling into different homes and maintaining a calm, structured presence. I’m respectful of the space, keep everything secure and clean, and provide clear regular updates. With over 10 years of rescue experience, I’m confident handling a wide range of temperaments, including dogs that need patience or close supervision.
“If I could leave more stars I would! Tucker has been so well looked after and lots of walks and cuddles! Lots of photo updates for us, excellent communication. Caitlin you are an absolute star, huge Thankyou!! Xx”

“Natasha was fantastic with my cat Olten, he can be temperamental but she was patient and he even sat on her knee. She sent me lots of updates and pictures and last minute did an extra night which was so helpful! She also left the house super clean. I would definitely book again 😊”

“Repeat booking with Zuzanna, who was fantastic with our 6 month Irish terrier, Sherlock. Punctual, friendly & very comfortable with Sherlock, put him at ease immediately & he was super happy to see Zuzanna again. Will be rebooking for sure. Would highly recommend 🐾”

“A very punctual and pleasant chap. The dogs took to him immediately and spent a relaxed evening with Daniel... cuddling on the sofa according to photo evidence!!! We hope to book Daniel again next year should we revisit this area.”

About: Hello!! I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my childhood & adult life! We had cats from a young age and then as I got older dogs and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a teenager I was trusted to look after the pets of family friends and house sat during holidays and weekends from time to time, which developed my skills dealing with different animals with their range of personalities ☺️ These days I walk friends dogs when they are away & also take care of my parents two staffies when they are away, who I adore and miss very much as they have now moved up north! Taking care of different dogs and animals throughout my life has made me an extremely patient and calm individual & I want nothing more than to make you feel safe and content with your pets left in my care ☺️ I currently work full time Monday- Friday and so am free on weekends and during the week after roughly 5pm! I usually have Fridays off and so would be available for services on that day as well if needs be ☺️ I live in my own flat at the moment which does allow dogs/pets and so would be able to have them with me here, however would also be available to care for your pets in your own home if this is preferable.
“Michelle was the best dog sitter we could have hoped for. Our doggos loved her and were well looked after with lots of walkies, and our home was well kept. Our neighbours even commented on how lovely Michelle was! We got regular updates and photos of our dogs and she stuck to their routine. We would definitely recommend using Michelle and we're hoping to us her again for next May half term!”

About: Growing up I have owned dogs, cats and horses, looking after all of their needs. I am well equipped when it come to animals needs, from taking care of my own pets as well as family friends and neighbours. I am currently a dog walker and I am looking to take up a few more hours. I am currently a dog walker and always pop home every few hours in between walks. My weeks vary so I am very flexible when it comes to checking in or walking your dog. I ensure my dog is always cared for and won’t be left alone any longer than 4 hours. Which is rare as someone is usually always home. If I am taking care of your pet I am happy to meet the requirements you and your animal needs.
“Hayley was brilliant with my ragdoll cat Simba and poppy my french bulldog whilst me and my son was away for the week . Came home to two happy animals, well looked after. Will be using again again ?”

About: Grew up with a border collie (lots of long walks and training). I recently lost a Romanian Princess (rescue dog) and want to care for other people's beloved pets (cats and dogs) the way I took care of her. I'm working from home full time. This means I can visit in the morning, lunchtime and evening. Alternatively, I could work from your house (WiFi please). I live with my husband (a bigger live of pets than i) and my 2 year old son. My son is at nursery or other childcare during the week. For boarding or day care, your fur baby wouldn't see him during the weekday. However, he knows to "wave hello and give them some space", they are given separate spaces to eat and rest. I can walk your dog on lead or drive them to a safe location for them to be on or off lead. We could do a little training (commands or sniff). Cuddles as wanted by your pet (cat or dog). I find this question tricky because I care for your pets as they need. Each dog or cat are very different in their wants and needs. Due to childcare responsibilities, and to be fair to my partner, I can only house sit for 1 or 2 nights.
“Jack was a fantastic dog sitter. He kept me updated and sent lots of photos of the dogs. He had to pop back for something after I got back and the dogs were so excited to see him, I could tell they’d had a fabulous week! Thank you, Jack!”

“Booked Mea & John last minute for a few hours to look after the 3 pups. Very responsive and came over to meet the dogs beforehand. They loved Mea when she arrived and were happy to have her sit with them for the 4 hours. 2 of the pups are finicky and were absolutely fine with Mea on the night. Communication was great and I would happily use Mea again.”

“We have absolutely loved having Chantelle look after our dog. She has been brilliant right from the start. Great communication and lots of photos. She took hi out for regularly runs which he’s loved. She clearly became great friends with our dog and had looked after him like he was one of hers. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived home and she had even offered to pick up some milk and things before we arrived home. We cannot recommend Chantelle highly enough and we will absolutely be using her again to look after our dog. It’s a very difficult choice to make when finding someone to look after your beloved pet in your home but we absolutely made the right one with Chantelle.”

Keighley recently looked after my two dogs for the day. We met before hand and they both took to her straight away. I also asked if she could take them to the local paddock which Keighley was happy to do. She updated me through the day and included photos which was lovely. Will definitely be booking Keighley again! Thank you for taking great care of my girls!

Dan and Chance are like best pals and Dan is great sitting for him. Chance is always chilled and we can see how good care Dan has given him. I would not like anyone else to look after my boy Chance. I would never be worried when Chance is looked after by Dan 😊

Cannot thank Sally enough for how amazingly well she looked after our dog in the 10 days while we were away and was sending updates and pictures which was really reassuring. She went over and above for our Winnie and took her to the vets which I didn’t expect her to do. Thank you so much Sally, Winnie is very fond of you!
