Our dogs don’t always take to people too quickly but they absolutely adored Megan and were a little disappointed when we came home. She treated them like they were her own and would send funny updates and pictures during the stay. She got to know their quirks and made sure they were loved and entertained - even ensuring they stayed cool and calm in the extreme heat we’ve been having. About: From around 6 I was reading every book I could get my hands on, regarding looking after pets. Mainly dogs, but I would read up on all sorts of pets, including cats and guinea pigs. I would take my aunt's dogs (border collies and labradors) out for walks, feed them, and help wash them. When I was a teenager, I started to look after one of the dogs on my own when my aunt needed it. This has continued with her current dog, who needs to be watched vigilantly as she eats everything in sight (classic lab!) I have experience with all sized dogs, from chihuahua to springer spaniel, to tornjak. I have looked after pure bred and rescue, each with their own unique personality and temperament, along with a variety of ages from under 1 to 16 years old. I also have experience with reactive dogs, including large breed dogs. Other animals: I have experience looking after cats, which include pure bred, rescue, and half feral. I also have a little experience with other animals, as I will look after a neighbour's nervous rescue cat, their giant snail, and fish, when they are away. I will also do drop ins for them when they are at work. I have a zero-hour contract job and am very flexible. I do not have a car but am able to walk, get the train, or bus to where I need to be. Please provide me with details on how to look after your pets if they have any specific instructions. For example, if they have a set feed or walk time, if they need to wear a muzzle on walks or cannot be off lead, food amounts, if they are allowed on furniture, ect. All of your instructions will be followed.

About: I’ve looked after many different breeds of dogs since I was around 12, I would pet sit for grandparents and family friends. I have a keen passion for looking after pets, with two pets of my own! I currently have a lab retriever so I’m used to high energy, big dogs, but I have had smaller dogs like jack russels so I am used to a range of different dogs. I also have a leopard gecko so I am happy to help look after pets like these if needed. I’m currently working part time with no educational commitments, I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I have a couple of shifts a week so as much notice as possible would help me adapt my work availability to suit you. About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with five years of hands-on experience caring for my Labradoodle, Bobbie. Although I’ve recently moved out of the family home, Bobbie has stayed with my mum and dad as she’s very much a family dog. I took Bobbie to puppy classes and trained her myself, so I’m confident with basic training, routines and understanding a dog’s individual personality and needs. I’ve also completed a dog grooming course, which has given me a good understanding of grooming, coat care and making dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. I regularly walk and look after friends’ dogs too, including dogs of different sizes and personalities. I recently had the pleasure of grooming Norman, a small dog who was very sweet (and very good at keeping me on my toes! 😂). I’m caring, patient and reliable, and I’ll always treat your dog as I would my own. Michelle is just so lovely! The minute we met her she had such a warmth about her and such a beautiful loving attitude towards Twiggy! We were updated with pictures and how Twiggy was doing throughout the day! The house was left untouched and Twiggy was a very happy baby when we came home! 100% will be using Michelle again!
Would very much recommend Nasima! We contacted her quite last minute to look after our rescue dog Alma and she was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, and she sent us lovely photos and updates while we were away, which was really reassuring. Alma was a very happy girl when we got back! Megan looked after our rather anxious and reactive dog for 10 days during which she also house-sat for us and did a great job on this score, with all pots well watered etc.. Megan is calm, patient and confident with dogs and quickly built up a strong bond with him. Megan sent us regular updates including photos and it was obvious he was having a great time and being looked after by someone who really cared about his wellbeing. Both us and more importantly our dog would be very happy to use Megan again.
Maria was brilliant. Communications were fantastic, she showed up on time, sent plenty of photos and most importantly Tai was clearly having the best time with her. We came back to a tidy flat, and everything she had used had been cleaned too! We'll absolutely be rebooking her in whenever we need a dog sitter!
Louise was fab! She looked after our 5mth staffy pups and very old cat. Both were well looked after and cared for. Louise was easy to contact and kept me fully updated on their daily ventures with lots of pics of both. She looked after my house and kept my plants alive in the heatwave, watering them twice daily! Would highly recommend for house sitting your fur babies and will defo be booking her again!
I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Georgia and Thalia stayed for 3 days and Bertie/Basilwere so well looked after. I received regular updates and lovely photos throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. The boys were clearly happy, relaxed and enjoying themselves.
