I have 3 years of hands-on experience working with dogs, including professional experience in a dog care centre where I completed my Level 2 Animal Care and Welfare Assistant apprenticeship. During this time, I developed strong skills in dog handling, walking, behaviour management, enrichment and providing individual care to dogs with different personalities and needs.Alongside my professional experience, I regularly look after friends’, family members’ and other people’s dogs, giving me plenty of practical experience caring for dogs in a home environment. I am comfortable following individual routines, including feeding, exercise, play, enrichment and providing plenty of attention and companionship.I am confident caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and temperaments and understand the importance of keeping them safe, comfortable and mentally stimulated. I take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality and needs, ensuring they receive attentive, reliable and loving care while their owners are away.My combination of professional animal care experience and regular dog sitting means owners can feel confident that their pets are in safe, knowledgeable and caring hands.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness are my priority. I have a secure, fenced garden where dogs can enjoy some safe outdoor time, and as I don’t currently have any pets of my own, they can have my full attention. Dogs are welcome on all furniture and can choose where they feel most comfortable sleeping. I’m also happy to separate dogs when needed and can accommodate individual routines, feeding requirements, medication and any other care needs.

Mia was absolutely brilliant with Maple. We were updated regularly with pictures and what Maple was up to. Mia responded quickly and arrived early which was very reassuring 🥰

Schedule
I’m currently not working, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your dog the attention and care they deserve. I’m available throughout the week, including both weekdays and weekends, and I can offer overnight boarding as well as shorter stays. I’m also happy to accommodate short-notice bookings where possible, making me a flexible option if your plans change unexpectedly.
